Looked like a fun local place with a decent amount of pizza, hero and sandwiches when we got there. Bathroom was pretty clean, so that was a good sign. We ordered 2 heroes--- chicken parmigiana and chicken cheesesteak with onions and mozzarella. Both were HUGE and delicious, but the parmigiana was basically made with frozen chicken fingers. The cheesesteak was fresh chopped chicken and onions. Both had a perfect amount of cheese and sauce. Staff were friendly and helpful and patient to a few of our customizations. Can't speak for the pizza, but we were pleased with the sandwiches we got! read more

We ordered 3 pizzas here Saturday at noon and all 3 were piping hot and delicious. We especially liked the fresh garlic and the cheeses...one was a taco pizza and the veggies on top were plentiful and tasted perfect. First time here and will be back! read more

The service and the guy taking the order was not professional. When asked how much something was as it was crossed off the menu he was not too happy cause he had to look it up on the register. Why not get new menus made?! Then when you have appetizers I would like to eat them as such and not when part as my main. Not to mention having to go ring the bell over and over just to get some plates. Not returning any time soon. read more

Terrible customer service .. Friday Evening... called ahead for take out pizza . They said 30 minutes, which was great . I mentioned that we were about 45 away . When we arrived they hadn't made the pizza , which wasn't a big deal as much as the customer service was terrible. The owner was running the orders and the register. It was busy and I can handle him being frustrated, but I watched him take his frustrations out on some older customers that were just trying to place and eat in order at the counter. There are plenty of pizza places within in 3-4 minutes of pizza town. I would recommend passing on this place . read more

I can't believe I haven't reviewed until now. My family and I have been eating their food since they were on Rt 230. My son loves their loaded fries and chicken fingers. Tons of cheese and bacon on the fries makes this teenage boy happy (he always asks for no ranch and they're accommodating) Pizza is always spot on probably because their sauce is da best. Taco pizza and buffalo pizza are so much fun for a crowd of people/party. We all think they're both flavorful. Cheeseburger sub and cheese steak hoagies and salads are delicious. Garlic bread with salad is melt in your mouth...mmm good. Inside is beautiful decor with touches of their Italian heritage and family with some country charm. Big tables to have a large family share a meal. This is a local family owned establishment that loves when people come in to eat. #eatrealpizza people not junk from chains read more

Family-owned place with solid offerings for Pizza and Stromboli. If you stick to the basics, you should be good. I generally asked them to leave my pies in a little longer as sometimes the dough can be a little too fluffy for my preferences. This is especially true for the square (Sicilian style) pies. The ingredients are always fresh and plentiful. The drive up option was super convenient even before COVID was a thing. The dine-in option was okay. Personally I viewed this place as a better takeout place. Overall this was always a good option to feed a larger family on a Friday night. read more

If your gunna eat here, DON'T ORDER TAKE OUT. Legitimately every time, something is wrong. Something BIG. Missing a 20$ Stromboli, getting a veg pizza we didn't order, getting completely wrong Sammy's now than once. The food, top notch. The ordering/delivery aspect is trash. read more

Staff is not friendly! Every time I go into the pizza place. The lady at the pizza counter is rude. I definitely won't be eating here anymore. Food is not up to standards. read more

I really am saying five stars is not enough, wish I could give them six ! This is a true Italian family owed authentically Italian pizza place ! So rare these days!!! not only is the food really good but good service and polite people . I am sick of going to pizza places run by people who do not know how to make pizza , these guys do. They have a ton of parking and it's not far from Harrisburg. I do believe this is the best pizza in Elizabethtown by far. There is also a drive through window in case you don't want to dine in! read more

PizzaTown - Drive through! - Pizza Near Me - Elizabethtown, Pennsylvania

costumer service is AWFUL. Was told my salad and quesadilla would be 25 min. I get there and the drive through line is SO slow so I decide to go in. There are two people in line waiting as well. No one has been helped yet. It is now 30 min since I called to order. 5 min later a guy asked if we were all waiting for door dash. I said no I'm waiting for order and say my name and the girl and guy in the front go to the back to check on orders. The girl comes back out and yells "you all need to go sit down now. Staring at us won't get your food made any faster". We are now 40 min past my order time. Used to enjoy this place but will most definitely not be back. read more

Food was ok, nothing special. If you're at the attached brew pub, you have no other option and we know drinking IPAs on an empty stomach is no bueno. The youngish lady behind the counter must be family or something - I can't imagine an owner or manager putting up with such an off-putting, disinterested, borderline rude employee who seemed to get angry each time a customer came in. We were with a group of six or eight people and they all said the same thing, turned into a running joke at our table. One dude making pizza dough had exposed shoulder-length hair, no hair net, just a crusty ball cap. read more

This place has no continuity when it come to what the menu says you are purchasing and what you actually end up with. Most of the food is delicious bus it's not burnt... This place could use some costumer service training as well. read more

