I am from Canada and whenever I am in Plattsburgh visiting my special friend Paul Pellerin, this place is a must for me. Enjoy the friendlyness of the waitress and also the manager. I quite enjoy the wings and Paul special order of pizza is perfect. The place is also clean and that is something I look at before venturing into a restaurant. Wish this place was in Ottawa Canada. I ordered called and ordered 50 wings at Pizza Place on February 6th. The menu on line stated the cost as $26.99 for 50 wings. This was mentioned to the person that took the order. When I arrived to pick up the order I was charged $48.60. Almost $1.00 a wing. This is more than a $20 increase. I questioned this and the response was oh the menu's aren't all updated on line. I wasn't offered any type of I am sorry or let's split the difference or even a coupon to use the next time. Well there will not be a next time. I have contacted Pizza Palace twice and apparently they do not respond to customers. I would not have posted this if they had any type of Customer Service. I should have not purchased the wings. The bottom line is Pizza Palace is all about their bottom line. read more

If you think this is a five star restaurant, then you need to get out of Plattsburgh more often. It's not terrible, but it's decidedly average. The place is dirty. The atmosphere is poor, made worse by the blaring tv--so tacky. The service is lackluster and indifferent. The food is very middle of the road. If you're in the area, it'll do. But it ain't five star. read more

Prices are never the same and the wings are way to small for the price. They're about half the size of a box lighter.

Enjoyed my food and the atmosphere in the restaurant was great. My waitress was also nice and made me feel right at home.

Great pizza and friendly service. Love the sauce on pasta, lasagna is one of my dabs. Nice place for lunch and great take out. Eat in and get a slice, it's about the size of a small pie at most other places. read more

Really nice local spot - my parents eat here regularly, so we decided to have a post-Thanksgiving lunch there while I was visiting. The waitress (Jessica I think?) was great - efficient and very friendly without being intrusive. My 1/2 size steak and cheese grinder was very tasty and the perfect size, and I really enjoyed the cream of chicken soup. All of our lunches were well prepared, quickly served, and delicious. Pizza was good but nothing special. The service was poor. They were not busy and I sat at the bar it nearly took 10 minutes for anyone even to look at me. If you have a bar, have a bartender. Pizza wasn't quite New York style and the crust was almost burnt. Not sure what style it was. I think Guiseppies is better. For not being deep dish it took nearly 45 minutes for my pizza. ... again they were not busy. read more

Friendly but slow service, clean and comfortable. Pizza sauce was more like salsa, extremely wet to the point of running off the pizza. Next time ill get it without sauce. Dont get tricked with small and large salad. The small is BIG. Just get the side salad if yur having pizza. Chicken tenders were great and big. Daughter had them and said theyre great.... Visiting my folks in Mooers, we decided to get Pizza Palace - I've never had anything from there before. We called ahead for pick up. When we got home with our food I was amazed at how good everything was - side salads were fresh (bleu cheese was fabulous!), Dad's calzone was great, and my linguine Alfredo was phenomenal (despite the half hour drive home)! I love this place - staff was friendly and efficient; dining room seemed clean and spacious. I'd definitely go back! read more

Pizza is good. However, if you want great you have to go to New York City or New Jersey for that. The staff is very nice and they have a full menu to choose from. I do recommend this place if you are hungry in Plattsburgh. read more

Ordered this in our hotel room. They said an hour for delivery but it only took half hour. We enjoyed it vey much. Very thin crust.

I've always absolutely loved Pizza Palace...their food has always been awesome, until the last six months or so. We used to get them delivered once a week, but I'm done. Customer service on phone is just awful. They manage to make me feel like I'm bothering them to place an order. Their prices are just insane now! $15 for a chef's salad and while it used to be my favorite on their menu, they've gotten way too chintzy with their ingredients...a light sprinkling of cheese, which used to be smothered and while their ranch dressing is still yummy, they only fill the little cups half way now. Pasta and salads for two comes to over $40 and used to be under $30. I've tried to be patient and see if it was just a one or two-time thing, but, it's gone on way too long....Goodbye Pizza Palace...you're losing customers like crazy and it doesn't seem as if anyone cares anymore. read more

Went with my sister on Sunday, she had never been there & we were looking for a place to go. I had been there several times before & was pleasantly surprised. I was a little disappointed that the panini's were not on the menu, as the online menu indicated,but the calzone was great & we were both pleased with our meals. read more

Food was okay (not great), but we the service was bad and apologies were not forthcoming. One entree didn't come out with the rest, so my wife had to wait an additional 10 minutes (as did I, to be polite, so my food was cold). The salad was good and the bleu cheese dressing was excellent. The red sauce, however, is bland and too sweet, and the pasta was overcooked. All in all it wasn't a great experience, and I'm not inclined to go back. read more

Ok so let me just start by saying that this is by far the most attractive pizza I have seen in my entire life. I mean I almost brought it to my bedroom before eating it. That being said this was like a typical good looking woman all show no substance. In terms of look this was 12/10 but in terms of flavor I'd only say 6/10. I have had a lot better pizza over the years. I thought the old location was a better spot, where Zachary's pizza is now. The new decor just reminds me too much of a cafeteria and not so much of a pizzeria. The food is decent but it might be from the lack of other good pizza joints in Plattsburgh. One thing I know for sure. Not one restaurant in Plattsburgh can make wings as good as mine. I am thinking they have new cooks because the last pizzas were awful. Little sauce and the cheese was hard and too chewy (very hard to cut into even with knives), not saucy and gooey and delicious. just tasteless and burnt texture. yuck. disappointing indeed. what is up with that. read more

Went to the Pizza Palace on December 28, 2015 for dinner. It wasn't exceptionally busy. We ordered chicken tenders and a small white pizza. Pizza in a restaurant usually takes about 20 minutes to prepare. After half an hour, there was still no food at the table. The waitress never checked on us or ouir food to see what was taking so long. After one hour, we finally got up to go. When I went to the front counter to let the hostess know why we were leaving, I heard a big commotion in the open air kitchen and someone saying they lost the order.
