Employees are rude & verbally expressive if they disagree with tip amount. My daughter ordered their pizza at 6:20p for an 8p delivery on Tuesday night (today). So, at 8:15p my daughter called to ask the status and was told they only have one delivery driver. At 8:20p, I called to ask the status and (twice) was told by the girl who answered that they only had one delivery driver and that there were orders in front of ours. I reminded her that the order had been placed almost two hours in advance...actually, at the time, it was then 2 hours late. Never once was any credit offered for this fail. Just the worst. Repeatedly terrible service for years. I quit getting delivery because it always took around 90 minutes. The last two times I picked up from here I saw an employee vaping in the kitchen and exhaling all over the food they were preparing. We now order from the Keller Pizza Hut and drive to pick it up. This Pizza Hut regularly fails to deliver items (approx 1/3-1/4 of all orders are missing something significant). Last night our Quepapas didn't arrive. To make matters worse, I tried calling the restaurant approx 7 times through the evening and again the next day, and their line always ends up hanging up or going to busy after the button prompts, so I guess we can't resolve this at all. Further, I selected "Contactless Delivery" (to be left on the porch without driver interaction), yet my driver still waited to hand me my boxes face to face which is frustrating. My son loves Pizza Hut so we are significantly more regular customers than I'd like to admit, and I can say, I'm giving 3 stars because as far as PH goes, this one delivers pretty high quality product (as long as you order extra cheese), but seriously DO NOT plan on getting all of the Extras that you ordered much of the time (the primary pizzas always seem to make it), or being able to follow up with management for any reason. read more

This location is the worst chain pizza place I've ever experienced. I tried to call the store several times, kept getting hung up on (after being on hold). Then the call center employee couldn't offer me the correct store to order from, so I just gave up and went it to order. The building is dirty and shabby inside.. no upkeep, no pride, no anything. The employees don't give even half of a s**t about their work, and were loudly talking about personal stuff (like how their manager should "#*$! off" about an admittedly rude and poor-management text, or whether or not one of the girls and the delivery guy were sleeping with each other) and blatantly ignoring the phone the one time it did ring through to the store (the appeared to have them off the hook, for the most part). I had only dealt with them once before, and when trying to order over the phone was told they were out of pan crust and several other ingredients. Clearly, no one who works here (including management) cares in the least about their job, and they should all probably be relieved of them as a result. If you really want Pizza Hut, drive over to Denton Highway and pick up. It's worth it, trust me. The Pizza Hut location 6867 Rufe Snow, Watauga, TX 76148 817-656-7666 is right across the street and they DO DELIVER to our Apartments but the website will not allow an order to placed for "Delivery" only "Carry Out". Therefore, no points will be awarded. So in order to gain points; I have to place order for carry out then take an additional 5 minutes to explain to your Pizza Hut personnel that I actually want it to be delivered - then they have to modify my payment to reflect the delivery fee. ON TOP OF ALL THAT - Tried to apply 150 of my available 180 points to a free 2 topping Medium pizza and it would not accept my order. BUT IT ACCEPT when paying full amount without using the points. Personnel says I am not the first to have this issue and they do not have the authority to override or make changes. They also stated they have tried to have it resolved but have been unsuccessful. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I ordered a small order from the store on Rufe Snow Dr. in Watauga, Tx. The order was promised to arrive at 6:18pm. At 6:43pm I called and asked what was going on. The employee who answered the phone told me that my order had not even left the store yet, and that they only had one driver doing deliveries. I complained that they should've adjusted the expected delivery time because of that. This employee did act like they gave a flying you-know-what about the situation, and made zero effort to fix the situation or show any kind of empathy. The order finally arrived at 7:07pm, and of course, it was NOT what I ordered. It will be a long time, if ever, before I order from Pizza Hut again. When I was young, Pizza Hut was the only game in town. Now there's PapaJohns, Marios, Dominos, Jets, DoubleDaves, LOTS of other places. On 11/28/2020, I ordered 2 large pizzas, a medium pizza, and double breadsticks. When I got home, the order was wrong. I had to call back and have Pizza Hut remake one of the pizzas. Then, I had to go back to pick it up. A lady named Melissa said we had a credit on our account. Today, when I tried to use the credit, Pizza Hut said no one named Melissa had ever worked there. I gave the manager my order date and order. She looked it up, said she saw the order but no credit. So Pizza Hut messed up our order and then gave us a fake name and fake credit. I have to update my review after a recent experience. It was on New Years Day where I just wanted some pizza for my family. I ordered an online pickup order from them and when I got home one of the items was missing from my order. I asked them to deliver it to me as I didnt want to have to drive all the way there and back and have my food get cold while I was gone for 20 minutes. They refused and said I would have