We had friends order food for us and I requested a cheesesteak from the menu. They picked it up, brought it back, and we had a nice lunch. The sandwich I had was pretty good; the meat was tender, the cheese was gooey, and the tomato and lettuce tasted fresh. The pizza looked pretty good too. My kids enjoyed the pepperoni and the buffalo chicken received praise. However, I'm giving a solid two stars, which I feel is generous, because day 3 after this meal and I'm still suffering the effects of apparent food poisoning. I can say with confidence it was the cheesesteak because I was the only one who had it and got sick and that was the only meal I'd had in days that was out of range of my normal routine. Hopefully I'll feel better soon and, thankfully, Pizzatown is not a local joint I'll be missing. read more

Not sure why the low stars and it really doesn't matter. This place has the family feel and it is right next to COX. How could you go wrong here. The toppings are fresh the place is clean and the crust well the crust I can't stop eating it. Will come back. read more

We were nearby for a baseball tournament and stopped in between games to get To Go food for the kids. 3 large pizza, a few subs, burger and fry. I wish I had taken a picture, but when we got back to the field and opened up the 3 Italian subs, it was just Ham and lettuce. And like only one slice of ham too. Basically the saddest looking sub I have ever seen. Not sure if someone didn't know how to make it properly or someone wrapped them up before they were completed. The pizza was acceptable but cheese was a little sloppy. read more

Best family ran pizza shop in town. Food is great, and if you go, I highly recommend eating in. You will get to experience what I mean. Every time I go, I end up having a good conversation with at least one staff member. Always a great time! read more

At noon on Saturday when they give you the last slice of meatlovers that isn't a good sign...I should have know it wasn't fresh...I dont even think it was from last night ..and when they warmed it up they burnt it....the+ Coke Zero 20 oz was expired and didn't even fizz when I opened the bottle...cool building but the food wasn't worth it. read more

This is connected to Legacy sports bar and grill and my review is similar. I would not eat here. The food is inconsistent and generally makes me sick. Its a miracle if they get your order right as well. read more

WE WHERE. you see we where customers . The businesses we brought with us to this pizza shop will not return and will be passing this to all the people we generously sent there.Due to the disrespect and ignorance of of one person at this location. This is all about a request for A1 sauce for there Cheese STEAK sandwich that we asked for numerous times. Who ever this person was should not be talking to customers that way let alone speak on a phone to customers just one group of peoples opinions. We know it is not a STEAK house . We asked nicely numerous times. This is not like we ask for this one time we asked numerous times every time we ordered for our company lunches. We wish them the best . We out!!!! read more

When we are up in Elizabethtown we stop there. Excellent breaded mushrooms and eggplant parmesian . Great prices and generous portions. Pizza town and Panda Buffet are the only good values past (west of )Lancaster. My parents treated me to a place they go to occasionally (TJ Rockwells) and I personally thought it was very overpriced, and I have no clue whatsoever why that is so popular with people in that area. Pizza Town and Panda Buffet are both better. read more

While some food is good some isnt the greatest. Burger combos are pretty good but usually when we call and order our food ends up messed up ( Example : i always ask for no onion or mayo they repeat it to me and when we get our food it usually always ends up having what i asked not to be on on it ) The pizza is ok but not great tends to be like a runny watery consistency everytime. If your grabbing a bite i would recommend the burger combos read more

Food was just OK. Mostly bread, not a lot of filling in Italian sub or Stromboli. Have had better. Been there twice, probably will never back. Staff is nice enough though. read more

Staff is awesome. Very welcoming and they care for the customer. Food is great as well. Bathroom and dining area is always kept clean. I recommend the pizza. Steer away from the burgers if you're a burger lover but again it's a pizza restaurant so what do you expect. I forget her name but she's always working the cash register when I come in. She's very nice and welcoming. She was very helpful my first time there ! read more

We had a great experience here. The meat lovers pizza was very good. My son enjoyed his ravioli and a beautiful side salad. Best of all was how accommodating they were with my other son who has multiple food allergies. They made him a very nice meal. The place is clean and everyone was friendly and attentive. I'll definitely come back. read more

They claim they deliver!!!! It states "We deliver within about a 5 mile radius of our location!" I live 4 miles away and they said I was outside their radius. I stated how close I was and I questioned don't want my business? I got SORRY. Their business must be booming to turn down more business. Will never do business with them again. read more

The food is not good and the service is worse. I ordered for delivery and requested a salad with no bread for my sister who has a gluten intolerance. The salad came with bread and croutons and when we called back to have them deliver a new salad, the staff was super rude about it. The driver who delivered the new salad asked for the old one back!!! I have given this place multiple opportunities and every time I am extremely disappointed. Will not be returning! read more

The quality of food from this place has declined in the last several years. Last pizza I ordered was very over cooked and crust was almost black. This place used be very good all the time. The pizza is just mediocre anymore. read more

Worst service ever. I had just moved to the area and had my family come with me to eat. What an embarrassment. You only receive quality customer service if you come in as a large group. He literally told a long time customer (customer said he had been going there for years) "I don't care, you can get out. I will give you your money back." After the couple was upset they were being pushed out of their seat for a larger party. The owner made us move as well. He never apologized, he pushed us off and HE was yelling at everyone. The customers were not yelling, but this owner is definitely a hot head. The owner treats his customers as second class citizens. The food isn't that good-for an Italian place the food should be more authentic. The owner has no business operating a restaurant. read more
