My 1st visit to a Waffle House in years, and before I left, I told the Mgr that I was very impressed by his staff. One Worker ("KiKi"), never stopped moving the entire time we were there. She also called out a lot of direction to the rest of the Staff. There are plenty of Staff who do a great job! And literally, a couple who are slow, and get orders wrong, or serve people in the wrong order (us usually served in order of arrival.) The food ranges from adequate to perfectly made (Ex: Eggs Over Medium, etc) The menu is limited remaining the same over time; however, that also ensures that the entrees are served with a consistency in quality that is at minimum acceptable and eatable, and at best, a great breakfast experience. Like all 'Greasy Spoons', one thing to remember is that the order of business is quick turnaround, fast food, consistent quality, a hot meal, and move on to the next Customer (for Staff), Place (for Customers coming in & out), and not to look to closely at things like cleanliness. Pretty much Waffle House, iHop (10min away), and Cracker Barrel (20min away).
