We order online for those times when we don't feel like getting out/cooking/quick pizza fix - this store has always been a great resource for those times. The online order system is easy and efficient, the points add up to some freebies over time, and even with DoorDash doing delivery, it's always been quick turnaround from order to arrival. The delivery people are super nice and cheerful, even when the weather is off. Pizza was a 3 topping deal; we got it with thin crust - reminds me when the Hut and Pizza Inn were THE go-to places for pizza. Our orders have always been 100% correct and tasty. read more

Said 25 mins on the website. The manager said two hrs. Got refund. Way understaffed. 3-5 business days.. probably should update it to the website next time dummies. seems like deception. they needed to update it online. i told corporate. hopefully next time it wont take as long! why is the pizza hut manager deceiving the customer? had to tell corporate. hopefully the owner will reach out! read more

Pizza Hut 11-22-24 We chose Pizza Hut for Dinner tonight. It's been a while since we had Pizza Hut. We ordered online thru the app. It was fast and easy to create what we wanted. We had: 1 Large Tavern Specialty Pizza: The Ultimate Whole Ingredients: Sweet Marinara, Caramelized Onions, Grape Tomatoes, Pepperoni, Fire Roasted Peppers, Italian Sausage 1 Large Hand Tossed Pizza Specialty Pizza: Meat Lover's® Whole Ingredients: Classic Marinara Sauce, Beef, Ham, Bacon, Pepperoni, Italian Sausage, Pork 1 Large Original Pan® Pizza Specialty Pizza: Super Supreme Whole Ingredients: Classic Marinara Sauce, Beef, Green Peppers, Ham, Mushrooms, Onions, Pepperoni, Black Olives, Pork 1 Large Hand Tossed Pizza Whole Ingredients: Sweet Marinara, Pepperoni 1 Breadsticks with Marinara Sauce - Double Order They were super busy tonight it was supposed to be 35 minutes but took an extra 35 more minutes! That was fine. We got hot and fresh pizza. We understand things don't always go the way we plan. The staff was friendly and helpful. We tried the Tavern pizza. It was OK. Nothing special. I like the thin crust supreme better. But I can say I tried it. The other pizzas and bread sticks were good as always. Some of the customers were very upset and giving the employees a hard time. Yes, we waited a long time for our pizza but that's how it is sometimes. We had dinner a little later than we planned but it was all good! Yummy Pizza! We will be back. (Maybe not on a Friday night) lol read more

I ordered my food and sat down while it was being prepared. I noticed a young man with dark hair constantly taking his hat off and stretching his head. THEN... he leaned on the food prep table and jammed his left hand down into his pants and held it there for a moment. THAT IS DISGUSTING. I asked to speak to a manager, and he proceeded to ask me if I could tell him. No, get me your manager. Then while I was explaining what happened he stands there in distance to listen. I yelled at him "do you want to be a part of this conversation". The manager had him walk on. I told her he is not to touch my food. Then he seemed to still want to be involved in my food with someone telling him back up. As I was leaving he was scratching his head again. This kid might have lice or something. Plus, he didn't seem to catch the severity of the situation. read more

Ordered pizza using the Pizza Hut app. The food was ready on time and made just like we ordered. Very good pizza!!!!

We ordered four large pizzas and two personal pizzas at 9am. Got there to pick it up and the worker was extremely rude. She said we should have ordered it earlier. Then they messed up the order. Definitely taking my money to another place. read more

Ordered delivery. Hot when arrived. Half ham/pineapple and half beef, hand tossed. This pizza was really really good. Crust light and fluffy. I'd give it 10 stars! Very delicious. Always good but this one was outstanding. read more

This was the most disgusting New York style pizza I have ever ate! No sauce, no flavor, overcooked. It's sad that food is expensive but the service is mediocre and lackluster, then on top of that businesses have a nerve to ask for tips online. I will never eat here again. I wouldn't give this pizza to the homeless, and unfortunately I have two because the missed up the first one. read more

I would give No stars if I could. Had to beg for paper plates and napkins. Spent $72 and I asked for parmasean cheese. I was told it'd be $1.50 each packet. It's noon on Sunday and football is starting and they wonder why they have no customers. I was the only one in the store. I will no longer be a customer read more

My food was horrible! The mushrooms were dry and overcooked with wrinkles in them. They had a funny taste, rubbery texture and funky smell. We asked for light sauce and didn't get that either. I asked for a refund since we don't eat at pizza hut very often, bout 1x a yr. Was refused, just got credit, which I doubt I'll be using to be honest read more

Pizza Hut - Nasty mushrooms on my pizza! They are gross, not fresh, rubbery, wrinkled and smelled funky. 1 bite and I was done! - Pizza Near Me - Temple, Texas

Serving old pizza to a repeat customer is disrespectful. Ordered 2 mediums. The 2ND pizza was clearly not fresh. It was the Hawaiian Lovers and from the appearance the ham was old and grease was absorbed into the crust like that of a pizza that's been sitting out. The top was a bit charred like it had been reheated. I don't appreciate getting someone else's old pizza. That should have been tossed but the lazy way is easier I suppose. You're Pizza Hut, act like it! read more

