We were traveling home and needed to find a place to eat that was family friendly and I remembered seeing a video on this place. It is a casual pizza shop and italian eatery. They have a case of salads, cold sandwiches, heat and eat, desserts and market. They offer a selection of slices or order off the menu. We tried the Roman style cheese pizza, small ny pepperoni and sausage and a kids pasta/meatball. Everything was so delicious, the roman pizza was best pizza ive had in awhile, light & airy. We also had to try the homemade tiramisu, very tasty as well. We will be back for sure! read more

Risi Pizzeria & Italian Cuisine - Reuben roll - Sandwiches Near Me - Canfield, Ohio

Great friendly staff and one of the best NY Style pies in Ohio. Riding also offers pizza by the slice which is a nice treat in that most area pizza places don't. Besides NY style they have a thinner New Haven style pizza and a Youngstown style Roman pie. Plus homemade desserts including canolli and cakes. A great stop just off of Rt 11 on 224. read more

when i go the food is normally good. I normally order pizza crispy but keep in mind that u don't want it too crispy and they burnt the bottom of the pizza and it tasted questionable. The service and atmosphere were very good also. read more

Ambience service and the most important the food!. Been eating here for years. The Roman Dough is out of this world,, the New York is spot on! With the fresh ingredients and everything that they make how could I go wrong! IOld World meets New World Italian! The grab and go counter has variety from jam to already cooked fresh pasta, and sauce, ready to heat at home. The Italian sodas are the best deal in town! If you haven't been do yourself a favor and Divertirsi! read more

They've changed their name. The name on the door is now "Risi" Risi Very good. New York style pizza is the best. Youngstown style pizza is best but Youngstown style should never exist. Sandwiches if your hungry. So big. So good. Everything here is good. Damn. The salads are good. Lots of vegetarian options. Best pizza in Youngstown read more

The best pizza in the area. Great pasta. This restaurant is on my must have list when I head back to my hometown!

Roman mushroom pizza. I added x cheese add blk olives. Very dry . Not nearly enough garlic sauce. Tasted like thick flatbread with toppings!!!. Very disappointing . My husbands pizza was sad looking. Reg pizza either sausage and pepperoni. Looked like gas station pizza. I also bought desserts , frozen and cannolis. Plus frozen wedding soup. I spent almost $70. Thinking this would be a great authentic Italian place. I'm Italian. Guess I'll make my pizza at home. I had high hopes for this place.pics shown do not look like actual pizza. read more

I've had the Roman pizza from the previous owner and it was great. I tried the Roman pizza form the new ownership and it was dry, not much sauce, and the crust was so hard I couldn't chew it. I cut it off and gave it to the dogs. I will not order pizza from there again. Sad. read more

We've visited this place for lunch on a couple of different occasions but this was our first time ordering a take out 16"pepperoni and mushroom NY style pizza. We've been looking for this pizza in the Youngstown area since we moved from Pittsburgh 15 years ago. The crust was chewy and fresh. The sauce is tangy with the perfect mount of garlic and spices. They put on the perfect amount of cheese and toppings. The mushrooms were the freshest and best I've had on a pizza. After 15 years, we've finally found our go to pizza shop in this area. read more

In the last 3 times I've been here they have messed my order up twice. Then last night I called and ordered a meal and a pizza. They told me it would be done in 20 minutes. I got there when they said it would be done, and proceeded to wait another hour in the restaurant for my order. I keep giving them chances because their food is good, but they just can't figure it out read more

Great food with great flavor. We go every time we're in the area. Would try everything on the menu if able.

Risi pizza is some of the best in the area. Variety and quality of ingredients are on another level. The subs and different Italian style salads are a welcome addition to a pizza place, as well as the cold foods cooler with lots of different Italian favorites. The Arancini appetizer is amazing, and in my opinion a must have. Joe and the staff are friendly and attentive. In the Mahoning Valley with some of the best pizza in all of the world this place stands out. read more

This place is one of the best Italian sub , Italian sandwich , and specialty pizza , desserts and food that I have ever eaten at, I have have tried them all over Youngstown and Italy! Risi is doing something special and yes - I am regular that goes at least 3 - 4 times a week , it's that good! read more

I stopped in for the Coffee Trail, a fundraiser for the Rescue Mission. While getting my cup of coffee, I decided to pick up dinner. I got 2 NY style slices, 2 Roman style slices, macaroni and cheese, and garlic greens. It was enough food for two dinners for my family of 3. Total around $40. Food was great! The Roman pizza crust will be something I crave. It's so chewy and flavorful. The woman helping me was so friendly and even offered to help me carry everything out (two pizza boxes, bag of food, coffee, and a toddler in my arms). We'll definitely come back for takeout dinner! read more

Great pizza thick or thin both are excellent. Get the thick pizza unbaked. Heat at home. Delicious

Don't let the grocery in the name fool you- you'll get some of the best pizza (Roman style) around and their pressed sandwiches are sooooo yummy. My favorite is the mushroom but everyone I've had is good. Service is friendly and they do have a few tables if you want to eat in. And you can pick up a few groceries while you're there. read more

I've eaten this pizza so many times now, and it is truly fantastic! I've never had a bad meal from Napa, and I would highly recommend any of their pizzas (and sandwiches). Service is always top notch also. My personal favorite pizza is their Pepperoni, and if you're looking for a sandwich, try the Tuner and ask for it on roman bread. read more
