Yum Yum Yum! I love the pizza here! You can order one of theirs or make your own! There is also plenty of other items on the menu like salads, appetizers, and pasta to choose from. Last time I was there I got a personal pan pizza with mushrooms and tomatoes. It was perfect! I had a few pieces and was full, so took the rest home for a snack the next day. The wait staff are friendly enough and the atmosphere is laid back. I will diffidently be back! read more

The spinach and garlic calzone is great - probably the best thing I've ordered here. It has both mozzarella and ricotta cheeses inside, and the crust doesn't get soggy like the pizza sometimes can (Shack Special is good but can be a little soggy). read more

This is the place for pizza in Willis. Kid friendly and good service. Pizza is consistent and good. My kids ask to go here by name. Sauce is not bad and crust is ok. I do wish they would put more sauce on their pies. Being from back east I try to stay away from the 'big chain' pizza shops and Pizza Shack helps with that. Hands down the best pizza place in Willis. read more

This is the best place in Willis to eat. My husband and I love it here. We always order the Rigazzi. We can tell you use high quality products in making your food. Everyone is always friendly. Thank you for your service. Linda W. read more

The food here is delicious! Last time I came in I had a bad experience with customer service, but not the food. I decided to stop in again tonight because it's the closest thing to my house that serves chicken fettuccine. I had a very pleasant customer service experience with a woman I had never seen there before. My food was ready fast, she made good conversation, and she was just the sweetest little lady I ever met. I left feeling better because of my experience. It was also my first time trying their fettuccine and it was delicious! !! I also had a salad with ranch. Omg their ranch must be homemade because it was very tasty!!! My belly was happy with this food tonight! Thanks for being a sweet heart little lady :) read more

Decent Italian food. Not just pizza. Their lasagna was pretty tasty. It's a small cheap place that you can go to get some grub. I wouldn't say take a date here now just a causal lunch hoop-la would be superb. read more

Loved the calzone I had. Rachel was a great! The beer was a little warm for being on tap but Rachel made sure it was never empty. Haven't tried the cupcakes but I did hear it was a must for next time so I plan on being back. read more

The service is great. Our server was friendly, fast to take our order and bring our food even though the place was almost full. Their pizzas are unbelievable! I had the veggie with extra ham, which wasn't one of the options on the menu, but the server said she could add it and it made my pizza way better! I wish we had ordered the large one instead of the medium! I wanted some left overs for the evening! read more

Best restaurant in Willis! Great Itallian food. Our favorite dishes are the Cajun Pasta & Sausage Calzone! On Wednesday they have a pizza buffet that is amazing! I attend the church across the street (Family Faith Church) and it's perfect because I can go to the buffet at 6 and be at church in time for Wednesday night service at 7pm. read more

Best Pizza around, hands down. Great Pizza at a very good price. Real hand-tossed and slide in oven baked, they even have the window so you can watch them make it. I take my family there all the time. Wednesdays is Pizza Buffet! read more

This place gets 2 stars because the pasta dishes my mom and I ordered were very tasty. However there were several negatives When we came in the sign for buffet was $7.99 and since this was our first trip on a Wednesday all the guys decided to go with the buffet. "Pizza, salad, and pasta" 1) The pizza at the buffet wasn't really that good. The birthday boy went back for more salad instead of pizza because the crust was too hard to chew. 2) The waitress came by one time to see if I wanted another glass of wine. Then didn't come back until it was time for the check. I guess they avoided the free refills on the drinks for everyone at my table by not coming by. 3) Never saw any pasta. When my father asked about it as he got the bill, he was told he had to request the pasta. Not sure how he could have done so with an absent waitress. Would have been nice if someone had told us. 4) The buffet was $9.99 for dinner and $7.99 for lunch. They forgot to change the sign but didn't forget to charge the dinner prices. Another thing that would have been nice to know before the bill showed up. My dad said he would have ordered pasta instead of the buffet, but liked the cost of the buffet at $7.99. (he came for pasta) 5) My dad went up and asked about the unexpected difference in cost and was shrugged off while the waitress watched. Not sure what they said to him, but he was pretty pissed when he came back. 6) I paid for my wine separately and when I asked the cashier if our waitress was new because we go such bad service I was interrupted so the guy could complain about the "other customer" who wasn't happy about not being told about the pasta either. "We don't have room to put out pasta. Everyone knows to ask" Guess he didn't know he was complaining to me about my dad. read more

The food here is always good. The staff is always pleasant and friendly. Dining area a bit crowded.

