Our server was so sweet and our breadsticks and pizza were good! However, I wanted to try the Alfredo pasta and we received the below. They definitely should not have served this. Unfortunately this place has gone downhill. I am charged an extra 1.49 every single time. Was told by harbortown there is a glitch. It's always a back and forth discussion in Cicero. A lady came in while I was waiting, said pizza was cold and like cardboard. Another couple left after waiting 1.5 hours on order. I also keep getting pizza on regular crust even though I order cauliflower crust... so, 1.49 extra plus 2.50 for the wrong crust. I'm over it. I'll be going to harbortown going forward. read more

This pizza is in last place in Cicero in my opinion. It is just standard thin crust pizza. Nothing outright bad but also nothing outright good. They do deliver but it typically takes a really long time to get there so it's always easier to pick it up. And if I'm going to pick it up I'm gonna get bronkos read more

Just letting everyone know just in case you go to Pizza King ever. Our family and friends called in this afternoon to let them know we had a large (24 - 26 ppl) birthday party coming in at 5pm. We arrive between 4:50 - 5:15 and got seated. (noone was in the restaurant but us) There were 6 employees working. We ordered 8 pizzas and 1 sub sandwich after ordered around 6 orders of sticks and breads. 2 HOURS into it and we only had 4 pizzas delivered. The 1st table that ordered never got 4 of their pizzas and I never did get my sub sandwich. 2 HOURS in my brother in law walks up to see what the hold up was because there were people around us eating and leaving. More then half the party never did receive their food. The "manager" just kept saying It's coming. IT NEVER CAME...4 PIZZAS AND A SUB never came. So a few of us went up to pay and see about 12 to 15 pizzas sitting cooked on the counter. When I asked who the pizzas were for he yelled those are for other people. There were not other patrons in there because they ate and left. If they were for to go then why have we not rec'd ours. Another party came in and never got there food. So after 2-2.5 hours everyone left and went to other places to eat. The birthday girl went and at DQ which served 8 of us in under 10 min food and ice cream. I am not sure how Pizza King in Cicero stays in buisness. read more

I know better than to order from here yet I give them the benefit of the doubt every time. and every time, it is absolute garbage. the breadsticks had no flavor, I was given melted butter for my garlic dill sauce and the food took well over half an hour to finish. I will not be going back. Finally, I learned my lesson. read more

This Pizza King is located in Cicero, which is an up-and-coming small town north of Indianapolis with a happening restaurant scene. The Good: Great food quality. The breadsticks are just what you expect, and pizza quality lived up to the company's reputation. Overall cleanliness of the restaurant was also very good and exceeded my expectations. Room for Improvement: We went on a Friday night at about 6pm, and there was only one server handling every table in the restaurant. He was good, but the poor guy was obviously overwhelmed and understandably stressed. He did his best, but it still resulted in slightly sub-par service, due to no fault of his own. Maybe someone called in sick, but either way, there should be mechanisms in place to work around that. Management, if you're reading this, please look into that. I counted three other people in the food prep/kitchen area, none of whom were working at anywhere near the same tempo as the stressed-out server. Maybe a redistribution of the work load is in order. read more

Was told it would be a 30 minute wait on our delivery. We live 5 minutes away but have a sick infant at home, otherwise would have drove ourselves. It took 1.5 hours to get our order. When we called to see what was going on, our response was "yeaaaaaah. We got a couple more phone calls. Yeaaaaah." Not an apology, not even a good explanation. One of my favorite pizza king locations! In a cute little downtown location with super nice employees. The royal feast and breadsticks were both so good! Fresh food, fast service, and great pizza! We were craving pizza king and stopped at a Noblesville location tonight and it was disgusting dirty so we walked out, found this one on the map and decided to go a few minutes out of the way and so glad we did! Will definitely be back when in the area because this one was so good! read more

Poorly made food, toppings are always falling right off. Dont wash dishes properly, always end up with food or smudges on cups, silverware and plates. Poor service. Rude employees. read more

I've be to many Pizza King restaurants and this one is an excellent Pizza King! Only item to gripe on is their "marinara sauce" is actually just tomato sauce and they charge .99 for a tiny cup. Service is a little slow but not enough to deter me from coming back. read more

The food and carry out service is great. Definitely do NOT do delivery. You will be waiting an hour for a sandwich, when given 20 minutes. And it's a 6 minutes drive. The family and I have stopped in twice and after our last visit, we will not be back. The restaurant is very dirty, the kitchen staff did not have gloves on while prepping pizza, no hair nets, but guys with long hair and facial hair, the whole prep area was nasty looking : ( We sat a looong time just waiting on our drinks, the food (spaghetti, pizza, a salad, and a sandwich) between all of us, was not good taste wise at all, the spaghetti was the only dish close to finished. We were very disappointed, as this is not like any of the other Pizza Kings. This one, I am surprised is still in business. Just overall very dirty and food was not good at all. read more
