Located in a busy shopping area, good pizza and calzones. It gets busy fast so best to call ahead and leave time for preparation.

Solid pizza. New York style. The Symphony in C (a white pizza) is great. Lots of cheeses, including feta and ricotta.

Best pizza in the Valley by far! You can tell the chef takes pride in his product unlike other pizza joints in the Valley.

The interior has the restaurant basically fully integrated with the kitchen - some tables are literally right in front of the pizza oven, which seemed warm so we opted for a table by the wall. It was fun to watch the pizza chefs at work and enjoy the barn atmosphere. The service was fine. Friendly, but slow despite the restaurant not being packed. The food was super yummy. We got their classic Evolution salad with the blue cheese added. We also ordered a half and half pizza. One half was pepperoni and peppers - delish. The other half was Punctuated Equilibrium - also delish, but we wanted more olives. Crust was nice and crispy. Would come back! Especially with my toddler for the al fresco dining.

We sat inside this time because it was 30 min instead of an hour wait to be outside. In part I think you are paying for the experience here, not that the pizzas (or flatbreads which are pretty similar) aren't good but they are pricey. On this occasion we wanted to try the special salad but they were all out so we got the regular evolution. It's a simple, but fairly priced and deliciously dressed salad that I would recommend. Pizza wise we split medicine wheel, classic Vermont sausage, and a split pepperoni cheese for the kids. All of the pizzas were tasty but I maybe liked the herbs on the medicine pizza the best. Service we knew would be slow because of how busy it was but perhaps not as slow as it was. Drinks came relatively fast but then it took probably thirty minutes to place our order which, after waiting to get in, meant that kids weren't eating until well after 8 when we got there before 7 which was less ideal.

Pizza remains good, with an enjoyable, crisp, thin crust that falls somewhere between St. Louis style and New York style. It make the kiddos happy especially when they do their own builds -- a pesto base for one kiddo, marinara for the other. In years past, we had issues with over-salting and over-cheesing. Not this time around. Salads are a bit meh and small and overpriced for what they are, but ah well. I never seem to remember the lesson! I know staff were working hard, but b/c of the crowds, there were long waits and little check-in. We had to flag folks down for more water, a delayed dish, and at the end the check. Next time: takeout!

Thankfully this place had a bar, so the wait wasn't bad... we even talked to another patron who was also waiting; he was extremely kind and we had a great conversation! Parking was easy and the lot is a fairly decent size. Staff was extremely busy, so it took a little time to actually order to go (we weren't in any rush!). The restaurant is definitely a locals' spot where people hangout or takeaway. The pizzas are quite large and what we ordered was pretty good! We definitely had left overs. I can't say it was the best pizza we had, but it definitely helped the cravings. *THE PIZZA-PIZZA: Red Sauce, Pepperoni, Mushrooms, Sausage, Green Bell Peppers, Red Onion: Big (16") $27. In the end, I can say I would be back to try other dishes.

They have large parking lot so we parked and head on over to the entrance. It's amazing large establishment with wooden lodge style interiors and some outside patio seatings as well. They have a huge stone furnace for the pizza. We were sat down right away as it wasn't too busy. We got the pick two lunch where you can choose 2 between soup, salad and mini flatbread. I ended up picking vermont maple sausage flatbread and soup. Soup was tomato base with some cheese. Strong tomato flavor and some acidity with saltiness of cheese coming through. It was good but maybe a little bit of cream or milk might balanced it out better. The pizza was pretty good. Can see the char from wood fire. Saltiness of cheese and hint of sweetness and savoriness from maple sausage pairs well together. Dough was bice and chewy and crispy on the crust Service was good and server was nice and attentive. Overall it's a solid place to enjoy wood fired pizza made with local ingredients. Good place for lunch or dinner. If you go for lunch Monday through Thursday the take two lunch option is a good value.
