The pizza is really delicious. The amount of toppings is perfect. I love how thinly sliced their veggies are... it makes a huge difference in the final product. I got two pies - 1 large veggie on regular crust and 1 large pepperoni + olive on regular crust. I asked that they cook them extra well done & crispy and they actually listened which is a HUGE PLUS. I'm pregnant so I'm super picky now and it was a great first experience. Price point was reasonable. I used the $5 off yelp check in coupon with no problem. The two guys working there were nice too. Excellent pizza! Love the thin crust, love the deluxe style with everything. It's a good balance of everything! For those lactose intolerant people who can't do cheese, their "Vegan" cheese replacement is near perfect. We tried two pizzas, one regular cheese and one "Vegan" style cheese, on the Deluxe and it tasted pretty much the same. So this finally put a rest to finding acceptable dairy free pizza! I usually pick up the pizza and it takes around 30 minutes from the time they get the order so it's not so bad. Parking is free behind the complex. read more

Hey it happens... especially because of their Valentine's special. Asked for a German Saucage sandwich and receive Ham sandwich which I don't like at all. I also ordered their meatball and asked them to send it without any sauce but they've added nerimara. They give you 0 customer service, 0 support, 0 care and of course no refund if your ask for one. I'd recommend you dear Yelp reader taking your money and business somewhere else. We are vegan and it's pretty hard to find a really great pizza spot that offers a vegan option. Pizza Pie Eatery is really good, we are lucky that we found such a great place and extremely lucky that we live pretty close. The crust is a little too thin for my liking, but still good. We put in an order online and then drove here to pick up the pizza. It's been 40 minutes. 40 minutes of waiting here. Where is my f*cking pizza? I finally got our 2 pizzas and garlic bread after 45 min and the Mediterranean pizza and garlic bread was cold. Yes, Mediterranean pizza should be cold on top but not on the bottom too. My husband was pissed too and called to complain. They didn't accept any responsibility (clearly the guy at the register goofed and forgot about the fact that I was sitting there, waiting for my order and the manager was defending him), argued that Mediterranean pizza is supposed to be cold on top, and offered a 50% discount for next time. Funny how they think there will be a next time. I would have been more forgiving if the pizza was amazing but it wasn't. I say this in all seriousness: it tasted like a frozen Digiorno's pizza with fresh basil and feta on top. The pepperoni and sausage definitely was no better than a frozen pizza. Next time, I'll pay 1/2 of what I did and eat twice as soon by going across the street to Ralph's and picking up 2 frozen pizzas and their ready-to-bake garlic bread. read more

I have lived here for over 3 years and I have been searching for a high quality, New york style pizza flowing with cheese and lots of pepperoni and Pizza Pie Eatery hits the mark. It's a bit more expensive than the chains but it is a notable step up in quality and I always have to stop from gorging myself. Terrific ratio of crust to sauce to cheese to sauce. Love it. I have ordered 2 or 3 times through eat24 and had prompt delivery and absolutely no issues whatsoever, so I am not sure what's going on with other people, probably just bad luck? I wouldn't even give this place a 1 star. Their pizza is mediocre but more importantly...the service is TERRIBLE. Don't even bother using the yelp promo, they don't honor it. When I ordered I stated I activated their yelp promo for $5 off $25 and he said to show the promo to the delivery guy which I did. He said I needed a printed coupon, however it can not be printed. The promo itself states "Show this screen to an employee to redeem your offer". This place will not be getting our business again. Call and was told that they didn't receive the order but could see it in the system (whatever that means). So they put the order in and am told it will be 30 minutes. 1:10 and still no pizza.
