I wish this place was better. The service is good but the pizza is so dry!! Overall not horrible but definitely not the best.

An overall good place, just a little expensive for what you get. Ingredients tasted great and those working were nice, but the cost of pizza itself was high for the size (about $9) and way to many ingredients required an up-charge (with many of these uncharges being as high as $3 or even $4). While I did enjoy my pizza, other comparable pizza places simply just cost less (Ex.Blaze). Furthermore, they also seemed to work a little slower and have a less efficient system then comparable places. They do have many cool toppings (Nutella on a Pizza!) and options to meet many dietary needs, such as gluten free crust and dairy free cheese, but unfortunately it seemed like all of this stuff came with an up-charge. I likely will be back, but I think there is room for improvement in their pricing structure and efficiency. read more

Didn't know what to expect the first time I went to this place. Felt a bit rushed to place my order with people standing in line behind me. But I settled on a delicious pizza that came out almost at the same time I was sitting down. Enjoyed it a lot and have been back with friends in tow several times now. read more

We Love coming here as a family or with a larger group because everyone can order their own (or split) without long winded decisions on toppings to split a pie. Also great beer choices AND the BEST gluten free dough I have ever had. Sometimes I get it and share with my hubby, he hasn't noticed yet. read more

Pizza Rox: A pizza and wings joint, where you can get anything but "normal" pizza & wings. I went because it's across the street from my hotel. I just wanted plain old pizza & wings. Instead, I got this weird hippie concoction that was "sorta" a pizza....with less sauce, less cheese, and less toppings..... and cornmeal all over the crust. They looked at me weird when I ordered pepperoni, ham, and bacon (I guess thats considered "weird".... I was supposed to order granola, tree bark, and kale I think) I asked for 10 wings. They said "What flavor?". I responded "Just normal buffalo wings". They said "Yea, we can do that". Once again.... looked at me weird. Instead... I got these weird lemon pepper flavored wings... Not what I expected. Not even CLOSE to traditional buffalo wings. The food isn't "bad".... thats why I left 3 stars. It was "ok"... but this is NOT a typical "pizza & wings" place at all.... which may be a good thing if you're in the mood for something different. If you want good old fashioned "pizza & wings", go somewhere else. Prices are a but high considering how much they skimp on toppings.... but not awful. I've seen worse. My suggestion? Maybe add a "Traditional" section to your menu.... for.... you know..... people that just want "normal" pizza. read more

BEST PIZZA EVER. I love their thin crust pizza and it's good for you too. Everything's fresh and the spicy olive oil is a great touch to any pizza. I order from here all the time what a great concept ! I personally like a pizza with pepperoni, roasted garlic, fresh mozzarella, and spicy olive oil. read more

Well, it's outside my usual wheelhouse so I'm not going to compare this to what I think of as in any way traditional pizza. First of all I picked this place because they have #vegan options and I must say thank you thank you for that much. The vegan cheese was more like a sauce, the actual tomato sauce bleeds through it and makes the mozzarella seem like a cheddar so I went back to the counter and they did in fact get my order correct, was just odd... I'm an old New Yorker so I have lofty pizza aspirations. That said, I'm vegan these days and must adjust my thinking. The crust was tasty, the people we're friendly and the veggie toppings were nice. I feel like better is possible but they need a better vegan cheese to get that happening for me. Bottom line, it was meh but being vegan in a pinch I'd still go back if I was in the area but I wouldn't drive out of my way for it. If your not vegan don't use my experience as a guide. It's family friendly and kudos on a good and interesting beer selection. It filled me up, was affordable but I just felt meh, my hopes were higher. I'm glad I tried it. My son and I both left saying we should have gone to Bolay, but sometimes you want pizza... not an easy thing for vegans unless you just leave the cheese off all together and that might not have been a bad way to go? So it's gonna be 3 stars but it would would likely be more if I weren't vegan. Almost makes me want to toss them the extra star but it was what it was. read more

Best pizza I've had in South Florida! These guys know how to treat a dough right, and their customers too. Super friendly staff. Even the gluten free dough is amazing! read more

Pizza Rox has become a favorite for my wife and I. She always gets the Gluten Free pizza with Vegan cheese and every time I cant help but order the BBQ Chicken pizza. The staff is always super friendly with an outstanding menu selection. Pizza Rox prides themselves in non-gmo verified products and most everything to order is organic. If you've never been here you have to give it a try. You won't be disappointed. P.S. Don't forget the apple cinnamon desert pizza! read more

