Ordered a medium pepperoni pizza, half a cheesesteak (told them exactly what I wanted) and an order of onion rings, everything was amazing and it was fast. This was the first time I have ordered anything in sometime because I have been disappointed in the past. I will order from here again, everyone was happy, way too much competition in this area to drop the ball That's why I tried Pizza Ravens again, the other place went cheap with the cheese. read more

Shout out to this team who delivered 150 pizzas last week to Park Elementary and 120 pizzas to Brooklyn Park Elementary today. It was an early morning start for this group. Thank you so much for serving our community. read more

This pizza and sun shop is local in my area and we ordered a cheesesteak sub, lasagna, wings, mozzarella sticks, fries, and carrot cake. The counter service was nice and we enjoyed our food. The ambiance was an average pizza sub shop. Small, soda coolers, and open view to the pizza ovens and such. We enjoyed our food, especially the wings. Oh and the carrot cake was a nice touch too. read more

NEVER RECEIVED MY ORDER. Here is what I sent Uber Eats (mind you I live in Pasadena, MD 21122 RIGHT off of 100 that can get to Pizza Raven by 100 or Mountain Rd in less than 10 mins): At 7:35 just minutes after I placed my order, I received a call from Pizza Ravens staying they don't deliver to my location (even though I live less than 10 minutes away). I asked if they could cancel my order. They said yes and hung up on me. After a few minutes I got an update from my Uber App staying they were making the order. Then another saying it was on its way. That's when I called Pizza Ravens again. I asked why the app said they were making my order and they again acted like I was calling the wrong store (even though I called the number provided by your app). They said that I called the wrong location and that they'd look into the issue. They called me back within a few minutes to yell at me that they had already told me they don't deliver to my location and there's nothing else they can do. I still got charged. I tried multiple times to cancel the order or put in a complaint that I never got my items. I have screenshots of all of this (incoming nag/outgoing calls and Uber's inability to let me cancel/report the order as never receiving the order) and your lack of customer service since everything is automated. I want a refund for the order I was never received. Especially for the lack of professionalism from the restaurant. read more

terrible place, I ordered a shrimp cheesesteak and when I got there, the guy told me that he never heard the shrimp part if you're looking for a good cheesesteak stick to Bella across the Creek Bridge read more

Cheese steak was decent. Delivery driver hounded me for more then a 5 dollar tip for a cheesesteak and a bottle of coke when I live less then 4 miles away. I get the high cost of gas thanks Biden. But the Hyundai he dropped the food off in has to get more then 20 miles to the gallon.maybe it's just me? read more

Great pizza! Fast delivery and friendly customer service. I have no complaints about my pizza and the process from start to finish. Giving 4 stars because we only ordered pizza and never tried anything else off the menu, which I plan to. read more

I got a medium cheese pizza for $9.53. One of the best pizzas around here from a sub shop

I don't know who answers the phone at this place but their people skills need improvement. If I'm calling with a question about an order, I expect an answer in a kind respective manner. This place however feels as though if you call with a question they have the right to verbally attack you. Terrible customer service, over priced food in an area bountiful of other options. Long story short, go elsewhere, there's a reason for crappy gimmicks (the run down crappy purple painted eyesore of a van) and that gimmick is to have you overlook crappy food. read more

First time ordering from Pizza Ravens. WOW! Service was great!!! Pizza arrived 45 minutes after ordering and was delicious and piping hot. Will definitely order again. read more

Terrible customer service, one week they will deliver the next they won't and they act like your stupid when you tell them they just delivered. Lost a long time repeat customer because you won't deliver 2.8 miles away. read more

I'm not trying to sound over the top, but this is our spot! I had to write a review when I saw that no one had yet. Our whole family loves Pizza Ravens. We do live really close to their shop, but we've gotten deliveries from them in as fast as ten minutes. The cheese they use is great & we usually end up just getting cheese pizzas. read more

By far the best pizza in the area. This is the second best part of my monthly trips to Maryland, I always look forward to eating here. read more

Worst pizza I've ever eaten. I ordered pizza and fries with cheese and bacon. The "bacon" they put on looked like the type you see in the dog treat section of grocery store... food was inedible. read more

Pizza Ravens - Sorry cheese steak - Pizza Near Me - Pasadena, Maryland

My father ordered this on accident and this was the worst mistake of my life. Looked at the pizza and nearly lost my lunch, than lost the 1 slice of pizza via the toilet and lost a couple of pounds because i shit my brains out. Might be the worst pain for the worst pizza ever. My asshole is still burning. This place needs to be shut down read more

When I order pizza or subs I usually get Bella Mia, but they're closed on Sunday. I decided to try Pizza Ravens last week; what a disappointment! The subs, supposed to be on "fresh" bread, were on old, smooshed rolls and the meat was so sub par the sandwiches were not edible. As for the pizza, raw onions were on top of so much cheese. The crust is decent, but with the overwhelming cheese and underwhelming toppings, it got lost. On the positive side, inexpensive (you get what you pay for I suppose) and fast delivery. If you're looking for pizza in the 'Dena, maybe stick with a chain if ordering on Sunday. read more

