We've been ordering their Valentines Day pizza for our boys since our oldest, 27 year old was 7 or 8. They still love it today! Finally found a Papa Murphy pizza. Not many locations in our area. The location we were familiar with a few years ago closed. When we heard about this location we were excited. Our family always liked their pizza. The staff were very friendly. Told us about their specials and hours. Made to order and they did not skimp on the ingredients. $10.00 Tuesday and the three frontline employees were working their tails off! Yes, the online order was for 6:15 and yes, it is almost an hour later. Extremely disappointed. We went in 30 minutes before close and immediately felt unwelcome. The prep area was untidy, trash littered the floor, and the servers were unmasked and very rude. They were very reluctant to accommodate one of our friends, who is a vegetarian, and added toppings we didn't want and didn't add toppings we did ask for, making it clear that they weren't listening. Two of my friends were visiting from Ireland and we wanted to show them a great example of American pizza and we were grossly disappointed. The workers made no attempt to hide the fact that they were unhappy with us as they clearly ranted about our order in front of us. New double bacon cheddar original pizza. It was OK, but baking it was a mess. Warning that the toppings and cheddar cheese sauce can ooze over the edge and drip onto the oven. I had to add aluminum foil under it to catch the drippings after I started smelling it burning, but I didn't catch the Canadian bacon that slid off. We love the gourmet delight chicken bacon artichoke pizza but will not be getting this one again. read more

Really good pizza, not so good service. This is the second time I have ordered online and when I got to the place they had given the pizza I ordered away so that I had to wait. The first time this happened they rushed through and I ended up at home with a pizza missing toppings, at least this time I ended up with the correct pizza. I was given the excuse that they are busy both time, although there are 4 people working. Seems they can't get it together service wise. read more

This is the most frustrating place! The pizza is fine, but new management is desperately needed! This used to be our favorite place to get food for family get-togethers and for football-viewing parties. Then suddenly they weren't open on Sundays anymore (because why would anyone want pizza on a Sunday during football season?). This year we were planning to order a few pizzas for Super Bowl Sunday, but knowing they're closed on Sundays we planned to get them the day before. Surprise! They're not open! I don't know if they plan to be closed every Saturday now, or just Super Bowl weekend, but it was extremely disappointing to have to come up with another plan at the last minute. What kind of restaurant is closed on the weekends?! Their menu and their website are frustratingly inconsistent. First of all, I have a rewards account with them, but anytime I try to use any of the rewards, I get an error message indicating that the reward is invalid. Why bother with a rewards feature if the rewards are never useable? Second, a while back they had a pizza with Angus steak and garlic cloves that was my favorite. Suddenly they just stopped offering it, but it stayed on the menu for a year or more after they stopped serving it. Another time, I placed an order online, and in addition to pizza I ordered a salad. My husband picked up the order and they told him they don't offer salad, even though it was listed on their website. Since I had paid online with my debit card and my husband didn't have my card with him, they wouldn't even do a refund for the salad I paid for but didn't get. This place is just the worst! They need to either close altogether or get their act together. read more

Typically a great pizza. Operators did not follow directions. Asked for white sauce all meat no Canadian bacon. Got red sauce . Paying up front os understandable. Asking for a tip up front is rude by the cash register ( franchise). I can't stand being asked for a tip before a product/service is delivered. I see more and more companies making this a practice. I had one restraunt starting at a minimum 20% tip before service was delivered. Unbelievable the gall. But I gave a tip today in good faith to the kids and my order was incorrect. First time at a Papa Murphys and definitely never going back. The whole time we were waiting the workers were complaining about doing their job. Letting the phone ring because one worker "didn't want to talk." Turns out our pizza was done 10 minutes before they want to tell us. Workers really can ruin a place and that's exactly what they did. read more

What happened to the Mid Rivers location? App and website not accepting orders. Phone not answered. Best pizza around. Only one worth the calories! I'm hoping new management is on the way. Always busy so closing this location makes no sense to me. read more

A different way to get your Pizza: Take and Bake. We first stopped by when it first opened but left because we didn't know you couldn't eat there. We told the owner we would be back another time. We returned another day, ordered pizza, and took it home. We were very pleasantly supprised! The crust is very good and the toppings are great. But for me the best thing is their Veggie Pizza! It isn't just their "supreme" without meat. They put some effort into it. If you like mushroom pizza, give this a try. read more

First off, I am a fan of the pizzas and the quality of the food. What I can't understand is how this location repeatedly gets orders incorrect and continually runs out of different foods. If it was a one time issue, I could understand but this has happened our last few times ordering from here. Hoping another location is better for future orders. read more

We all love Papa Murphy's. They have great pizza and very friendly staff at the St. Peters location. They always tell me about their specials and if anything of the extras as half price (due to quickly approaching expiration) it makes for wonderful dinner additions at a cheap price. read more

If I could give this place no stars at all, I would. We love Papa Murphy's! Our location closed. We have to drive 20-25 minutes to get to this location. My son picked up our order with one pizza missing. I called the location and the young person on the phone said our pizza was there, waiting on the rack. I explained we lived at least 20 minutes away. He told me that we could come pick it up and they did not mess up our order. I told him I felt they did, and we should not have to pay for that pizza. I was told he was the manager, yet he said he was not. He gave me the "managers" number. I called and the person on the end of the line had a loud tv playing in the background and started heavy breathing. I hung up and called back. It went straight to voicemail. I called the store back, and they said that was the right number and there was nothing they could do. My husband called back, because we paid for the pizza and wanted a refund...for a pizza we NEVER received! The young arrogant person at the store told him we have to come in to get the refund. My husband told him the manager needed to call us back, or we would be doing a charge back. Guess what?? No call from the "manager" ever came. Who is running this franchise?? You have a great product. Too bad you have run it into the ground!!! read more

Mediocre pizza. Nice crispy crust but sauce tastes like it came out of a jar. You're better off with DiGiorno or supermarket take home pizza