This place is great! I have been more times than I can count, mostly because their Friday night $2 craft beer deal is too hard to pass up. Between myself and my family we have worked through most of the menu and nothing has disappointed - one time they burnt my eggplant pizza but were quick to remedy the situation. I love that they have plenty of veggie choices and on a couple occasions I have gotten their daiya cheese option which I love. Best of all they have a loyalty punch card system that leads to a free pizza for us every few weeks. read more

Best pizza place in Boynton.period. Fresh ingredients, nice selection of beers, priced right as well. Every time I am around Boynton Beach and feel like pizza, this is the only place I stop by. read more

So it's Super Bowl Sunday and we needed food. We had Vegans, gluten free, and everything eaters and we came across this place. When we walked in we have our order, 7 pizzas and 40 wings. We waited 40 minutes to get our food to g0. But it's super bowl Sunday, we were ok with that. What I wasn't ok with that they upcharged us $4.00 for ranch dressing for the wings, we asked for 8 packages and they give us 3. When I said something to the girl at the counter she was nasty rude and rolled her eyes. What I don't need is rudeness and to be lied to. I told her I was going to write a bad review and she didn't care. I asked to speak to the owner and some other guy came to talk to is and was apologetic. Did not make up for the rudeness and how she treated us. I just don't understand if someone spends all that money they would up charge for dressing. Anyway the food was good at least. read more

guy who takes your order, caucasian male, glasses, and beard has a serious problem. so angry looking, rude, and just bad vibes all around. I will not being going back just because that guy makes what should be a friendly environment, like everyone else there has, look like a mental cold war. his stare is creepy and he always looks angry. has a smart attitude, talks to belittle you, and really just can't stand anyone doing better than him. he is sarcastic and what seems like a narcissist. anyway, good food, crappy person. read more

Ok so I'm the typical NYer that's never going to find NY pizza here in Florida but to be honest I was nervous walking in. This place is great! You walk in they ask you how many pizzas you'd like than you start making your own pizza. On the downside though some items you will need to pay extra for but definitely they did not disappoint. Nice thin crust which there are 3 to choose from. My recommendation is if you are in the area spot in you'd be surprised read more

We ordered delivery from Pizza Rox through delivery dudes. We had two pizzas, One of their specialties and one that we created. The one we created was with regular mozzarella, tomato sauce, sausage, mushrooms and garlic. I did not care for it at all. The garlic looked delicious but the whole garlic cloves were not cooked. My husband liked it OK. Their creation was called Hot for Teacher and I loved it! It had spicy Soppressata and a hot honey drizzle that gave it an unexpected spicy:sweet kick. The pizzas are small which I like so you can try more than one kind. I will definitely order from them again, but I will let the experts do the creating. Delivery was quick prices are quite fair. read more

I have ordered from this place in the past and received good pizza. But on Monday 9/21/20 received an OVERLY SALTED and it felt like poison. I discussed by issue with Delivery Dude and they said they reached out to you but you accept zero responsibility. On the other hand I received partial credit from Delivery Dudes. read more

First time ordering from this pizzeria and the food was very good. It was just somewhat cold most likely due to the delivery service that took a little long to have it delivered. Overall very good pizza and desserts! Recommend 100% read more

Very good pizza made right in front of you. They have gluten free options which not too many pizza places have. Their ingredients are of great quality and flavor. The way the pizza is cooked in their ovens makes the pizza even better. Very good margarita pizza with great mozzarella cheese and an awesome tomato sauce. read more

Good pizza. Cool that you can make your own. It's just there are so many places out there like Pizza Rox so it's not really "unique". Your Pie, Flash Fire Pizza, etc. It's all the same. If you want good pizza quick, it's good. Employees are friendly. Prices are reasonable. read more

Absolutely outstanding pizza. The crust is on par with the best that I have ever had. My daughter had the gluten free crust which is as good as a regular flour crust. All of the other gluten-free crusts that I have tried are terrible. They have beer and wine and shakes. They do a great job. I have tried other fast-fired, hot oven pizza places and this is the best one. Too bad there is only one of these. read more

Always wanted to try this place, that was a mistake. They take forever!!! 1 hour+ for a pizza....There were about 3 other people complaining but I guess being on your phone and pretending to play with the cash register is more important. Pizza was pretty soggy and mediocre. I don't see this place being around much longer despite some of the good reviews below. read more

