I ordered take out today from Pizza's by Marchelloni and my order came to 38.12, this did not include a tip because we were told by previous employees that if you add the tip with your credit card order the driver doesn't get it, the owner keeps it, so I always tip my driver cash. Anyway the total was 38.12, however I went on line to check my card as I always do when I order anything with my card, and they charged me 45.00, so I called to ask why and after the phone ringing busy for 1 hr and 57 minutes finally they answer and he had the n erve to say maybe it was my bank because he only charged my card 38.12, straight up lied to me as I'm looking at it in black and white, 45.00 to Pizza's by Marchelloni. While they were out of quite a few ingredients, I did call at 8PM during the coronavirus lockdown. The woman on the phone was nice and super helpful. The delivery took less time than estimated, which was appreciated. The driver was nice too and called when he was close, as requested. The food was also pretty good. We got two pizzas (BBQ chicken and roast garlic) and fettuccini alfredo. The pizzas were thick crust and not too greasy. I liked the BBQ best, my partner liked the roast garlic best. We split the fettuccini and both liked it. Great experience and super grateful they are open AND delivering at such a time. Much appreciated and we will definitely be ordering again! read more

We were passing through and staying at the Holiday Inn. We decided to order pizza and the guys at the front desk gave us the menu for Marchelloni's. We ordered some hot & mild wings and a large Primo pizza. The pizza was ok but something seemed to be missing. It was fresh and hot enough and the ingredients seemed to be of good quality but it seemed the cheese was bland, like it had no salt or flavor. The wings were large but way over cooked and dry. It seemed maybe they reheated them or something for them to be that way. Also there was not much sauce. If we ever come back to the area, I would order from somewhere else. read more

I was raised in Italy and am quite picky about my pizza. I ordered the "Meat Lovers Pizza." It was EXCELLENT!!! So tasty, fresh....just outrageously great! This was my first visit and they'll be seeing me again....quite frequently!! GREAT job!! read more

Picked one up and ate lunch with the family at Buhl park. Good pie. Crust seems consistent with Pizza Hut as far as thickness and crunchyness. Flavor was really good and cooked just right. Better than the average pie. read more

We used to order all the time the last couple times they messed our food up that we ordered the same way every time we order from them but today I was going to give them another chance I spent an hour and a half on the phone for them to tell me they can't take no more deliveries at 7:36 PM I waited for them to get unbusy to get through and we used to tip the driver very well They lost two very good customers tonight We will never Ever order From them again Thank you guys for making an already bad day worse read more

Pizza is decent. Tastes like the old East of Chicago. Everything else is terrible and way overpriced. Worst wings around.

Love their pizza, subs, wedges, wings, dessert pizzas, appetizers! CUSTOMER SERVICE has improved TENFOLD from last year! It seems they have made a lot of changes to their staff! I have had great service both on the phone with them, and when having food delivered to me, and on time also. I think people should give Marchelloni of Hermitage another chance, especially those who have had problems in the recent past! The homemade dough is delicious and you just can't get that anywhere else. :) read more

I wish I could give this "0" stars b/c the customer service here is nothing more than pathetic. We ordered our pizza at 5:15pm & were told it would be 35min...6:30pm rolls around and still no pizza so we call and are told they just left and would be here in just a few moments. I understand you get busy, it happens. The delivery driver arrives & only has 1 of the 2 pizzas that we ordered & told us that we were only charged for 1 but could call back and place another order. I call to speak w/ a manager & when I tell him about our experience he says, "Whoever ordered the pizza should of known he was only charged for 1." Im sorry that it was my boyfriends 1st time ordering from them & wasn't aware of their pricing. He then adds that they do not read back orders. He made it very clear that he did not care for our business or our satisfaction. I wasn't asking for a free pizza or anything...just expected good old fashion customer service. We stayed at a hotel right down the road from this restaurant, and after traveling cross country all day we were hungry. This was the closest pizza place so we gave it a shot. Not only did they deliver our pizza right to our hotel room door, but the man who delivered it was SO nice! Definitely gave him a nice tip. Now on to the pizza, it was delicious. I ordered a cheese pizza with alfredo sauce and toppings. It was thick crunchy pizza, just how I like it, and decently sized. I don't know why people have bad experiences here, but mine was great. Only reason for 1 star off is that I did not visit the establishment, so I cannot judge on that part. Thanks Marchellonis! read more
