Super fresh ingredients and great quality. Wonderful and attentive service too! We also loved the old world rustic ambiance - I'm a sucker for a red booth! Lastly, you can't beat these prices! Our understanding is that they're under new ownership so I can't speak to how it compares to before. But I would encourage anyone to stop by and give it a chance. The new owners are a hardworking couple - chef and front of house. We were served by the wife who was super friendly and personable. It's worth the stop and we can't wait to return!

I have been to Raffallo's Pizza numerous times in the past but not in a very long time.. like probably over 30 years. The one in Hollywood & La Brea is still there, but was way out of my way. Yesterday, my friend and I stopped by this Raffallo's Pizza in the heart of Hollywood which brings me a lot of great memories since I used to live there and practically spend 17 years of my life there. It's still home to me. This Pizza place has been there for a little over 10 years but the new owners Miguel & his wife Geysy took over the business 3 months ago. Got a very warm, happy, pleasant welcome by them and their employee by the name of Abigel. She was very sweet, kind, and brought out our order on timely manner. We both got their Gnocchi Al Pesto Genovese which included gnocchi, sauce (homemade) basil, garlic, pine nuts, parmigiana & reggiano. It's a type of pasta.(18;00), Got 2 more things: Scampi Salad with Grilled Shrimp, arugula, cherry tomatoes, avocado with lemon dressing.($20.00). Last, but not least we got their 12 inch medium size Vegetable Lovers Pizza: Mushrooms, Green Peppers, Black Olives, Onions & sliced tomatoes ($22.95). For drinks, we both stayed with our waters. Total came out to be $65.51. Food was very fresh, pipping hot, & very DELICIOUS. GF dough was a bit hard to chew, but wasn't too bad. They have few parking spaces right in the front, 1 gender neutral restroom and one last thing that you should know. When we got the check there were few hidden fees that was not mentioned to us before hand if you pay with a card. Overall, a great experience, we both split the bill and the ambiance was as lovely as it could be!! Thank you Miguel, Geysy and Abigel. Will return next time I am in the area.:-))

I saw it in passing on dog walks but if you're selling large pizza for five bucks I am definitely not turning you down. Even if you're Little Caesar. Well maybe then. I think they do that as standard. Anyway, got that and the six dollar cheesy bread. No this pizza isn't spectacular but it is solid. Solid crust and toppings for the pepperoni. Hard to screw that up. The cheesy bread is awesome. They dust the top with more cheese I do believe, in the form of parmesan, and it's all crusty and burnt. The debate continues regarding corner versus interior slice but both just made me hungrier somehow. In a good way. I think the deep dish is the same crust. If it is I'd vouch for that too. Just get that honestly. One of those is like a fat-person personal pizza. Oh and good service even though I couldn't place a phone order because they were off the hook in more ways than one this weekend.

The pizza was decent, and I definitely appreciated the generous amount of toppings. My only minor criticism is that the bread and cheese could have had a little more flavor. It wasn't the best pizza I've had, but I really can't complain. The Stella on tap was great, and the staff was outstanding! I was attended to quickly and checked on several times, even though I was only there for a slice of pizza. That kind of service makes a difference and definitely deserves recognition. Overall, a very good experience with great service, a good beer, and a satisfying meal. I'd come back!

I'm so glad these are staple pies on a rotating menu because Wow!!! Probably two of the most culinarily creative pies I've ever had and the flavors were ingenious next level. It's like an iron chef decided to open a pop up pizza biz. The Funky Buffalo nailed the balance between the heat of a wing sauce (tempered down with the brown butter) along with the salt from the bacon. Add to it the funk of a perfectly portioned amount of blue cheese on top of mozzarella and the slight crunch of pickled celery (who would think of that?) made this 11/10 perfection. Every aspect of this pie was a well thought out masterpiece. The Bahama Mama Mia was another incredible pie. The play on the sweetness of exotic fruit with a honey drizzle against the spice and saltiness of the nduja sausage was sensational. An absolute must try if you can get a second pie to share. We also got a pepperoni polka to go and of course this was off the charts. Take your traditional pepperoni and add ricotta stars, pepper jelly and basil. I was done. Best ever. Definitely giving Pizza Daughter a follow to see where I can get my next bite. A million stars.
