A pro was that it was only a 15 minute wait. My husband and I ordered pizza from here on a Saturday afternoon. We asked for delivery but we were told we had to pick it up - delivery doesn't start until 5. We just got a large, extra cheese pizza. It took 1 hour and 40 minutes to deliver our pizzas (and we ordered 3 extra large which should constitute an important order). Horrible. And on on top of that, the pizza cheese was burnt and the dough was over cooked. Will never order again. Stay away. read more

They don't seem to be able to cook pizza til the cheese is golden as they should....they like to burn it. I even asked them to make sure not to do that, but the manager argued with me. He said it should be cooked like that with about a third blackened cheese and the rest dark brown. I refused to pay for it and went up to tomato patch and had a perfectly cooked pizza. after driving 9 hours to get to North Carolina, my family and i were extremely tired and hungry so we decided to order pizza.. i went online to pizzazz pizza's website and made an order for 2 pizzas. It said that the wait would be 45 minutes (which is comppletely understandable for a saturday night) but, 2 hours later our pizza is no where to be found. i checked my email and it said that my order was confirmed and on its way. the next day we called pizzazz and they said that they were supposeably "closed" at 8:30 pm.. and that they "didnt know what to tell us" we politely told them that this was poor business and we'd like our pizza. They would not give it to us. so we simply told them that we'd be giving them a bad review on Yelp and they said.. :" Only assholes look at the website anyway" and HUNG UP. This is unexceptable behavior and we will NOT go back there again. read more

This is for the grandy store. I called this place at 8:00 pm to place and order for pick up and a woman answered the phone telling me that they were closing in 10 minutes. I ended the call and checked their store hours. The store hours state that they are open until 9:30. So I called back and a man answers the phone and tells me that they are closed and immediately hangs up on me. I called back to see if I could ask when they really close and the man answers the phone and says the same thing and hangs up. I worked at the first pizza place that was in the grandy loop, Sonnys In Out Pizza, I worked there for a year until they closed down, I was the manager and in all of my time there I never acted like this towards customers. and I can tell you that if I was working at the current pizza place that I would never hang up on a customer. I am very upset that another poor buissness owner has moved into this lot, The buissness needs to update thier hours and train thier staff to be kind to customers because they are going to go out of buissness just as Sonnys did and Salvatores. Management must be poor and I was actually thinking about trying to get a job here as I obviously have lots of experience, not anymore, they will not get ANY buissness from me. read more

I have one word for this place...HORRIBLE. It all started when I ordered a 12" italian sub for my girlfriend and I to split for lunch during our vacation to the OBX. As I took my first bite of the sandwhich, I noticed the bread roll was the majority of the sandwhich. The sandwhich consisted of very little meat, lettuce, tomatoes, and lots of bread. The bread was okay, but the overall sandwhich was terrible and definitely not worth the $10.82 for a 12" italian sub that was 75% roll. read more

I'm giving them one star because it is required. I can't even put into words how horrible the customer service is for this restaurant. We are in a beach house with about 20 people so please excuse me if I don't keep tabs on everyone in this house and when they order pizza. The delivery man was irritated that 3 people ordered pizza at different times. He took all of our credit card numbers and then refused service to us. Upon driving to the restaurant he asked if we were the same people who called and he then used profanity at me and raised his voice. I asked for a refund receipt and he stormed into the store to provide me one. As a person who works in retail, I understand the value of customer service. As a human, I understand treating someone with respect regardless of whether or not you are irritated. Do not act as if you are above someone else and do not use profanity. This is the worst experience I have ever had and if this is a chain, I will definitely be contacting corporate or the owner of the store. This is absolutely unacceptable. They refused service and never informed me of the refund. side note, what family owned business hangs up on customers and then tells them to "f**k off" when the person drives to the store to figure out why their card was charged if service is being refused for discriminatory reasons? read more

My husband and I had a few days in Corolla and we stopped in for a pizza and salad to go back to our hotel room. We ordered the Greek pizza and a Greek salad to go with. Oh my gosh, that was the best pizza we had ever had! It was loaded with flavor! We were given individual tiny tubs of Parmesan, oil, and vinegar. We mixed up our dressing and it was to die for. This was so unexpected as we just saw the pizza place and took a chance. Wow did we ever luck out! read more

Horrible service, over-priced and basic basic pizza. $2.50/slice and many slices were ~3 inches wide at the crust. When asked if a slice included two small pieces, the cashier (tall teen-aged blonde girl) replied 'this is a slice, this is a slice, this is a slice and this is a slice. They are all slices'. Delicious pizza and friendly service. I was early picking up my order and they just had completed it. They also gave complimentary red pepper and cheese, which made the pizza that much better. Highly recommend for that first night of vacation when you're just getting settled in. Order about 30-45 minutes in advance. read more

Came in to order 3 pizzas to go. I couldn't really understand the girl at the counter and she also had a hard time understanding me. After I had to repeat my order to her a 4 times she finally gave me a total and told me 30-40 minutes. A little high for pizza to-go but Harris Teeter was right next door so we did some grocery shopping in the mean time. We came back in 40 minutes later and they told us it would be another 25-30 minutes. I promptly asked for the manager, who came over with a scowl and proceeded to tell me it had only been 30 mins and will be another 20 mins and if I had a problem to take my business elsewhere. As I tried to explain to the manager what had happened he ignored me and said something under his breath as he walked away. I left the store and came back 30 mins later and the pizzas came out a few minutes later. Pizza was actually pretty good, I would suggest both BBQ Chicken and 3 cheese chicken pie to others. Personally we won't be back even though the pizza was really good. read more
