My favorite place for pizzas and chicken wings. I love love love their wings - hot garlic, hot barbecue and hot buffalo! I would recommend this place to everyone! A bonus point - it is open late at night :) read more

The lowest quality slop that you can get, the food here is disgusting. The only thing on the menu that isn't just cheap garbage is the cheese curds and they are ruined by the terrible frying oil. The prices are far too high for food of such low quality. If you like the carnival you'll like the dinning room, the only thing missing is clowns. read more

One word: yum. Breadsticks, pizza, etc are delicious for a great price. Recommend for anyone. I've had pizza after pizza here with their breadsticks and I have yet to be disappointed. Workers always help you out with the best prices and it's also pretty fast read more

We walked in to order for dine in. The redhaired girl at the register was eating off of the pizza in the case. Then she begins digging at her teeth, touched the cooler, register, pizza tray and counter without washing hands. Next up was a dark haired male or female?? With glasses who though it was a good idea to blow nose behind counter right by the pizzas in the glass. I must say, at least he or she used hand sanitizer after contamination!! My friend and I placed our order and went to find a seat. The entire seating area is filthy!! No tables cleaned off, Booths are filthy, floor is filthy... we ask who's responsible to clear/clean tables and were told by one of the pizza makers that a bus boy was to be cleaning. A guy finally came over after about 5+ minutes, wiped tables and smeared the debris around and onto the floor. Next they call our number for our order up. It was to be a large pizza with csmo and a 6 pak of wings. The pie was cold and the onions were missing. I went to speak to somebody about this. The only person available was a Brunette pizza maker, who offered to box us up a new pizza?? She came to our table to take the pizza that was cold and missing onions, said she was giving it to the drivers. She stood there a bit looking at my friend, whom was eating that 1st slice, as if she wanted that slice back as well. My friend told her right out that we had been waiting long, she was hungry and was not giving her the SLICE. So now we're back to waiting, we're starving, just came from a gathering at Family Peace Center that ran out of food. Our pizza comes out with an apology and CSMO. The apology was a waste!! Pizza toppings were cold, crust was only warm, we were both tired from sitting, disgusted with the poor hygiene of the workers, filth of the store, poor food prep and some of the shady drug addicts sitting around filling cups with bottomless beverages. I know I was on the Lower East Side but not one of these issues is cool. From mouth picking, nose blowing, eating off the toppings from the pizzas that are sold by SLICE, screwing up our order, taking forever to get our food served, having all Filthy tables, having drug sellers/ Buyers in plane view and not reducing bill at all. Disappointed and Disgust is an Understatement!!! Did I mention the pills all over the sidewalk down stairs or the broken syringes? 1 thing I must say though; I REALLY liked my Wings!!! That is why I scored them with 1 Star!! Get rid of the Nasty Workers that could Spread disease while touching food & items with their saliva and snot hands. Get rid of the heroin/Narcotic addicts that hang around mooching food/beverages and buying/selling drugs. Try Making a Great product again like you were known for!! I EXPECT a Clean Establishment , Tasty and Hot food ( THE FOOD THAT IS ORDERED ) brought out in a timely manner by clean workers with clean hands and tied back hair and I wantx FUN dining Experience!!!! And We got NON of that!!!! I WILL BE CALLING!!!! SHAME , SHAME SHAME!!! read more

Trash. Worst pizza that I've ever had. I never thought I would hate pizza until I had a slice of this slop. The quality of food makes me sick and tastes worse than it looks. Have you ever had the $3 Jack's brand frozen pizza? Do yourself a favor and buy 8 Jack's pizzas for the price of 1 Pizza Shuttle cardboard tasting, printer paper thin, skunk smelling, sorry excuse for a pie. Jack's frozen pizza tastes better than this place too. I know Milwaukee isn't known for their pizza, but holy crap...way to let your city down. If Pizza Shuttle were a TV show, they wouldn't be ready for prime time. They would air at 3 a.m. with 2 viewers. Great for drunk college kids. Not great for anyone with taste buds. Would rather starve than eat at this establishment ever again. 1/10 read more

What Pizza Shuttle lacks in quality, they make up for in low prices and by having a huge selection of toppings. I've definitely had better pizza elsewhere, but what makes Pizza Shuttle cool is that the prices are perfect for poor college students and they have tons of coupons and deals going on to keep prices low. They are also open until like 3am every night, so they are perfect for a late night snack, too. They also have ice cream, but I haven't had a chance to check that out yet. read more

Would I recommend this place? I don't know. If you're gluten-free, their GF pizzas actually taste like pizza, so that's a huge plus. If you like a lot of buttery, garlicky crust, and don't care about calories for a night, this is a great option. Double pepperoni is super good if you're into that sort of greasy Toy Story style pizza. And the wings are fabulously gluttonous. But be prepared: delivery can take up to an hour (and often does). One unfortunate incident occurred when somehow my order wasn't put through to the kitchen. They gave me half off for the inconvenience, but I was very annoyed, because I had waited the hour or so. If you need delivery. Don't. Call. Order online because the phone recordings are torturous. No really. But if you hate that random friend of a friend at that otherwise epic party, make them call. Not the best, not the worst. But again, great for GF folks. read more

