I shared the combo pizza with a friend, and it was so delicious. It came out fresh and warm. I thought the toppings, sauce, and cheese were balanced out very well. The crust was thick, which I really liked and had thought it tasted really good. They advertise this as a serving for 4, I think it really depends on how much an individual can eat. I do think it was really expensive for a pizza since it was almost $40, but I do understand it was a local restaurant so I wanted to support. They have hot honey, ranch and I believe a pesto type sauce and the pesto one was my favorite, added a ton of flavor to an already flavorful pizza. Nice spot to grab a slice or a whole pizza. Some friends and I split a cheese and combo pizza. I really enjoyed the crust on both, it was fluffy yet crispy. I enjoyed the ricotta on the cheese pizza and the abundance of toppings on the combo pizza. I really enjoyed their ranch as well. Something to keep in mind is that even with the indoor and outdoor seating this place is pretty small and cramped. Both were good and I'd have to say I liked the combo better overall. I personally wasn't a huge fan of the texture of the potato on the pizza, but the rest of that one was amazing. Despite the size of the pizza being a medium, they load them suckers up with a beautiful gooey cheese and a flavorful but not overbearing sauce, and the bread has such a scrumptious bite while respecting the soft part that makes it home made, and well made, an artisan type of baked beauty. I've heard people rave about Pizzasaurus Rex so I tried it with an Italian friend to get her opinion. We got a couple of slices each with her getting the pizza of the day and the potato pizza. They also had a pretty good beer selection, but I passed because I had to drive. The second time I came I grabbed a slice of the pepperoni and paired it with a Mexican Amber called Luna de Miel (Honeymoon). True to it's name, the amber had sweet and malty flavors. I really enjoyed it. However, my pizza was so greasy that it was really difficult to eat. It was too salty for my liking, so I'll skip the pepperoni the next time. Service both times were great. You order at the counter and they bring your food out to you. The second time I went was a busy Sunday afternoon but my food came out in a timely manner. The staff would come by and ask how everything was and clear plates. This is a small shop located in an area with a lot of restaurants and cafes.
