My favorite pizza of theirs is definitely the "works" pizza, but their cheese, pepperoni, and margherita pizza were all the bomb. Big size, hot and fresh, lots of ooey gooey sauce and toppings. Suchhhh good pizza, I highly recommend! The only downside was ordering was difficult during high season. They were so busy they did not answer the phone. I also tried their wings, they were plain with the sauce on the side and they were super tasty as well, I'm glad the sauce was just on the side since I do not like buffalo sauce and that's the only sauce option for wings they offered. The sauce was tomatoey and well seasoned, slightly sweet but not overly sweet. We ordered pepperoni and cheese, the amount of both was well balanced with the sauce. We also ordered hot wings and a bag of fries. The wings were meaty and crispy. They were deep-fried but not greasy. I would call these the best wings I've ever had. I've been coming to this place for over 30 Years. Hands down, my favorite food places in The Outer Banks. Their pizza is never greasy, and always fresh. I stopped eating dairy some years ago, and even without cheese the pizza is delicious. I also think they have some great burgers, they taste very nostalgic to me. This is the best rated pizza place in Corolla and for good reason! The pizza is very good with quality toppings and sauce. The wait was long - an hour and a half but it was worth the wait. Well we had 4 meals from this place this week. The pizzas and Stromboli were very good. however this evening we had the Italian cold sub without banana peppers. For the amount paid the sandwich meats were very thin and skimpy. on the one sandwich the cheese was missing entirely. full of green tomatoes, lettuce and onions. The roll was past it's freshness date, however it was a better texture for a sub then many rolls we have had. we are from PA so we know a good hoagie/sub. this was not it. so go enjoy the delicious pizzas, skip the subs. read more