My brother graduated from Milwaukee School of Engineering three years ago, so when I was in his old stomping grounds for a wedding, he insisted I had to try Pizza Shuttle. It's no secret Chicagoans are extremely... opinionated about pizza. We have the best, we know it, and anyone who dares tell us otherwise is just jealous that they're forced to eat crap. While the first part of that statement might be true, Pizza Shuttle definitely shows that while we're the best, other cities are still more than capable of making really really good runners-up. We got a 12-inch Sicilian style cheese which was just wonderful. First of all, Milwaukee friggin knows its cheese, so you can bet at least that part of it will be great. The crust was nice and thick all around, and not the least bit dry or overly crackery and I really enjoy the sauce that was drizzled in circles on top of the cheese (rather than completely flooding it, like we like). Overall, it was just a really good meal. We also go some oh so health fried cheddar nuggets which are basically like Culver's cheese curds only 1000 times better And the atmosphere definitely has that college hangout kinda vibe to it, it's lofted above the street which is kinda nice, but just has an incredibly laid-back kinda feel. So yeah, it's not Chicago, but that doesn't make it not good. And besides, a thousand drunken engineering students love the place, and they can't be wrong. read more

I've eaten here several times but ordered delivery for the first time the other night. I not only had a discount code, but they also gave me a discount for being a first time delivery order which was awesome! I got dinner and lunch for the next day: Chicken Caesar wrap, Asian chicken wrap, tempura green beans and garlic bread sticks. Everything was great except the chicken caesar wrap came as a pita instead of in a tortilla. Flavors were very good and portions sizes were generous. Prices even without the discounts were good for what you get and delivery was fairly quick. read more

While staying in Milwaukee this weekend, we ordered late-night pizza from Pizza Shuttle. So I have no idea what the restaurant is like. But for late-night delivery, we loved many things. 1) They're open late. Duh. 2) The folks on the phone were very courteous and patient while we placed our order. 3) They brought it quickly, beating their estimated delivery time that we were quoted (great because we were starving!) 4) The pizza was everything you want in a late-night pizza. Greasy and hot with nice melty cheese and tasty toppings. We got one normal thin-crust type pizza and one of the deep dish type. The deep dish was very thick and doughy, but in a really good way. The thin-crust was also tasty, with a nice balance between dough, cheese, sauce and toppings. In all, it satisfied the craving quite well and we were super pleased with the speed of service. Oh, and the delivery guy brought it right to our room. Fabulous. read more

I love pizza shuttle pizza and fried chicken wings! The food is very good and they have lunch specials for the slices of pizza as while.

So there I was, 9pm on a Thursday night with 12 of my closest (and forcibly closest) friends. We had stumbled down the street, not from drunkenness, but from pure hunger. After finding refuge in the brightly lit sign, we approached the counter. We came to a hasty decision to order "the largest pizza in Wisconsin" with our leftover money from our spring break fund. It was then, that we realized we had severely f*cked up. As we sat eagerly, our stomachs growled for the food. Surprisingly quickly, the kitchen produced what can only be described as regret on a plate, wheeling out the 28 inch pie on a cart. As they set it on the table, a small river of Wisconsin cheese grease turned into a small lake. We attacked it with the half dozen provided pizza cutters with an enthusiasm unknown to mankind, but in the end, the pizza was victorious. Myself, and my fellow Michiganders were no match for the onslaught of pure Wisconsin pizza. We wandered out, defeated and holding our boxes, grease dripping out of every pore, out 49 dollars, and filled with regret. As we looked back on the establishment one more time, we noticed that our plates and cups were magically gone, as a short woman in a Wisconsin hat had made them disappear with an ability only to be found in a restaurant with the qualities of the Pizza Shuttle. As the wind pushed us down through the lower east side, we knew deep in our hearts and arteries that Milwaukee was too hardcore for us. read more

Ok. I understand you are suppose to eat this food at 3 a.m after a real rowdy club night, but I thought I would try it for lunch. UH OH. My coworker and I thought we would try some of their other items besides pizza. I ordered a chicken wrap and my coworker ordered a calzone. The chicken way dark grey. Like really dark grey, almost green? I took one bite of the wrap, saw the chicken and hoped that I did not vomit all over the office. Then my coworker showed me his calzone, which was only half baked, the other half was literally raw dough. I called the store and the manager agreed that the chicken looked funny and they would test it out. She also sent out a free pizza for our trouble, and I would give the actual pizza a 1.5/5. I would say pass on Pizza Shuttle, much better off with Classic Slice, Ians, or Times Square. read more

Ordered appetizer sampler and chicken fettuccine Alfredo for delivery from the hotel. When I went to the lobby to get the food, the price was $3 dollars more than what it was indicated on the online ordering. When I asked the delivery person, he had no explanation. I still gave him 20% tip thinking it's not his fault that management doesn't update the online ordering system to match. Customers shouldn't be charged more that what was told at the last min. Food was average at best and only thing they have going for them is late night delivery. I don't think I will order from them again. read more

