This is a unique Pizza place that I found while exploring Sutro baths and Baker Beach. It's a cute little restaurant with no indoor dining. The patio space is nice and the food was delicious. I love how they change the menu often, it's a great approach for a pizza place to keep things interesting and exciting. I ordered a farm egg pizza that was delicious and unique. I was with my family and we all ordered different pies and there were no leftovers. We also ordered the cheeseboard which was a nice appetizer. What we ordered between 2 ppl: Cucumber Tomato salad (Daily Starter) - loved that they used heirloom tomatoes in this, and the ricotta cheese and fried shallots goes well in this dish. A bit pricey for the portion you get. Lamb Sausage Pizza - this pizza definitely satisfied my pizza craving! The flavors were tasty and the lamb was cooked well! Farm Egg Pizza - it's like a breakfast pizza, with the egg and bacon. I do like the addition of frisee on the top, it makes the pizza feels "light" like an appetizer dish. Since it's in my neighborhood, Pizzetta 211 has been on my list for a while. I'm glad I finally made it over. It's a small spot, but there's plenty of outdoor seating. I went with the classic Margherita and a San Pellegrino Limonata. Sometimes the simplest pizza tells you everything you need to know. The crust had a nice chew and crispy on the bottom with a little char around the edges, the sauce tasted fresh, and the mozzarella was creamy. The basil added just enough extra flavor without taking anything away. Service was friendly, but a little slower than I expected for a quick lunch. Every word of their Spicy San Marzano Tomato Sauce pizza with Mascarpone, Arugula, & Olio Verde ($18.50) was right up my alley. I love properly-blistered thin-crust pizzas topped with arugula, but creamy, mild cheese atop fresh red sauce with some real heat turned the delicious dial up to a 10. We've been here multiple times and loved Pizzetta so much it was our go to pizza spot cause it's so cute and small inside and the food is really good. Only once I've been where the food did not hit. But despite that we wanted to bring my in-laws here for my father in-laws birthday cause he loves thin pizza. He did really like the food but Omg idk what happened to this place, the service was horrible. For the food, we ordered the shishito peppers, cheese salad, pepperoni pizza, Spicy Nduja, Spicy San Marzano, and their daily dessert. The shishito pepper dish was yummy with the goat cheese and spicy sauce. The cheese salad needed more than four slices of bread for all the cheese that was given. The pizzas were all phenomenal and yummy but did take a while to come out. The daily dessert was a peach gratin and it wasn't too sweet the fruit really shined and was a very light dessert thaf I wouldnt normally go for. I feel bad rating this place so low cause the food is really good but I can't excuse the service that me and my family encountered. It was a Saturday evening and we were a group of 4 and waited 45ish mins to be seated. The server said it would be a quick wait, he lied to me. When we got seated we ordered everything at once to get served the food promptly. The servers rarely checked in on us and the whole time I felt like I had to flag down the servers every time I needed something which was so different than what I've previously experienced here. When they brought out our starter they didn't give us plates or utensils and the server didn't notice so I had to ask. Despite us ordering everything as soon as we sat down, a table that got seated after us got their dishes and utensils and all their food before us which made me feel a type of way but maybe they didn't have starters. It was also cold and the server brought the propane to the warmer but failed to put it in and start it so we were freezing for a while and they didn't notice so we had to flag them down to turn it on. They forgot the lemon with the hot water and lemon drink and the water tasted so bad. We wanted chili oil but there's only one bottle of it in the whole restaurant, the server gave it to us but it was literally empty and we had to point that out to him and ask for him to fill it up. We had to literally ask for everything like plates, utensils, new plates for the entrees, remind them of a drink we ordered, turn on the heater when it's hella cold, I had to grab napkins for us, and explain to a server a condiment bottle was empty like what. One of the server's friends pulled up and he was just like standing watching everyone while chatting it up with people. Idk it was just such an odd and offputting experience and the service was so bad usually I'm not like a stickler for this stuff but I also had my family with me so that also makes it worse. I'm so sad that they had to experience this. Overall, the food is good but don't get the hot water and our experience might be a one off. Just don't bring your family here or more than a +1 during possibly busy times. Usually when I come here it's so nice and easy and yummy. It's still yummy but was not nice and easy this time. Our host accidentally gave our table to a group who arrived after us but was very honest and apologetic about it, then offered us complimentary drinks. Ordered ahead and was told twenty minutes. Showed up on time and was told it was getting boxed right then. then waited another fifteen minutes. When I finally went up to ask, I watched the guy grab our pizza from inside where it had clearly been sitting done the whole time. A group that sat down and ordered after us got their food before we did, which prompted us to go and ask. No hard feelings toward the staff, but something's broken with how pickup orders get handed off, and the experience was a bit frustrating. The worker also could see us in plain view waiting for the 15 minutes and our waiting place was far from the kitchen so we didn't have visibility until we walked to the middle. Their menu changes every so often so they may not have this anymore, but the pizza I got was the Farm egg, prosciutto, mushroom, mozzarella, salmoriglio. It was phenomenal! This is such a solid restaurant that no matter when you go or what you get; you'll always leave satisfied. I forgot to take a photo of their menu but their offerings change every few weeks. It's a good way to find out new items you like! We got the daily starter (which was a watermelon, tomato and cucumber salad), a braised brisket pizza and panna cotta as a dessert. All of that plus a glass of wine and coke for $64 dollars is a good value compared to other SF restaurants. We got there at around 8pm and their daily desserts were sold out so I highly suggest getting there a little earlier if you want to try out their full selection of offerings. At some point in the past year or two there was a change to the service and we seem to get the same waitress every time we are there no matter when it is. She knows who she is, she has a way of making everyone feel special. Also, we ordered an espresso after our pizzas on our last visit and it was the best espresso I've ever had anywhere. Great pizza spot tucked in the Richmond neighborhood! Came here on a Sunday around noon and was seated immediately. We got to sit at one of the high top tables next to the kitchen, which meant that occasionally, we could see the pizza dough being thrown in the air by the chef. Their menu changes from biweekly, so the pizzas you may be seeing on Yelp might not be the same as the ones they are currently serving. My partner and I decided to split a Farm Egg pizza, which came with bacon, collard greens, and gruyère cheese, and two farm eggs. The gruyère cheese... absolutely amazing flavor! The bacon also adds a nice touch and the farm egg yolk adds creaminess to the pizza. They also topped it with black pepper, which is always a sold combo with eggs. I loved the pizzas! Got two different ones with my partner and couldn't have loved it more. This place is tucked in the avenues of Richmond district and allow you some peace and quiet to get to know your date or friend or family member more. Such a cozy spot and most of the seating indoor provides that ambiance. Outdoor seating is still warm because they have heaters on. The food was fresh, warm and crispy in the right places. I can't believe I haven't tried this place before. We got the clam and the pepperoni pizza and both were equally delicious. I love getting the daily starter, which is always delicious and fresh. They also have a surprisingly good selection of beers and wines, considering the establishment's tiny size. Simply delicious and fantastic service with cozy, warm setting. I was looking for a simple, thin crust neighborhood type place in SF and saw this so giving a try. It blown my mind with everything from the great chill relax vibe, to great nice and friendly service and the foods are simple but yet elevated to several unexpected levels. Our server recommended the farm egg pizza and I picked the pepperoni one. I was skeptical at first of the farm egg but surprisingly I like it more than my pepperoni (still fantastic but damn). Who knows that eggs pizza was that fantastic and so yum! The salad is simple but tasty and the dressing was marinated well without seeing it, just tasting. We finished it all without stopping. We just ate 4hrs prior so we're are still full (just want a good pizza before we flying the next day) but the pizzas and the salad was just somehow disappeared without us knowing that we ate them all. On top of these, we ordered the passion fruit panna cotta and yup, gone just gone within 2mins. Really want to order more but had to restrain or else we're unable to fit into our clothes. Small neighborhood restaurant serving some of the best things crust pizzas I've had. Every time I have come here it's been on a weekday late lunch so I have not had to wait long. There are a handful of tables inside and you can watch them making the pizzas in a small kitchen. I've always had great experiences. It's been around since 1999. Crust is light and crispy on the ends and nice and soft in the middle. Ingredients are fresh, good quality. Enjoyed the Spicy San Marzano pizza with wild arugula it was divine. The squash soup that we had was so delicious and light that we finished every single drop. The pink goddess salad I still am dreaming about since it was divine with the avocados, oranges it left me wanting more. Hence my review could change to a 4. 1 fella waiting tables, getting to go orders, so my pizza was cool when I picked it up, even though I ordered it when I arrived. Super thin crust, so doesn't warm up well w/o drying out the crust. Tried the following: Rosemary, Fiore Sardo Cheese, Pine Nuts 16.50 and added sausage. Very little hint of Rosemary, only a few Pine Nuts and a tiny piece of sausage on each slice. Spicy San Marzano Tomato Sauce, Mascarpone, Wild Arugula, Olio Verde 17.50. It's been a minute since my last visit to Pizzetta, Whenever I'm in San Francisco and if time allows I love a meal here. It's cozy inside but there is plenty of patio seating available on clear days. The pizza menu offers there standing pizza and three that are seasonal, in addition to small starters such as warm olives, greens salad, and a cheese plate. On this visit on rainy day we successfully squeezed in four adults and a toddler at a four top, It was the perfect cozy meal and the service was excellent. We ordered a margherita, farm egg pizza, and another with mushrooms. We also ordered two green salads and enjoyed the flourless chocolate cake, the panacotta and the apple tarte. Everything was excellent. I love this place for the use of simple and good ingredients. Nothing is masked by rich sauces, it's just simple and flavorful. We got two glasses of white wine--good but don't like that they're served in regular glasses and not wine glasses (that's reserved for if you buy a bottle). We also got the potato soup special. A little bland but the goat cheese, pesto, and house made chips definitely amped it up. The near perfect pizza was the real star of the meal. Ingredients tasted fresh and high quality and we loved the thin, smoky crust. We ended with the flourless chocolate cake--also good, better with the whipped cream, but a little dry for my liking. I have no complaints about the food, but it's the horrible service that irks me. My life partner and I have been coming here since it's opening. The food was solid (still is) and the service was neighborly. Fast forward to now. Yuck. The service is arrogant, nonchalant, and the hostess/server was dismissive and just plain unfriendly. We were next up for a table yesterday, 3/21, and just left and went around the corner to Fiorella, where we were warmly welcomed by Tanner.