My husband and I have given this place 3 chances to impress us, and it has not happened. These folks know nothing about customer service. I ordered some extra items last time and they were not in the bag when I got home. Tonight, I mentioned it to them on phone when I ordered. No response at all from the girl taking my order. No apology for the inconvenience or anything, just silence, then, will that be all? So, I asked when I picked up my order, and was treated as tho it was an imposition to THEM for me to ask. When I got home, they were not in the bag again. This was the last time we will grace this establishment, and anyone online should check their entire order out before they leave this place. read more

The pizza here is great! I ordered Chicken Alfredo at my ladt visit and it was dry even when I had asked for extra sauce and charged for it!

My husband and i take our two young kids here on the regular. We love the food we have never received bad service or bad food. And each time we go in they always give our kids some pizza dough to play with and that is the best thing in the world to keep kids happy! But over all it is a wonderful family dinner place! read more

Pizza is delicious! The shack special is my fave! Salad bar is pretty ok, better than average, I always get it because there are so few salad bars around! Pizza buffet is great!! I have ordered take out from this place 3 times. All 3 times the person on the phone was very RUDE and acted like I was bothering them by calling. When I've gone to pick up the food, there is no greeting, just "name? The total is $$$". They shoved the food at me with no "thank you, come again" , nothing! Again, like I was bothering them by coming in and spending $60 EACH time. Last night was by far the worst! After having the experience described above, I walked out and checked my order in my car. One of my salads was left out so I went back in to get it. I told the girl at the register. She didn't say a word, just called a guy over and pointed at me. I told him about the salad. He was the one who packed my order, so he wrinkled his nose at me, looked back at my ticket, walked off, got my salad, handed it to me and walked off again, all with the wrinkled nose, snarl. There was no "I'm sorry. " "Here ya go", again NOTHING!! My order was $55 and I even left a tip for them just to pack up my food. This was the third strike!!! We work too hard for our money to give it to an establishment that cannot even have a pleasant attitude at the most important place in the building... the CASH REGISTER!!!! We will NOT be dining in or carrying out at this place again! read more

Should be zero stars. Had the rudest waitress, owners daughter, I have ever had in a restaurant. Very bad service!!!! I will never go back and I'm a local. read more

We shared a lunch special of Chicken fried steak with Whipped potatoes and green beans. (Tuesdays choice of this or lasagna). I had fresh brewed ice tea and we couldn't resist a cupcake to go. Good food at a reasonable price. We are just visiting the area but hope to get back in to try their pizza and pasta which looked very good as we checked out the other diner's choices. Meal was not overly salty as is usual in restaurant food. Bread sticks had hearty texture but not so great that you were tempted to fill up on them. Potatoes were fluffier than I like but they did seem to be real potatoes and the green beans were not from a can. Chicken fried steak was tender and traditionally battered and deep fried with creamy gravy served on the side. Cupcake was decorative and moist and the frosting light and fluffy although not as flavorful as I expected. read more

We too have been eating at Pizza Shack for 10 years. It has slid down hill so fast even the Owner/Manager are surprised.Phone orders are constantly wrong, but they always have the time to redo it ( if you have 25 more minutes to sit around ). As a Retired U.S.Marine Sgt.Major, my wife and I sponsored the U.S.Marine Silent Drill Team between flights, during their layover. We had a large order true but they said they could handle it.Wrong. Under done pizza dough ( Well, you ordered alot of Pizzas Sir ! ), missing items and an overall "Sorry bout that" attitude. No offer to make things right, no price adjustment, nothing. And nothing is what I'll be ordering from now on. I believe the only positive reviews on their website, are their family and friends read more

Consistently good food! Pizza is the best around. Had minestrone soup that was full of veggies and the Greek salad was amazing!

Stopped in for lunch with my daughters. Our food took over 30 minutes to arrive at the table. Ordered a personal margharita pizza it was burned and hard as a rock. I've made better frozen pizzas. My daughters ordered the chicken parm and said it was barely warm. Disappointing because in the past the food was good. read more
