Looked like a fun local place with a decent amount of pizza, hero and sandwiches when we got there. Bathroom was pretty clean, so that was a good sign. We ordered 2 heroes--- chicken parmigiana and chicken cheesesteak with onions and mozzarella. Both were HUGE and delicious, but the parmigiana was basically made with frozen chicken fingers. The cheesesteak was fresh chopped chicken and onions. Both had a perfect amount of cheese and sauce. Staff were friendly and helpful and patient to a few of our customizations. We ordered 3 pizzas here Saturday at noon and all 3 were piping hot and delicious. We especially liked the fresh garlic and the cheeses...one was a taco pizza and the veggies on top were plentiful and tasted perfect. First time here and will be back! read more

The service and the guy taking the order was not professional. When asked how much something was as it was crossed off the menu he was not too happy cause he had to look it up on the register. Why not get new menus made?! Then when you have appetizers I would like to eat them as such and not when part as my main. Terrible customer service .. Friday Evening... called ahead for take out pizza . They said 30 minutes, which was great . I mentioned that we were about 45 away . When we arrived they hadn't made the pizza , which wasn't a big deal as much as the customer service was terrible. The owner was running the orders and the register. It was busy and I can handle him being frustrated, but I watched him take his frustrations out on some older customers that were just trying to place and eat in order at the counter. Family-owned place with solid offerings for Pizza and Stromboli. If you stick to the basics, you should be good. I generally asked them to leave my pies in a little longer as sometimes the dough can be a little too fluffy for my preferences. This is especially true for the square (Sicilian style) pies. The ingredients are always fresh and plentiful. The drive up option was super convenient even before COVID was a thing. The dine-in option was okay. costumer service is AWFUL. Was told my salad and quesadilla would be 25 min. I get there and the drive through line is SO slow so I decide to go in. There are two people in line waiting as well. No one has been helped yet. It is now 30 min since I called to order. 5 min later a guy asked if we were all waiting for door dash. I said no I'm waiting for order and say my name and the girl and guy in the front go to the back to check on orders. The girl comes back out and yells "you all need to go sit down now. I can't believe I haven't reviewed until now. My family and I have been eating their food since they were on Rt 230. My son loves their loaded fries and chicken fingers. Tons of cheese and bacon on the fries makes this teenage boy happy (he always asks for no ranch and they're accommodating) Pizza is always spot on probably because their sauce is da best. Taco pizza and buffalo pizza are so much fun for a crowd of people/party. We all think they're both flavorful. Cheeseburger sub and cheese steak hoagies and salads are delicious. Garlic bread with salad is melt in your mouth...mmm good. Inside is beautiful decor with touches of their Italian heritage and family with some country charm. Food was ok, nothing special. If you're at the attached brew pub, you have no other option and we know drinking IPAs on an empty stomach is no bueno. The youngish lady behind the counter must be family or something - I can't imagine an owner or manager putting up with such an off-putting, disinterested, borderline rude employee who seemed to get angry each time a customer came in. We were with a group of six or eight people and they all said the same thing, turned into a running joke at our table. We had friends order food for us and I requested a cheesesteak from the menu. They picked it up, brought it back, and we had a nice lunch. The sandwich I had was pretty good; the meat was tender, the cheese was gooey, and the tomato and lettuce tasted fresh. The pizza looked pretty good too. My kids enjoyed the pepperoni and the buffalo chicken received praise. However, I'm giving a solid two stars, which I feel is generous, because day 3 after this meal and I'm still suffering the effects of apparent food poisoning. I can say with confidence it was the cheesesteak because I was the only one who had it and got sick and that was the only meal I'd had in days that was out of range of my normal routine. We were nearby for a baseball tournament and stopped in between games to get To Go food for the kids. 3 large pizza, a few subs, burger and fry. I wish I had taken a picture, but when we got back to the field and opened up the 3 Italian subs, it was just Ham and lettuce. And like only one slice of ham too. Basically the saddest looking sub I have ever seen. Not sure if someone didn't know how to make it properly or someone wrapped them up before they were completed. When we are up in Elizabethtown we stop there. Excellent breaded mushrooms and eggplant parmesian . Great prices and generous portions. Pizza town and Panda Buffet are the only good values past (west of )Lancaster. My parents treated me to a place they go to occasionally (TJ Rockwells) and I personally thought it was very overpriced, and I have no clue whatsoever why that is so popular with people in that area. Burger combos are pretty good but usually when we call and order our food ends up messed up ( Example : i always ask for no onion or mayo they repeat it to me and when we get our food it usually always ends up having what i asked not to be on on it ) The pizza is ok but not great tends to be like a runny watery consistency everytime. We had a great experience here. The meat lovers pizza was very good. My son enjoyed his ravioli and a beautiful side salad. Best of all was how accommodating they were with my other son who has multiple food allergies. They made him a very nice meal. The place is clean and everyone was friendly and attentive. The food is not good and the service is worse. I ordered for delivery and requested a salad with no bread for my sister who has a gluten intolerance. The salad came with bread and croutons and when we called back to have them deliver a new salad, the staff was super rude about it. Worst service ever. I had just moved to the area and had my family come with me to eat. What an embarrassment. You only receive quality customer service if you come in as a large group. He literally told a long time customer (customer said he had been going there for years) "I don't care, you can get out. I will give you your money back." After the couple was upset they were being pushed out of their seat for a larger party. The owner made us move as well. He never apologized, he pushed us off and HE was yelling at everyone. The customers were not yelling, but this owner is definitely a hot head. The owner treats his customers as second class citizens.
