Wanted to update my prior review. Line moved relatively quickly this visit. Staff was friendly and patient with me and my attempts to use the non-user friendly Subway app. My protein bowl was very good. The missing playin inside was a local station with a variety I liked I got a free cookie and a large drink for a dollar as well as $2 off my total order so even though it was frustrating, the app pays off eventually. After a few mobile orders I'm done. They are never ready when I get to the restaurant, and I arrive after the listed ready time. There's no reason it should be 30 minutes after I order they start making it. I will go elsewhere. read more

Would give no stars, but it won't let me. This store is horribly run. The employees are slower than molasses and they are always out of something. It took 20 minutes to get my one sandwich when only one person was in front of me in line with two sandwiches. The sodas are always out of something, this time lemonade, and the tea tasted like dirt. I have given the "New Improved" subway in Wimberley three different tries. Each time was ....not good. The first time I was in there, the person at the counter was so busy flirting with the girl who came in behind me that he couldn't get my order straight. I finally gave up and took what I got and left. The second time, there was one overwhelmed guy who was new and not familiar with the set up. He got the sandwich right, at least. Last night was abysmal. The order taker didn't know the difference between Teriyaki sauce and mayo. When I stopped him from putting the teriyaki sauce on a roast beef he ended up not putting anything at all on it even though I had asked for Mayo three times. And, even with the register telling him how much change to give me, he had a hard time with cash money. I won't go back again. read more

Started off being ignored by 3 employees, who were more interested in what was happening in the parking lot. Apparently Slim Dog, Slim Jim, Slim Anus, had showed up to subway and was there to distract and spread cheer at subway. I asked the Edgar haircut employee if I could pick up my online order and was told "don't talk to me that way, we don't have your food, go away." It escalated poorly after that, as the other employees ushered him to the restroom...I think we were about to fist fight. Anyways, Slim Dip is inside the restaurant now, but all eyes are on me, and my 6y/o daughter. This place is a s-hole, at least the half witted employees keep it interesting. Funny seeing all of the reviews on "slow service". Got you beat! Went in today (15 August) around 2:20. Only one in the place. Looked at the menu and decided on the new Monster sub. Went to the counter and the guy looked at me and actually said: "We just got in a big catering order." I looked at him for a second, waiting for him to take my order. He just stood there with a dumb look on his face. So I asked: "So you can't make me a sub? Really??!!" He just shook his head and said: "Sorry. Gonna be really busy." There's a first time for everything I guess. Next I'll hear McDonalds tell me they're out of hamburgers. Subway is dead to me. I wish I had a photo of the guy to post. The service was very bad, i doubt there is a manager because one of the teenage employees were chanting with a customer, the floors were sticky next to the soda machine and there was trash on the ground. The sub sandwich I ordered was missing two ingredients and had an ingredient I didn't ask for, and we had to wait an unusually long time to get two subs. read more

On their website is states delivery, so I ordered something was charged a certain amount and went upon calling them. They were already closing. I was supposed to be refunded back to my credit card and have not been refunded at all and when I call, they're very rude extremely rude they act like it was my fault. In a few words, I would not recommend the sale point in Wimberley, TX, for the following reasons: - Inconsistent and lack of standardization in providing a service of quality. - Lack of customer service behavior from employees--this may just be a lack of pride in the brand and/or lack of training. - Poor management of employee performance (in this I mean that I have never seen a frontline manager at this location--maybe the manager is suffering of the same symptoms as bullet 2). - Restaurant is out-dated and look very unsanitary. I went to eat at the Subway in Wimberley as usual , the resturant had no Chicken, so I eat a sandwich called the boss. The Veggies where old or none in the service area. I ordered 2 sandwiches for 20.00 and it was the worst sandwich ever. I will never go there to eat again it like throwing your money in the trash can. I used to avoid this place like the plague because of the poor quality food and bad service. I'm not sure what changed, but I decided to go there this week and had a good experience. There were three very friendly people working, and the food was better than I expected. If you haven't been there in a while like me, I encourage you to give them another shot. read more

