Really good Pizza! The employees are always friendly. The Shop is clean, and the Drinks are cold!

The food was solid, nothing too interesting but still good, the problem is the service and the fact they have fake advertising/scamming on their prices website as I write this review, my aunt went in to grab her pizza and pay and she thought that the big sheet pizzas were 20 bucks each cause that's what it said on the site, but when she came in it was almost 100 dollars! So when she asked about that they gave her attitude, saying that it was a fake link and that the price wasn't like that since 26 years ago, but if that's so why is it still up? Terrible service. Says online they're open until 9pm called ordered a pizza went to pick it up at 8:23 no one was around all lights were turned off & they couldn't even give us a call to see if we were coming to pick it up . Plaza Pizza was my favorite Pizza , until yesterday I bought one and it was terrible very thin and the crust was very hard and you needed two hands to take a bite VERY DISSAPOINTED If that's how they are going to be made I will not be buying them anymore. read more

Pizza is great. Could not reach by phone to order. Went inside and the guy taking orders was pretty rude to people.

The pizza is the best in town! But they don't answer the phone, I've spent 30 minutes trying to call in an order. So if you can get through to place an order some days your lucky. But usually great food and good service. read more

The pizza deserves 5 stars and the owner is wonderful but the evening staff (man) has the WORST attitude. Been there twice to pick up pizza and both times he's been rude. Second time he screwed up our pizza order and told us we needed to listen better when he repeats the order back on the phone Really?? Then complain that you have to make another pizza? This is a unique pizza that you cannot get anywhere else. Homemade pizza dough and sauce is an awesome blend of a thick doughy pizza and comes at a great price. I grew up in Sharon and have moved away. When I return, plaza pizza is a definite must have. read more

This is by far the best pizza in the Shenango Valley! Great sauce, dough, cheese, and plenty of all three. They're also extremely affordable if you need to feed a large group. We recently moved to Lancaster, PA and cannot find pizza even remotely as good as Plaza. I should order a full sheet the next time I'm in town to bring back home and freeze. This was probably one of the worst spots I ever took a chance on! The customer service was terrible . I wasn't greeting or offered a menu I was rushed in and out once the payment was made the gentleman threw my card on the box and walked away I had to ask him was I done . Pizza..........I love Pizza. This particular pizza would have earned possibly five stars a few years ago but as of late, it has gone down hill. The sauce is not the same but the dough is great. I've heard they may have changed hands but I cannot confirm that. (May explain change is sauce) The crust is fantastic! We still get their pizza when visiting friends in Masury, Ohio but I have to say, I'm a little less excited to be eating it then I used to be. read more

One of my favorite Pizza Shops in Hermitage. Consistently good and value priced. Over the years they seem to have added more sauce and cheese, so we always tell them to go light on it. Toppings are under the cheese too, which seems to be unique to them in this area. This is take out only. read more

I've been here a lot. Some good times some bad. The staff is usually friendly. Once I ordered there over the phone and came to pick it up and they never placed my order. They made it up though by giving me a free 2 litter of Mountain Dew. They made my order fairly fast too. They have their good days and their bad ones like anyone else. read more

My friends in Chicago won't shut up about how "You just haven't had pizza until you've had Chicago style." That's jive! Hermitage style is where it's at, and no one does pizza Hermitage style quite like Plaza Pizza. It's food in its most rudimentary form--a mass of matter that you can ingest and it won't kill you right away. And if it's true that their tomato sauce is really just ketchup, then call me a ketchup freak! Best of all, their pizzas come in enormous sheets--roughly the size of a doormat--proving once again that quality is no match for quantity. Excellent pizza, among the best in the Shenango Valley. The crust is soft and delicious and the sauce is great too. As far as pizza goes, this is nothing fancy...no gourmet options or anything, just regular tomato sauce and your standard toppings to choose from. Square pieces that are great for a crowd or just a couple people. They have a meal deal that is a can of pop (a huge variety of flavors to choose from) and four slices for something like four bucks, a really good deal. Pickup only, no seating or delivery. Still definitely a great price for basic, delicious plain pizza. read more
