    Caffe latte

What a cute place. I came for the beignets and they did not disappoint. Must remember to ask them to please not drench them in powder sugar as I like mine lightly dusted as served in Cafe Du Monde in Nola. The coffee is good too. I opted for a caffe latte. Staff was friendly and helpful. I really hope they have more business in the earlier part of the day.

This PJs is closer to my house. I've only been here once, but I went in order to get beignets and café au lait. They are located on the grand Parkway feeder Road and sits back off the street. You have to look for it or you may miss it. The service in the food were very good. Reminds me of New Orleans where I'm from if I ever need to get that New Orleans fix. I will definitely go here.

A great place to get coffee and a snack. I love the spinach croissant; I've yet to find a place that makes a better one than PJ's. Today I tried the vanilla velvet ice and I thought it was really good. The place was clean and very well lit. It's perfect if you want to meet up with a friend or get some work done!

I was treated to an exquisite experience here at PJ's! A few different drinks and modifications were suggested and they've been marvellous thus far during today's outing. Leslie made the experience fun and I appreciated the shenanigans to be found here. This place is awesome, don't ever change. You stay classy Leslie and the rest of the PJ's team!

Just tried this lovely new coffee shop with two close friends. The ambiance was modern, warm and open. The menu was reasonably priced and extensive with a wonderful assortment of both sweet and savory breakfast items. It was so hard to choose that we all ordered one of each. My egg bites were yummy and the freshly made beignets were hot and delicious. So was my latte. We agreed this is our new place. The helpful and friendly staff added extra sunshine to our experience. Highly recommend.

I tried PJ's for the first time, and I was not disappointed. I ordered the iced caramel latte and the beignets, and it was delicious. The beignets were my favorite, and they were fresh and hot. I will most definitely be back soon.

It may not be cafe du monde but it's as close as I can get! Café au lait & nitro cold brews are fabulous of course in part from the chicory, mmmm! And beignets!!

First time in a PJs. I have to say it is outstanding coffee. I usually go to a cafe to get some productive work done. I've always been productive in cafes since grad school. But now I really pay attention to the coffee. PJs has one of the best tasting coffees. Im not into lattes and stuff that have alot of calories. I just need a pure good drip coffee and sometimes without any sugar so I can taste the coffee. Definitely no creamer. The coffee here is very bold and rich tasting. I really like it! The place is very spacious and they have high tables which I love because I like to stand sometimes. Wifi is good and there are plenty of outlets, unlike some other cafes in town. Service is awesome. The cashier was very friendly and the place is very clean. Doug, the owner, introduced himself. He really cares about service. He opened just in Dec 2022. They have sandwiches and pastries but I havent had the food yet. They have King Cake of course. Give it a try if you haven't tried it yet! I will be back for sure.

Comfortable cushioned chairs/bench, it's actually not just for looks. Good amount of seating area, though, they could have added maybe 1 more. I got a Signature Black Tea Egg Waffle and House Blend Milk Tea with Yin-Yang Jelly. Though, the house blend milk tea was delicious, I specifically asked multiple of times if there's any tree-nuts, such as almond milk, because someone in my group has a severe tree-nut allergy. I have mentioned it many times, including what their egg waffle mix has (such as almond flours and what not). I was told the waffle was good to go but nothing about their yin-yang jelly. The young server was friendly but I don't think he realized the importance of someone not consuming tree-nuts if they have a tree-nut allergy. Luckily, we double checked with someone else after I questioned the drink and luckily the person who has a tree-nut allergy didn't try any of the drink. So, if you or someone in your group has a tree-nut allergy... possibly avoid this place or get a drink somewhere else. There's a big chance of cross-contamination even if the person who took your order knows the severity of it. Overall, it's a good bubble-tea IF AND ONLY IF THERE'S NO ONE IN YOUR GROUP WITH A TREE-NUT ALLERGY. Tea, at 20% sugar level was sweet enough and delicious without artificial taste. I can actually taste the tea and milk. Their Signature Black Tea Egg Waffle is cute in 3 shapes of cranes. The wing parts are nice and crispy but the center of the body is dry. There's no bounce to it. It's pretty thick and heavy. I would skip their cranes and just get drinks. Again, please beware if you or anyone has a tree-nut allergy.

