I'm convinced that Pizza Hut just doesn't want you in their restaurants. The problem is, if I'm getting delivery I have a lot of better choices. Now, they've discontinued all specials if you are dining, getting a refill was like pulling teeth, and they no longer off to go cups. Like seriously...just close the dang dining rooms. Absolutely disguisting!! How hard is it to make a bacon and mushroom personal pizza? For this nasty assed pizza hut apparently extremely. One tiny piece of bacon on the crust and 3 globs of fat on the rest. She called it ham...says bacon on the receipt. Never again!! Guess that's what happens when you don't tip. They didn't deliver it. Service sucked 12 workers and it was super slow. one of the pizzas were raw and from all of that we got a free sauce

Nothing taste like it used to. More like eating some crust. Not very cheesy pizza or cheese sticks & yes I have tried going back a few times it just gets worse. It's not only this location, I would definitely say all pizza huts around here have gone down hill year after year. read more

Unfortunately I am disappointed because I waited over an hour for a cold and incorrect pizza and I live very close to location. :/ I was given a discount for around half my bill but I feel I shouldn't have had to pay for cold pizza. I would not recommend. I ordered online so I'm assuming manager is not well versed in pizza hut technology. read more

Pizza Hut - two slices of pizza in a box - Pizza Near Me - Troy, Missouri

Three of us went in for lunch today, surprised to see a hut with a buffet. Pizza on the buffet was kept filled and pizza was hot. We all agreed that the crust was some of the freshest we have had. Also enjoyed the crisp and cold lettuce from the salad bar. Topped it with the Italian dressing that I remember from years ago. Waitress was attentive and friendly. Restaurant was clean and appealing. Kudos to the manager and staff. read more

This is THE WORST place I have ever been. We've tried to eat here several times hoping it would get better but it only got worse. Last night my family got there ahead of EVERYONE in the place and then sat there for an hour waiting for food that NEVER came. We ended up walking out and going to Little Caesars, where at least I know I can get a pizza pretty quick. And apparently this place is known for it's crappy service to the people eating in the restaurant but they keep going back, well NOT this family. I will be sure to tell anyone and everyone to steer clear of this place. Spend a little extra and go to IMO's or ANY OTHER pizza place because this one is AWFUL! read more

We got an Oder tonight that I did online, a lady delivered it, not sure what her name was? BEST PIZZA I have ever received from Pizza Hut let alone in a long time all around. This one surprised us. We (Her Highness and I) went into Troy, MO for some emergency pizza. Our favorite little mom and pop pizza joint had too much smoke so we decided to try the other pizza joint sharing the parking lot--Pizza Hut. This franchise has been around for a lot of years and we were fairly loyal fans years ago. For some reason though, we kinda forgot about a Pizza Hut. We were jonesin' for a pie so we shrugged all four shoulders and went in. Not too many diners, we were seated by a friendly face quickly. We told the waitress we had never been in and she helped us with a few requests that weren't on the menu. We didn't wait long for the order and the manager even came out and welcomed us to his restaurant. Pretty nice. The pizza was really good! Why did we let this place get lost from our memories? At any rate, it was a very reasonably priced and very tasty pizza meal. And NO SMOKING! (hear that Mr. D's?) Most importantly: "Her Highness approved"! We'll be back. read more

Placed an order for a party, 6 pizzas. 5 of them were fresh and correct, the 6th was someone else's pizza. What we got was good, dissapointed in the messed up one. We were offered a credit for the wrong pizza, but in an area where many aren't within delivery range and its a drive to get back, its doubly important to get the orders right. read more

They have delivered to me a few times and always forgotten to give me something like a soda or extra sauce. I call them and they tell me they are going to send someone else three hours later no one comes and when I call back the person I talk to is supposedly gone and they claim they cannot help. read more
