Heaven forbid that you call and ask if an item is available before hopping in the car and heading for town. They seem to take your call for information regarding menu availability as some sort of cruel personal affront. The staff seems unabashedly annoyed that you would have the audacity to threaten the otherwise barren landscape of non-existent customer service that they stive so hard to maintain in their store. Save yourself the disappointment, and order your burger from the deli at Brookshire Brothers. A much better burger, on a bigger bun, with a mountain of excellent fries, and a drink, for about three bucks less. As an added bonus, Brookshire Brothers uses fresh ground chuck, as opposed to the 60/20/20 (60% meat, 20% fat, and 20% inedible gristle) always overcooked patty of sadness that they put out the door at the Dairy Queen.