I was just in town for the weekend for a friend's baby shower and I swear they have some great places to eat and drink in this area. Very cute little spot and most everything is as usual credit card base and touch screens. I was going to go to the counter but decided to go to the touch screen so I could browse through the menu. I hate when I'm at a new place and don't know what I want gives me anxiety...lol So I got the limited horchata milk tea 50% sweet and a small order of karaaga (spelled wrong I'm sure) chicken and when I tell you the chicken came out popping hot! Wow so good! Even at 50% the milk tea was not too sweet so I might could have went up to maybe 75% or they do have the option to use a sugar free substitute. So that's a great option only if it's stevia..lol. I can't stand Splenda just gross.. When I visit Katy I will definitely stop by again and try a few other items. Service was quick and friendly! But I know that's how us Texans get down!

I like what I like, just as others like what they like. So I wasn't sure what I was going to get stuck with. So on the way to the outskirts of Katy, we stopped in at Ding Tea. Let me tell you how busy this area was on a beautiful Sunday before lunar New Year. There wasn't a single parking space to be had in three different lots. There was traffic everywhere in people. Do not drive well when they're looking for a parking spot. People just stopped in the middle of the parking lot and didn't move. Waiting for someone to walk out of a building. Super annoying. Luckily, Ding Tea is located behind lot of the larger restaurants and the golf course and other super busy areas. There was a parking spot waiting for me out front and it was easy to get in and out. We ended up getting a tea to share, and two to go with us to the party. We also got an order of the popcorn chicken. I wish they would have it a little bit spicier on its own, without having to dip it into things. A little seasoning goes a long way! The staff were also super nowledgeable about the menu, courteous, and efficient. Will definitely be back, but not on lunar new year. So busy!!

Their line of beverages have hit the spot in a way where I can laud them for their consistency in both customer service and selection of drinks. Their selection of drinks are broken down in milk tea, fruit tea, latte, "pure" tea, traditional, and cheese. Toppings include aiyu, grass, red bean, tapioca, pearl, and combined boba with sugar level adjustments. The standouts in each section for me are as follows: (pure) jinxuan oolong, kumquat lemon tea (fruit), winter melon lemonade (traditional), yamamasa koyamaen's matcha (latte), and their regular wanpo milk tea. If I'm feeling really indulgent, I'll get a cheese cream oreo but that's a rare occasion. They've done a good job of opening up the interior space and the layout is ideal for groups and solo action. This is likely to accommodate lines (if any) throughout the week. The illuminated tea areas is a nice decorative touch, There are some table + board games and the place is really pretty during the daytime when the natural light kicks in. WiFi is also on point. The staff is young, friendly, and mostly bilingual in Mandarin + English. Prices are the standard $5-7 per drink, and parking is always abundant in this part of KAT. Given Wanpo's Taiwanese roots and celebrated global brand, it only legitimizes (and further saturates) the greater Houston tea scene.

Wanting to give Wanpo the benefit of the doubt, I asked if it could be remade because it was a $8 drink. The worker, whose name I believe is Eric, SNIFFED my drink through the straw and said that it's Sugarcane and gave it back to me.....He then said he wouldn't remake it because it smells like it...Huh..? I walked out in shock because, what? Out of all the boba spots that I have been to, never has anyone smelled my drink. In fact, I used to work at a boba shop and never has it occurred to me to smell a drink and not remake it for a customer. Like, I don't know what methods you use to confirm ingredients but you couldn't even take the drink to the back to smell it? You did it in front of my face? I don't ever ask for drinks to be remade unless it tastes nothing like I ordered, I just go about and let it be but this genuinely appalled me. I go to Wanpo and I enjoy their Mango Sago drink but this experience has led me to never come back because... are you serious?
