Never actually got to eat here....tried calling twice with no answer. Got to the place to try to order take out. The place had a line out the door with angry customers some stated they had waited 2 hours for a pickup order. Had 3 people stop me, saying to just turn around, that it wasn't worth it. We got a digorno instead read more

Talked to the manager "Bryan p." Super disrespectful, interrupted me multiple times during our phone call. Said "speak into your phone, come on man" in the middle of my order. Then, took a full hour to receive my pizza. Do not order read more

Really people? Don't listen to these snobs. If you want a decent pie made by over worked, underpaid kids, if you want to feed your kids quickly and cheaply, if you recognize that you're on vacation and need to chill out, eat here. read more

This is below average pizza. Good amount of cheese but the sauce is terrible. It'll leave a taste in your mouth making you wonder why you ate it in the first place. read more

The pizza here was a bit below average. I think we ordered the chicken garlic something or other. The cheese seemed like it hadn't been melted all the way through and had this kind of powdery texture. The chicken was really dry and the sauce came out of bursts of pungency. Definitely would not do this again. read more

We ordered 4 pizzas. Two plain, one with the works and one white. This was not pizza. Boring middle American carbs on a flat bread at best. My kids said the cafeteria pizza in school was better. There are places in the OBX that actually make, cook, sell and deliver tasty pizza. Not this chain. read more

Dominos on OBX. Place was overwhelmed with orders on a rainy Saturday night. Said pick up in 45. Had to wait another 25 after that. If picking up, recommend "bake your own" next door at Teeter Harris. read more

We ordered delivery to our hotel after a long drive to our destination. We tried the meat lovers. It was very good. The driver even brought us plates, napkins, and to-go containers of Parmesan and red pepper. Very friendly staff and good pizza. read more

Ordered 5 pizzas from them. Plain, Pepperoni, Pepperoni & Sausage, California White and Vegetable. The toppings were good (3 out of 5) but the crust was completely unlike any other pizza crust we've ever had. It's was doughy and quite strange. Delivery was slow on a Tuesday afternoon. Took 75 minutes. read more

This pizza is just not good. The crust and cheese was slightly burned and the sauce was terrible (very sweet and definitely comes from a can or jar). I would definitely not go back again. read more

Our family ordered a pizza and were told an hour and fifteen minutes. Three hours later the pizza arrives without a discount or apology. The place was a 90 second drive from our house. In hindsight, carry out would have been better. read more

Worst pizza place in town. Told us to go down the street for our order after we placed an order 45 minutes prior. Happened multiple times. Pizzazz, more like pi-ss-a-ss ... don't come here. Get frozen pizza from Harris Teeter next door. Cheaper and more polite. F**k Pizzazz! read more

If you could do zero stars WE WOULD. After TWO HOURS of waiting for a pizza they never showed up. I called to cancel and she said "it's on the way, out the door " this was also after I had called twice to check on the pizza. Save your money. Save your time. Order from ANYWHERE ELSE. read more

We ordered wings, philly, and chicken sub. All the food we got from them was complete garbage. The wings weren't deep friend and were super burned on the bottom. The chicken sub tasted awful, and the philly was super dry. Save tour time and money. Go somewhere else. read more

Delivery was pretty quick but Pizza was so bland at the corolla location, if your in the outer banks, try the giant slice instead!

Not good. Don't waste your money. Never seen pizza with so little cheese. Minuscule amount. Try somewhere else. Pizzas look nothing like the online photos. read more

I picked up pizza from this place a few times while we were on vacation. It was always ready within 20 min for pickup and was consistently good. Not mind blowing, but about what I expected from a pizza joint at a vacation beach spot. The staff was nice and knew which order was mine as soon as I walked in. read more

If you like Chuck e cheese pizza then this is the place for you. I will eat this pizza over dealing with cosmos shit any day.

Full disclosure I have never been to a pizzazz pizza before so I'm fairly ignorant toward what the restaurant has to offer, when I called I was interested in purchasing a couple of pizzas only to find that the gentlemen who answered the phone turned from polite and willing to explain what I didn't understand -to- annoyed and disrespectful. He eventually got so agrivated that he said " I don't have time to deal with you, call back when you can make up your mind." I understand why this employ was upset but from a perspective of an employer, this is certainly no way I would have my employees speaking to coustomers generous enough to give your restaurant their business. read more

Decent pizza and salad bar. Works well for hungry beach bums.

When you have driven in the car for 12 hours to get to OBX, this pizza hits the spot. It was average pizza but it tasted good!

