We should've realized this place was better for picking up pizza than dining in. We ordered a few small pizzas to share. They told us it'd be 20 minutes so we sat down and started to chat. While we were there, we saw multiple people come in, order pizza, get their pizza, and leave. We didn't think anything of it since the staff saw us sitting there the whole time and occasionally walked by us. Once we realized that 50 minutes had passed, we asked the staff if our pizza was coming. Apparently our order got lost in their machine so they said they'd make us large pizzas instead. However, delicious pizza is far from what we received from Pizzazz Pizza. After ordering a 3-Cheese White Pizza with Chicken, we had to wait 45 minutes for it to be made. After all of that time, we finally picked up the pizza only to find a hair cooked into cheese. If I could relive this experience without the hair cooked into the pizza, and a more reasonable wait time, I would consider giving this restaurant 2 stars. While me and my family were vacationing we decided to get out of the kitchen and order out. We all thought pizza would really hit the spot. After ordering a cheese pizza and waiting an hour for it to be delivered...only to find out it was cheese and sausage. We called back and expected to wait another hour. In the meantime my nieces at this point were starving so we gave them two slices. They brought the cheese pizza five minutes later and wanted the sausage pizza back!!? He stood in the doorway till we handed it over. Are they going to give it to someone else!!?? I never heard of such a thing of asking for the wrong pizza back after it was their mistake. And the pizza wasn't that good anyway. One last thing, and it was probably just the delivery person but, when we handed the money to him he didn't even ask if we wanted change back...he just took it and started to walk off, assuming the tip was included. Well, maybe im just accustomed to poor pizza in akron, but i thought pizzazz was good, ordered 4 lg pizzas with various toppings, 2 large greek salads, and some kind of boneless wing things.... My first visit to Pizzazz Pizza went very well. We were driving back from the beach and I was starving, and this was the first place we saw. It is very clean inside and has comfy booths to sit in. We didn't have to wait in line and were served in about 10 minutes. We got a half pepperoni half spinach pizza, and I really enjoyed my half (spinach). The crust is AMAZING! It wasn't scorching hot so we could eat it in about 2 minutes, which is usually a problem--there is nothing I hate more than waiting forever for my pizza to cool so I don't burn my mouth off! I would definitely return. The staff was very hospitable and even a fellow customer checked to see if we were enjoying our experience. We had to wait around 15-20 mins on the pizza with little to no line. I'm guessing it's because of our non default pizza order. Pizza was tasty and not overly greasy. The fountain drinks were limited, and the sprite and lemonade tasted funky. If I were you I would possibly bring your on drink or any of the soft drink choices. Horrible management and staff in Corolla shop. The Manager and staff on duty on the evening of 6/13 should be fired. We ordered pizza for delivery and they charged our card promising a one hour delivery and no pizza after two hours. Management refused to address the issue and charged our credit card regardless with no food delivered resulting in disputes for refunds and fraud alerts with the authorities - Buyer Beware!!!