To be honest, i can't remember the last time I actually set foot in Pizza Shuttle. It was a must stop late at night around bar close and I remember it being a real shit show at times. That being said my friends and I regularly order during our poker games and it can't be beat. Really diverse menu, agreeable prices and the fact that they deliver to Walker's Point(and I believe as far south as Bay View) is very nice. I can't speak at all for the dining room experience these days, but any place that needs a couple security guards is not for me. Nothing serious ever went down when I was there, mainly drunken fights but IMO life is too short to suffer that kind of crap. read more

If this place wasn't open late I probably wouldn't eat their food much. The pizza is OK, definitely no competition for Classic Slice or even Zaffiro's.Generally, I think their menu is overpriced for what it is and delivery orders are inevitably lukewarm, incorrect or both. I also find their ability to pad the tab with outrageous delivery charges astounding. As with most large-scale fast food operations, quality is inconsistent. Undercooked or overcooked food is par for the course, as is missing items. I've found that the food tends to be better when it's eat-in, perhaps because workers have to serve you face-to-face and are aware that their mistakes are more easily confronted. read more

What a terrible experience. First I walked up to the counter and the cashier looked right passed me to ask the person behind me what they wanted. After telling him I was in line, he took my order..incorrectly. I asked for a veggie pizza and they gave me a vegan pizza. I asked the counter for a cup of water to swallow the bland, awful pizza, and they told me they can't give water for free. I'm pretty sure that's illegal in America. I love this pizza place. Their thin crust pizza is the best, toppings are fresh and the pizza is always hot. I like to eat in the restaurant because of the diversity of the clientele and the staff. They are a conscientious employer and care to employ people with disabilities. The shop is fun - tv's playing sports, good music, and great 25 cent video games! And their rewards program is extremely generous. I recommend signing up. Always order the thin crust - you won't be disappointed. read more

Oh the memories. I love to eat out on the patio. The pizza is cheap and decent. I love the meatball sandwiches. The atmosphere is indescribable. They are open way late. I got turned on to Pizza Shuttle years ago. It's not gourmet, but it's good, fast, and a super deal. The family dinner special has a pizza, a dozen wings, bread sticks and 4 sodas for about$ 20. You can't beat that with a stick.....and why would you want to? read more

Can't go wrong with the late night delivery service...chicken parmigiana sandwich was so good at 1am lol

Initially this was my absolute favorite pizzaria, but over the years I have been increasingly disappointed, but our children still think they "like" it. We ordered a pizza for delivery at 6:31 pm exactly. It was delivered at 7:50 pm. Cold. The delivery driver volunteered that she actually had to return to have a replacement pizza cooked because they had mistakenly put mushrooms on our pizza and this was the "reason" for the very tardy delivery. However, when we opened our cold pizza, there were mushrooms. Moreover, I do not know how or why she would have learned that we had mushrooms on our pizza unless she opened it and inspected the product. In any case, this was the last straw. We are absolutely done with Pizza Shuttle. From now on we're placing our deliver orders with Divino's which is actually a much better pizza and delivered promptly. read more

I ordered for delivery after I got of work before I took my dog for a walk. Now I can accept long delivery times 7 order time estimated 8:20 delivery time I can deal with that. The food is suppose to be good. I can even understand if they need to go past that if it is busier than expected or if the roads might be a little bad. A heads up would be nice but I could understand. At 30 min past the time I call them and they seem confused tell me it will be here shortly, I was already on the verge of canceling the order but I think no its almost here. Almost another 10min it shows up, all the food is cold, I get a sob story and take the order. All the food is cold. I call put in a complaint and they offer me one of two things. Redo the food and they will exchange it, I already waited 2 hours, or they will offer me some store credit. I can accept them not fully reimbursing I did get and foolishly enough accepted the order. I will take a late delivery when the food is hot and acceptable but this just isn't accepted and only offer $10 store credit of a $30 food bill that I now have to heat myself, doesn't feel acceptable. They did seem to make an effort, but it is a degree a bullshit. I am lucky enough that I did order some of it with the intent to have left overs for lunch otherwise I would of been extremely pissed. I likely will not be returning. read more

Always love the pizza and one of the cashier guys was totally nice. When I asked if the air could be turned down yesterday because it was FREEZING he did it right away without attitude. I have been a loyal customer for over 15 years. I was SHOCKED at how I was just treated by a "Manager' I ordered nearly an hour before close, and my pizza puff arrived frozen on the inside. A driver had told me their pizza puffs are cooked from frozen, and they are suppose to thaw them first, but they don't, and knowingly so. Yet it was 3 minutes after close when i got my order, and I tried to call back, but there was no answer and no way to contact them, not that they would answer their phone anyway. So when I called the night after, they said there was nothing they could do, because i didn't call that night, even though I had no way to call. They knowingly sold me uncooked product then just told me there was nothing they could do, and that was just they way it was, I said so you just make terrible food and call all of your customer liars and scammers if they try to bring up an issue, at the earliest possible time they can? It what world s this ok? The owners sold the store to the employees, and it went straight down to gutter, all money grubbing and running the place into the dirt.
