    Garlic cheese bread

This pizza was so good!! Don't skip the crust dust - it is definitely worth the extra $1. The lady at the register was super nice and helped us perfect our order to how we'd like it. This is definitely a small town pizza shop - I would probably feel uncomfortable eating inside, but I will definitely get it to go again!

This was my first time ordering from Cuivre River Pizza Co and it will not be my last. I ordered a hand tossed pepperoni and extra cheese with extra sauce and a light garlic butter wash on the crust and it was delicious. You could really taste the quality of the ingredients. The sauce was very tangy and had a hint of basil that set it apart from other places I have been to. The cheese pull was fantastic and the crust was slightly crispy on the outside but soft and chewy inside which is my favorite type of handtossed crust. I opted for mozzarella cheese but they do have the option for provel if you prefer that. They also offer thin crust. They also have giant tator tots that are stuffed with cheese, bacon, and chives and they serve them with their homemade ranch - I had to order those and they were amazing. The crispness of a tator tot on the outside and the inside reminded me of loaded mashed potatoes. Highly recommend! They offer dine in, curbside, and delivery locally. The next time you have a craving for pizza this is your place!

Grabbed a pie on the way out of town. Chicken wings were good too. Able to grab and go no problem.

I was excited to finally try this place even though I was warned about the baklavas being too dry. Sadly that's true. I dint think they are made fresh. They lack syrupy. I understand they don't have much food traffic but cutting down on the types of baklava and freshly making them should solve that problem. Probably the second worst baklava I've had out here. I see why they make shakes though. Since they don't sell ans have leftover stock. We initially sat down to eat but it was so awkward that there's no music and so quiet. My husband said they don't vacuum between the chairs which were full of crumbs. We eventually got our food to go. The second issue is the food. We got a sucuk flatbread and ans egg pide. This is not a pide, it's just pizza bread. Cheese is mozzarella, should have been beyaz cheese. Middle eastern cuisine doesn't use this cheese. My egg was raw and just throw in a corner. Could have saved myself money by just getting domino's, at least my food would be cooked. If you want quality, try Balkan treat box, Aya Sofia or Garbanzo. I would also like to state that there is one employee that works front and back. I didn't see him washing his hands once going back into the kitchen to handle my food. Seems like there a big hygiene issue

I went inside just because I was curious - I'll be oreorder and drive through next time. Front area was clean with a display counter of pretend cookies and menus. There's a menu board for drink specials; I ordered the seasonal Snowberry, a concoction of water, raspberry, coconut, and vanilla. They offer many soda and water combos. ai recommend looking at menu before you go i ordered 3 cookies, all gluten free: a lemon tart,ca lemon raspberry, and the namesake twisted sugar. The Twisted Sugar is a sugar cookie with a coconut lime frosting. The coconut is likely extract and has a bitter aftertaste. Not my favorite despite loving coconut. The lemon tart was lemony and quite good. My favorite was the lemon with raspberry swirl. Really nice combo of tart and sweet. The cookies themselves aren't overly sweet; the frosting adds the sweet. Fun little stop for a little treat The gals working were very nice and helpful.

The best way to enjoy these cookies is to cut them up and share with a group so you can try different ones. Some of my favorites include peanut butter nutella, raspberry lemon and swizzle sugar. These cookies have the perfect soft texture.
