I ordered and live 15 minutes from the place. The pizza arrived cold and the wings were warm at best. I called to see if they could just send out a new order as I don't believe the driver had a pouch to keep it warm. The person on the phone said I live to far away for it to be hot. I have ordered from every pizza shop including this one and never have had this issue. They sent the driver back out to pick up the food. He even asked if I took a bite. I told him pizza was cold too the touch. Polar so better for the next customer. When I called slice for the refund they then offered to remake it. I had already ordered from guisseppee pizza. This place is terrible. I ordered a bunch of food half the order is wrong. I ordered it through slice app and speak to them. They take 40 minutes to get a hold of this place and they have me send photos of the food that's wrong and then tell me they won't refund my money for it. I ordered a supreme Stromboli and it had only cheese, chicken nacho supreme and got a quesadilla and a baked Italian sub that was never baked. What a terrible place. Avoid here at all cost. I would have been more than fine with things taking longer than normal to be put out and delivered. Firstly, that did not happen. Absolutely the worst dining experience we have had in years. We order our food and waited patiently as the restaurant filled up. We were the first to order and after almost an hour watched as table after table were served their food. I asked the waitress if our food was coming and she looked confused and asked the kitchen we seemed to not care or know. Was hungry for dinner and discovered this new spot! Ordered a cheese pie and received free garlic knots as a grand opening bonus. They also had a special on pasta dinners, buy one get 2nd 50% off. I would give them zero stars if I could but I had to give at least one star which in my opinion isn't at all deserved. We placed an order online for delivery. While the food arrived sooner than the estimated time, we did not receive all our order. We ordered a pizza and poutine. The pizza was delivered but the poutine was not. My fiance called to let them know we did not receive the poutine that we payed for. I had the receipt confirmation in my email showing the charge for poutine. The person he talked to was rude and stated they have no control over the app used to order. He refused to have someone deliver the poutine or even offer a refund. Than he hung up on my fiance! The pizza was sub par and I had to cut it again because it was not cut all the way through. We ordered cheese pizza, french fries, sweet potato fries, chicken tenders, and boneless chicken wings. The pizza was cold, the fries were burnt, cold and soggy, and the chicken tenders were burnt and cold. The only thing edible was the boneless chicken wings. We threw everything else out. What a terrible experience of order for pickup. I was told at 5:45pm that two pizzas a chef salad and fried mushrooms would be ready at 6:15. The order was not ready at 6:30 or at 6:45pm. The two pizzas were sitting in the window for 25 minutes cooling off while the Salad and mushrooms were prepared. The chef salad did not have any ham and the ranch dressing for the mushrooms was missing. The garlic oil on the pizza was missing the garlic. My nephew gave his grandfather a $50 gift certificate. My dad and I went there today. Never again! They have poor service, went to use the bathroom and you know it was a man that used it last as he had the seat up and not even flushed and it stunk! Well we finally got our food and I've never seen food over cooked. My dad had spaghetti with meatballs and sausage. He couldn't even cut the sausage up as it was hard! The fries weren't burnt, but tasted like it and my chicken fingers were burnt! Do they cook everything together? I've been home for a bit and I can still taste the burnt in my mouth! Fried mushroom were very good. Medium wings were also very good. Received blue cheese and ranch as requested. Only hiccup was ordered a pepperoni calzone and it contained no ricotta cheese. Receipt says Md Cal Pepperoni Roll. Not sure if that is supposed to be different than a calzone but as the main entree it was disappointing when expecting a calzone. read more