Maybe this Subway cannot help supply chain issues - many of the veggies weren't available. The thing that is truly GROSS is the person who builds the sandwiches doesn't change gloves after handling the money! No hand washing, no hygiene. Really bummed to write this review. The guys at this Subway have always worked hard. They've always had a difficult time staffing this store for whatever reasons, but they've been able to do it, and the staff has always cared about the customers. Even through COVID. However ... for whatever reason the new team doesn't show up at 10a when they are supposed to. Have opened late now at 11a or later several times. This Subway is next to the Jr and H.S. and when they aren't opened on time it really creates a problem for parents getting sandwiches for the kids. I hope maybe a new management team can help. I'd be so happy to redo this review with more stars if there's improvement. read more

Went to Subway around 5:15, directly after work yesterdays. Two teenage girls at the counter were friendly and courteous. The boy working there didn't seem to care. He didn't listen to my order and didn't seem to know what should be on it. There were several teenage boys running wild when I walked in - sitting on tables, running across the room, swearing loudly (f-ing this and a-hole that), generally being obnoxious. The male employee evidently thought it was funny, laughing the whole time. The two girls continued to try to do their jobs, remaining calm, polite and courteous. No one attempted to stop the boys from what they were doing. I would have been embarrassed to take younger children there, or anyone else who might be offended. By the time I left, the boys had gone outside and were sitting on top of a car being obnoxious there. I was keeping a close eye on my car by then for fear they would damage it Sandwiches were good and girls working at the front were very courteous. Two stars because the behavior of the teenagers in the restaurant was offensive and disruptive and no one stopped it. I probably won't go back because of that. read more

The policy at subway is on line orders take priority over customers in the restaurant. We saw our sandwiches (half made) set side to do an on line order. We were here for over 30 minutes while our sandwiches waited half made. Needless to say the toasted sandwich was stone cold. The Subway in Wimberley is usually slow and disorganized, but this morning the "team" of "sandwich artists" took incompetence to the level of performance art. My annoyance and frustration quickly gave way to sheer wonder at the inability of any employee to complete the most basic of tasks with any semblance of skill or competence. They really were trying, indifference wasn't the issue, the problem was the total absence of any skills or abilities that relate to making a sandwich for another human being. It really was a remarkable and breathtaking spectacle to behold. Twenty-five minutes after entering the store with two customers in front of us, we sat down to enjoy our sandwiches, not a single one of which was on the correct bread or with the correct toppings. If I could give less than one star I would, this place doesn't even deserve half a star. AT LEAST TEACH YOUR EMPLOYEES THE TYPES OF BREAD. Click is an anomaly of sorts. It isn't quite a comedy, but it's got too many funny moments to be a drama. I guess it's a dramedy, which is important to know if you go into it expecting a lighthearted, fun, family movie. It is each of those things, but at different moments. Adam Sandler plays a workaholic architect who is so busy trying to get ahead at work that his family life begins to suffer. When he is offered a "universal remote that controls your universe," he jumps at the chance to have a sense of control in his chaotic life. The next thing he knows his life is a DVD complete with commentary from James Earl Jones that he can pause, rewind, and fast forward at his leisure. The moral of the story is that you should be careful what you wish for because when you get it, you might not want it anymore. Overall, this movie was fine, but I didn't think it was stellar. It's along the same lines of Bruce Almighty and that movie about disappearing poop with Jack Black. If you liked those, or the general message therein, I think you'll like this one. I wasn't expecting the middle part of the movie to be such a downer, but if you go into it expecting the somber moments I think you'll enjoy it more. Also, David Hasselhoff plays Sandler's boss, a completely self-absorbed misogynist. Seeing Mitch Buchanon on screen again makes this movie worth watching in and of itself. read more

I ordered a chicken chipotle melt with guacamole. she put my vegetables on before my guacamole and then refused to spread the guac on my sandwich and put it in a cup instead. not only that but she only gave me half of it. she said she ran out and wouldn't give me anything to compensate what I paid for. when I asked for a manager she said he wasn't here. worst subway I've ever been to. read more
