I've been smiling ever since Pizza Station came to Katonah (they also have a location in Chappaqua). The pizza's great, the pasta is excellent (don't let the name fool you, they have a big menu beyond pizza), and the service is great. Order a pizza by phone and it's always ready in 15 minutes (they may say 20, but it will be ready faster) for pickup. They deliver too, though I usually pick up. Naturally, it's my kid's favorite restaurant in Katonah too. read more

I like love the pizza here and their buffalo wings are really good as well. Their wings are the sauceless hot wings which are my fav! I do wish that they had more seating but I would never not frequent a restaurant based on them not having enough seating. I would just take it to go. read more

Pizza dough was undercooked and worker forgot about my slice in the oven chatting with other workers

Pizza was nothing remarkable but what was remarkable was being told our soup was coming out soon for 20 min while no one even went out back to check though we asked 4 times. It became comical as we purposely took turns asking and knowing what the answer would be without any staff even moving. When it did come out it was barely above room temperature so obviously it was just sitting out back where no one could be bothered to check nor make sure it was still edible. I have been frequenting this pizzeria for a few years on and off, and I have never had a bad experience. The pizza is quite good, and there is always a fantastic selection. The service can be slow, but I have always found the staff to be courteous. Parking is free, but depending on the time of day it can be a tad difficult to find a spot. read more

Are you a kid studying at the library and need something to sustain your studying? Well, walk for 2 minutes and Pizza Station will be there for you. If you're looking for food suggestions I recommend getting whatever is on the front glass. Having lived here my whole life, I started off humble with the classic cheese slice, grown to adore the chicken vodka, the caprese, the sicilian, and the spinach artichoke. Another pizzeria with not one English speaking person behind the counter...still I Liked it and ordered very often from them ...then my most recent and last call to them the guy taking my order cannot understand English and has no idea what I'm trying to order yet starts yelling at me because I didn't clarify it enough by repeating myself 4 times that I wanted grilled chicken not fried....besides that as a whole the guy was just such an asshole to me, a steady customer for months now...tells me I don't have to order here I can go somewhere else when I ask him to confirm the order ...I'm at the point where why would I spend another dime here? Love the Pizza Station, all of the food is great, you just can't go wrong here! All of the soups are fresh daily and not salty at all (which is hard to find) the pizzas are tasty and there are so many varieties, its a pizza place with a little restaurant feel. We ordered from here because we had the pizza at a party the weekend before. We ordered an entree and pizza. I have to say it was horrible. My kids wouldn't even eat the food and I couldn't wait to throw it out. The sauce seemed old and the pizza was mushy. The delivery girl showed up and was talking on her phone while delivering which was unnecessary. Will never be ordering from here again. Hoping no one gets sick because it was not fresh at all!!! read more

Pizza is ok but service is just unbelievably rude! I bought three slices of pizza to go for a total of about $13. The guy who was helping me initially put two slices of pre-made chicken caesar salad pizza in the box and was waiting for the cheese pizza in the oven, then he went to answer a phone call. While waiting in the seating area, I over heard two guys in the back chatting about how my order does not need a box. So one guy came over and started transferring the two slices into brown bags..I noticed and said:"Can you leave the pizza in the box because my son will be eating in the car later. Thank you." The guy raised his eyebrow and said:"box is expensive.." I was shocked! Just when I was about to say sth, the first guy finished his phone call and took over the order. He put everything back in the box for me, then I reminded him that I asked to cut the cheese pizza into cookie slices for my son. The guy stood by the oven and said sth like"so much trouble.." I just couldn't believe it! We have been to many pizza places, never have I ever had a problem with a simple request of cutting pizza into cookie slices for my toddler. It takes 3 seconds with their pizza cutter and it's a time saver for us busy moms. And the pizza box is expensive? You know losing regular customers is far more expensive! You can be nasty to your customers and save your pizza boxes but it will cost you your business at the end. I hope this pizza shop owner can educate their staff about importance of good customer service or I doubt this business will last for long. This is not the only pizza shop in Westchester county or in Katonah. We will not come back! read more

I ordered out once a week for a month and I am done with them for the dinners. Absolutely NO TASTE.. from chicken parm to Chicken Marsala, to anything with a wine wine etc.. Disgusting. I miss the days where Italian restaurants have ITALIANS cooking the food. Though these guys work hard they have NO CLUE what traditional Italian/American meals should taste like. I tried. I really tried. Pizza Station is conveniently located in downtown Katonah, and for months, we ordered a pizza from them every Friday evening. Same time, same pizza. However, just about once a month, after making my order, waiting the 15-20 minutes for it to cook, I'd get to "the station" to pick it up, and there'd be no pizza. This happened three times in three months. Not once was I given a complimentary pizza, a discount, or even a free soda. The third time - I told the rude young man at the register that I wasn't going to wait for him to make the pizza. This had already happened twice before, and I was fed up. I told him I was heading over to La Familia. He started to yell at me. In front of my 9-year-old son. I will NEVER go to this place again. And I would highly recommend that others choose La Familia or Sinapi's - where you can depend on your order being fulfilled - and where you will not be verbally abused. read more