to drive all the way back to the store. That was unacceptable to me. Instead of crediting my order back to my credit card which would have righted some of the wrong they offered me a $15 store credit, but Wouldnt let me use it to order a pizza for delivery. So I ended up not using the credit and I still got charged for an Item I didnt receive. I guess I still have a $15 credit to the store, but do I really want to use it at this point. I am just pissed that a company is allowed to charge people for a product that was not given to the customer. Go to another Pizza place there are plenty around. Delivery guy was super nice, but the pizza was some of the worst I've ever had, anywhere. The crust was flat and the cheese was cold. I Order pickup to go , got there and they handed me my order which , stupidly, I didn't check before I walked to the car. Got in the car and checked it, I was missing my whole order of wings. I went back in and the manager, who for some reason couldn't look me in the eyes, grabbed some cold wings off the counter and gave them to me. I then asked about the breadsticks I ordered, which also weren't with my original order and the whole staff seemed completely dumbfounded. They told me they ran out and had to cook some more, it would only be "like" 10 mins, 15 mins later (30 mins total since I had been there) I got my breadsticks I asked for 1 thing of ranch for having to wait so long. Not too big of a request I didn't think, but oh was I wrong. The girl I asked, slowly proceeded to walk to her co worker and ask him, he in turn, slowly proceeded to find the "manager" who advised me he couldn't authorize that without his GM. Are you kidding me, you make me wait an extra 30 mins and you can't spare a 50 cent ranch dressing, ok, you deserve to work at pizza hut... real good case for raising the minimum wage guys. I just ordered two pizzas online one pepperoni stuffed crust pizza they charged me 18.34 for which I wasn't happy cause it says two larges for 7.99 and I got a meat lovers thin crust they charged me nearly 18 dollars for also a promo code that I put in online for 5 off any order over 15 the person told me at this locations that wasn't their deal it's online so I guess I'm screwed on the 5 dollars off do anyhow they get here it's only one pizza so I have to call them and that's when they charged me another 18 dollars for the meat lovers pizza won't be ordering any time soon from them that's forsure read more

I've just recently moved about 3 months ago & where I used to live there was another Pizza Hut we used to always order delivery from. It was pretty good, to be honest, they did a descent job but our first time ordering at THIS Pizza Hut we were very satisfied with our food! The way the pizza was made was absolutely delicious! And we even decided t try a new crust this time and that made it even better! I personally really recommend this Pizza Hut it's even great at delivery! All pizza's were hot and exactly what I ordered. From order time to pick up time was 15 min. I was told in advance that delivery would be about an hour so asked if it would be faster to pick up. Ready in 15 minutes. Staff pleasant and professional. We normally eat inside and have found the staff to be friendly and attentive to our needs. It can get messy because of inconsiderate customers who can't clean up after themselves by utilizing the trash receptacles. Maybe instead of name calling and generalizations about staff, you might walk in their shoes for an 8 hr shift and deal with the unimaginable rudeness my husband and I have witnessed occurring. Ordered delivery tonight at 930. They brought an ice cold pizza and cheese sticks. I called and had them resend the order. They didn't send the cheese sticks. Delivery guy said he would call it in when I told him I would like the cheese sticks I ordered with my meal. It's an hour later no cheese sticks... So I called to check on the order and they are closed. So it's been 2 hours and I have yet to receive a complete and hot order. Pizza Hut is the closest pizza place to my house at 6-7 mins and yet I have repeatedly gotten cold delivery pizzas from them. Yet when I order from dominos or Papa johns which is about double the time/distance, I have never had a cold pizza. If your going to eat here dine in or carry out only there delivery service has been repeatedly poor. This same thing (minus the being closed part) happened about a year ago too. Sad to see they are maintaining their consistency. I called them this morning to see what happened and they didnt even have the credit on the account. I called this Pizza Hut about 2 hours ago and placed my order and told them my address, they said NOTHING about not delivery at my address. I called back and the Manager that I spoke tried to tell me I didn't call that number, well its in my cell so I know I did. The person I talked to said nothing about not delivering to my address. So now we have called Pizza Inn and we will have out pizza in about 30 minutes. I will be calling them again to speak to district manager. I ordered pizza tonight which I've done in the past, and it arrived 50 minutes later( I understand there is a wait) the time wasn't an issue. My pizza arrived burnt and hard. Also, I asked for extra cheese and it looks like there wasn't any cheese at all. I calmly called to request another pizza and was told It wouldn't be there until 65 minutes. I was given the option to wait or get partial of the money I spent on a pizza I had no desire to eat. Once this team member then handed their phone to a manager. He began to tell me the same thing, basically implying it was my fault the pizza was wrong and I would have to wait over an hour to receive my correct order. When asked if we could call his boss, he proceeded to tell me, that I couldn't have his number.