Sometimes the pizza is good, other times it's not good enough for 9 bucks. The problem with this place is the staff. Not only are the employees better at talking amongst themselves than the customers, but there is no set pattern of how they even take your order. Be prepared for awkward stares and strange communication. It all depends who's working and how competent they are. A note to management: get these goons a script! The reason everyone says "welcome to moe's" at moe's is to get employees in a customer oriented mindset, and sets the expectation for the customer. Chic-Fil-a says "my pleasure" at every one. That's why they have better customer service than subway and chipotle, (other examples of inconsistency). Every time someone says "I'd like to build my own" the employee should be trained to say "you get 1 meat, 3 toppings, and..." so on. Then no matter what idiot the customer gets, they feel attended to and can expect the same experience next time. Or you can ignore my advice and let everyone look awkwardly at each other and not even be certain if it's their time to order or who's helping them. Once this place sorts out the inconsistent portions of toppings and gets a non-delinquent staff that learns to smile and speak up, it can be set up for greatness. I'll try it a few more times before giving up, because it's good 50% of the time. If it improves, I'll definitely change my opinion and rating. Maybe one star is harsh, but I really believe the kids that work here are that bad). And to be fair, for two pizzas and a drink it's 25 bucks. So expect to be reviewed with higher expectations than a fast food place. read more

Picked up from here for my kids and brought back to find it was soggy and lacked any real flavor. Think it is a gimmick and hope they either close or fix it! Sorry but not much else to report! read more

I've been a regular here for a year now. I take my pizzas very seriously, and this place is my current favorite pizza place. It all starts with that amazing dough quality. Their Neapolitan dough is top notch, their brick oven bakes their pies quickly and to a nice crispy crust finish. Fresh toppings, $8 to $9 price range for a personal pizza, wine, over 15 different beers, and a multi flavor Coke machine. Dessert pies, wings, calzones, cookies, brownies and treats. Chill atmosphere, great music, bathroom and dining area always clean. Service is great. Get your butt down here and try their pizza! Absolutely fantastic! read more

Best gluten-free pizza! My family and I love this place. They have a nice variety of specialty pizzas ( you can also just choose your toppings) and a good craft beer selection. The staff is very polite and the restaurant itself has a chill vibe. Plenty of outdoor seating. read more

Very impressed by the pizza, atmosphere, and staff/service when we visited on 1/17/16. I love BBQ chicken pizza and my husband can't stand it so I never get to eat it. Love the personal pizza idea. My husband is a pizza snob and even he loved his pizza! We were worried the pizzas would take a long time to cook since they're made to order and we were with our toddler, but it was ridiculously quick. Happy to have another quick dinner option nearby! read more

Amazing pizza! Amazing Salad! Local beer on draft and in the can! The coke freestyle has any and every flavor you can imagine. They have an espresso machine and serves the best coffee! I love pizza cooked the correct way (quickly with super high temps) so when I saw that this place was opening I was excited. I went about two weeks after they opened and went a little early for a lunch hour. The place is nice and clean/streamline. The seats are a bit hard though. I felt slightly rushed because there were people waiting to take my order and the menu is on a board above the prep station. There were many pre-defined pizza choices so reading through them was a bit time consuming. So much so that I just decided to get a regular pizza so I could get the multiple employees to stop watching me read the board. That part is a bit awkward. I would try and decide before you go or sit at a table and read the board and then walk up. Because the pizza is cooked the correct way, the pizza is ready by the time you pay and get your drink which is under 5 minutes tops. If you are in a rush, this is the place to go. Also, the pizza's are enough for two people, one hungry person, or one person wanting leftovers. The taste is average to slightly above average. I believe the cheese left me with the best impression. It was good quality. Everything else was OK. I've had better. I've had worse. They score points with speed and ambiance. The place is very hip. They lose points with the menu board location/ordering process, and seating comfort. I would go back when nearby and wanting a pizza quick. I am not making a trip there specifically. read more

The wonderful concept of Pizza Rox completely FAILS when it takes more than 2 hours for delivery. When I contacted the establishment I got offered a meager apology and a promise that the pizza was on its way. I asked to speak with managers Frank or Glenn, was placed on hold for 10 minutes! The WORST FIRST IMPRESSION EVER! read more