I ordered 6 pizza'a in corella obx and they showed up on time but the pizza was burnt and they over charged me $20. I would never recommend this pizza to my fellow family, comrades in arms or friends!!! read more

Repeat customer - multiple times over multiple years and throughout the entire year. Almost always get a pizza and the Greek is consistently good. Very good. read more

Great pizza. Super yummy. The delivery guy was very nice. The gentleman answering phones this past Sat around 6:15 though was very rude. I get it...you're busy but a little patience and cordialness goes a lot further than rudeness. Would it keep me from eating here again? No. But it could be a turn off for someone else. read more

We loveeeee this place. Get pizza here every time we come. Wish we had one at home! Keep up the great work. Highly recommend it. People that don't like it clearly don't know what their talking about :)) read more

We ordered on a Friday night. Pizzas took about an hour to arrive which is fine. A bit light on cheese but certainly not as bad as some of the other reviews made it out to be. Service was polite and delivery person was respectful. read more

I want to give it a 3.5 so I rounded up to a 4. I only grabbed a slice while walking past at lunch, a ham and pineapple. Taste was good, smaller toppings, thin crust. I'd buy again if walking past and hungry. read more

over 1 hour late. The RUDE guy on the phone only offered us $4 off. 1 Pizza and 1 wings.... I said just give me the wings and I'll pay for the pizza. They sent 2 Pizza's and 2 orders of Wings. Most of which will be wasted (small family). I wanted money off... Nope! So the guy shows up, I tip him $5 and tell him to send the order back! Then I went and got pizza across the street and was home in 15 minutes with awesome pizza.... 1. Late. 2. Rude. 3. NO customer service experience. Could not tell you if the food is good AND never will. Save your self some grief. There is an AWESOME place next to Food Lion!! read more

Rolled in to town tonight and ordered close to $50 worth of food. Was told delivery would be about 90 minutes. About 90 min later I called to check on the order and was told there was no record of it and that they were closing. THIS PLACE SUCKS!!!!! read more

Rude... terrible service... put you on hold forever just to hang up on you when they come back on the line... wasted 30 minutes just trying to get in an order... and then when you go to pick something up they move even slower. Also, possibly the worst pizza we have ever had. Go elsewhere, don't make this mistake. read more

We decided to go here one day while making a trip to the Harris Teeter next door. Bad decision. We ordered a large pizza and some garlic cheese bread. The girl at the counter was nice. The food took about 25 minutes or so. The problem is not the service or wait, but the taste of the food. Please don't waste your time and money here; the pizza is terrible. The crust is tasteless and is dry. The garlic cheese bread was overcooked and very dry and it had so much on it garlic it was almost sour, YUCK! Beware of Pizzaz Pizza. If you are going to eat pizza in Corolla go to La Dolce Vita or Cosmos, they have excellent food and the people who work at these places are really nice... read more

Usually, the food is great and at the service is appreciated, however, tonight was a disappointment. Everything went well until one of the staff made an inappropriate comment along the lines of,"[Staring at the food isn't going to make it finish faster!]" an acquaintance, and I, were offended, considering we did not make an indication that we were rushing them. As stated before, the food is amazing, and the service is usually good, but tonight, I was genuinely offended and disappointed. read more

This review is based on service and not the food. I didn't get to try the food due to walking out after being treated more rudely than I ever have in my life. Subs are on the menu here, but I wouldn't recommend ordering subs because this apparently makes the cook/manager(?) VERY angry! I called to place an order and said can I please get 4 cheese steak subs and was told "no, you can't. Go down the street to Philly steak subs, we aren't doing those." I said, OK, thank you I just saw them on your menu. "They are on the menu but we're not doing them tonight." So, I go to Philly steak subs down the street but they are closed so I return to Pizzaz Pizza thinking I'll just order a different kind of sub. The two people up front seemed confused when I said I was told they weren't doing cheesesteaks but could we get 4 meatball parmesan subs. One guy goes back to ask the cook who comes up front and angrily says to me "are you the one who called? Well, I can do 4 cheesesteak subs but we're not a sub shop, it's twice the work and half the money so I can't make like 10 subs". I say OK, I understand, we just want 4 subs but if it's easier we can do meatball or whatever. The guy is pretty angry and says I can do four, just tell her what you want. Then my mom makes the mistake of asking if the onions they put on the sub are grilled. When the guy up front goes back to ask, the cook throws his hands up in the air and yells "We don't have grilled onions because we don't have a grill. we're NOT a sub shop!". At this point I walked out. I don't really want someone this angry cooking food for me. If you don't want to make subs take them off your menu. Don't take it out on me for just ordering off the menu. On the other hand, if he was just too busy to accommodate a sub order that night all he had to say was "I'm sorry, we're really slammed tonight and just can't handle any sub orders. I'd be happy to make you a pizza or we'd love if you came back on a night when we're not so busy." Apparently I'm not the only person who was yelled at here for ordering subs off the menu. They really need to just take them off the menu or fire the angry cook. read more

Flavorful pizza. We stopped by to eat before taking the horse adventure. Variety of flavors on the buffet. The jalapeño was a favorite with two of our group! Small places like this offer the home-made taste that we appreciated! Thanks! read more

I didn't even complete my order on the phone - the person who answered was so rude to me. I would never call or go pick up again. I'd rather do business with places that's consider me a customer and not say things like "we are doing you a service ma'am so you need to follow our rules". Not what I want on my vacation! Don't call them! read more