Pizza Ravens= worst definition of a business ever. We order all of the time and now they will lose my business over an overcharged bottle of soda their delivery driver forgot to deliver. After waiting 45 minutes for the original order, I call and am informed someone will be back to deliver the soda. I then wait another 30 minutes to call back and find out they don't have an available delivery driver! Never ever ordering from them again and I'd highly recommend fellow Pasadena friends to rethink ordering from them again. Sorry a** business owners. read more

First place we tried when moving to the area and wasn't impressed. Pizza crust and dough were dry and littered with flour. Pizza had no taste, cheese was dry and sauce had no flavor. Look elsewhere before trying here! read more

Went for lunch and ordered a crab cake sub. I have had them before but I was splitting it w/ someone so I wanted 1/2 with hots, 1/2 without. "We won't do that:" was the response, like it is tought to cut the sub in half and make it like the customer wants it. I did not ask for anything crazy. Then some decided that we needed provolone cheese on a crab cake sub. REALLY? A mushy roll when we went to eat it, just finished my interest. I will go somewhere that will make what I want, how I want. It was not cheap a cheap lunch at $17 either. Thanks but no thanks. read more

The buffalo chicken pizza is probably the best thing they have, but that's not saying much. The price is right, but the quality could use some improvement; I guess you get what you pay for read more

I'm a big guy and two pieces of the meat lovers pizza filled me up. They did not skimp on the meat for sure.

I have ordered from Pizza Ravens for many years. I have always found the food to be prepared well and quite tasty. The bread (sub rolls and pizza crust) is very good. Salads are iceberg only but fresh. Friendly delivery staff. read more

If I could give this place -5 I would. I found an L shaped piece of metal in my sub I called and the manager said it wasn't from them. Week took up the piece of metal and he laughed in our fave and said nothing in our kitchen looks like that it coulda been from the deep fryer. I almost swallowed the piece of metal and he laughed in my face only would refund me for one sub instead of my whole meal. He was a complete jack*ss he laughed and the kitchen looked so runned down that it was definitely from that kitchen I wouldn't put a piece of metal in my own food. I worked in a kitchen it has happened as a mistake you just give them a refund and new food but he wouldn't do either until he made us drive the piece of metal up to him (Inconvience) to laugh in our face. I will never eat there again. RUDE AND ARROGANT read more

We order a gyro platter with feta cheese when we receive the order there was no cheese.we called them to see if we could get a refund or another sandwich we were told no refund because they were very busy and he wasn't sure if they would have power all night and he would remember us and he would take care of us .well we called today and guess what no free meal which was the same and no refund he told us we should have asked that night which we did never doing business with them again and we will be calling the owner Shaw supposedly is his name read more

DO NOT TO PIZZA RAVENS IN PASADENA! They overcharged me and when I said something the "owner" started waving his hand in my face calling me "honey" and yelling! Then they tried to refund me the incorrect amount and then yelled at me when I asked for receipts...never going there again read more

Horrible. Ordered food waited over an hour and 45 mins with no food. Absolutely ridiculous. Horrible customer service pizza ravens will never get my business again. Now I have to figure out what to feed 2starving kids when they should be in bed read more

My favorite carry out is now a place I will never order from again. Ordered a 20 piece wings. Flats were fine. the rest were knuckles from a normal drum stick. When I called to complain they said that's the way them come now. Would bring me another order. Taking that crap back tomorrow and want all my money back. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. THE PENNY PINCHING AS RUINED THEM. Too bad for the drivers always a $5.00 tip, $10.00 in crappy weather. So disappointed. read more

I wish I had paid more attention to the previous reviews. The order was 15 min. early; maybe the only nice thing I can say. Crab cakes were mostly filler, and what looked like crab, tasted like the imitation stuff. The fried shrimp was way too oily; fries were so-so; potato salad had an odd-tasting "mayonnaise," and the cole slaw was no better than tolerable. I feel like I threw away my money for junk food. So sorry...I will never order from them again...EVER! read more

Our family orders from pizza Ravens at least three times a month if not more! Food is good and they get here fast! We tip the drivers well because we know they work hard and drive in this mountain traffic for us so we figure it's the least we can do! However today is the last day I order from here! We ordered simple pizza and salad with chicken and honey mustard dressing! The order arrives and the dressing is missing! Usually I wouldn't mind because I have extra in refrigerator but this time of course I do not! So I call and the arrogant ass that answers the phone yells at me says the driver put in the bag and to check the bag! I said well I wouldn't be calling if it were in there and that I had checked the bag, that's why I know it's missing! He yells at me and says well he put it in there and I yell back and say if he had I wouldn't be wasting your time or mine calling! He yells again stating the driver will drive allll the waayyy back with my dressing as if it's a bother to him! Sad to say this will be last order we receive from them! read more