I ordered online at 4:30ish. Delivery was suppose to be for 6:15. Got a call from strange number at 5:58 so didn't answer. No voicemail or anything. Got another call at 6:09 (my husband was home then) Called the store around 6:45 to inquire where my pizza was. They said the delivery driver tried to call and had knocked but we weren't home and also the guy who answered the phone said he called. They had cancelled my order so had to order again. They sent a second delivery driver out who obviously could read cause he made it here. Pizza was made wrong. Ham, Black Olives and Onions were on whole pizza and no garlic crust. Wow! Did I just receive the best service ever?? Are you kidding me! I'm visiting Temple TX and the service at Pizza hut here is great!!! Nicole thank you for your service and the awesome experience. Nicole took down my phone number and name and said she would be creating an account for me, I don't even live in Temple but I'll be coming by often and now I have my pizza hut Temple TX account yay!!! When my pizza was ready she opened it in front of me, showed me that everything was fine, asked if I needed cheese and crushed pepper and PLATES!!! What???? Wow!! I wish all Chicago Pizza hut locations applied this type of service. Keep it up guys Pizza Hut Temple, TX. read more

Now charging for cheese and peppers as on Monday. Done with Pizza Hut. You lost a loyal weekly customer. Congratulations.

It doesn't get much better than Pizza Hut when it comes to large chain restaurants; and this place is no different. I've been here on several occasions and the pizza is always fresh and made just the way I specified. I usually order online & when you walk into the store there is a display with your name, telling you how long until your pizza is ready. Pretty high tech. Now only if it were cheaper. Ohhh well, atleast its good. read more

Spent 30 minutes trying to order online. The website keeps taking me to an Oops page/Error message. I call to order for carryout and I get the chick that tells me "we can't take online price orders, you'll pay full price". Told her the website wasn't working (I'd rather order online so the order can have a chance of coming out correctly!) She then goes on to say "i'll see what i can do but i can't do anything so you'll pay full price". Why don't you tell me the price because a couple dollars isn't worth listening to your BS. At this point I understand why you have 2 stars on here. There has to be a full brain used to correct Pizza Huts issues. A customer should get the price online if ordered by phone if you blankety blank blank website doesn't work. At this point I don't want your pizza because you don't want customers!! If you need an extra shift I think Popeye's is hiring....seems to be the same attitude they give. So you might fit in there. read more

I ordered three large pizzas, because children are picky, waited an hour and a half for the $68 worth of pizza to arrive (even though I live 5 minutes away) only to be told that they do not accept $100 bills, and chick turned and walked off with my pizzas. Seriously?!? I will never again be guilty of ordering pizza from here again. read more

This Pizza Hut is great. They were able to deliver us fresh pizza that tasted good on the Fourth of July in the rain. It is worthy of 5 stars and I will order from them again read more

My wife ordered a "stuffed crust" pizza from this location today and we certainly will not make that mistake again. Normally we order from the one on Gen. Bruce but today we ordered a pepperoni stuffed crust pizza for carryout, we waited for an employee to come to the window for about ten minutes and then the employee was rude then entire interaction. He was a manager, and I would expect better from that. Once we got our food and got home, we opened the box to see a pizza that looked like it had been reheated, as if someone else returned it and then they served it to us! Waste of money and time at this location, we then called the Gen. Bruce location for delivery and mentioned to the young man, Ed, what happened at this location and he threw in a free drink with our order! Way better service. This location will not get anymore business from us. read more

went there fri at 11:30 i ordered xl cheese pizza. charged me $15.+ i asked about digital coupons on my phone. the mgr said no good. i said no big deal. then i saw a sign $13.99 for xl pizza. i asked why did a pay $15. +. then the mgr gave me attitude. instead of just saying sales tax.then he said with attitude do i still want the pizza . i said no got my money back . plus the place was empty. walked next door to capriotti's. they were very nice. read more

My total was $23 and I paid with two $20's and the delivery driver asked me if I wanted my change assuming I'd give a 75% tip. When I called and talked to the manager an employee informed me they were too busy to put me through to a manager. Finally I was able to speak to a manager and he informed me he trains his employees to ask if people need their change. Not to mention my order took 50 minutes to get to me and the wings were cold and the pizza was dry and chewy. I won't be ordering from here again. read more

Who doesn't love pizza?? I am a pizza lover! Pizza Hut is great with a variety of foods to choose from. First and last time ordering from here. Placed delivery order for thin and crispy crust. Did not know that it would be extra, extra crispy, including the toppings. Delivery driver was only one working today, and evidently, they kept my pizza warm (very, very warm) waiting for the driver to come back in. Sorry, but will never order from Pizza Hut again. read more

Called to order pizza attempted to use a coupon that expires same day as I am ordering told me that they'd never heard of said coupon so therefore I had to take it to them in order to validate cuz they didn't believe it was a real coupon.. funny thing is I had just used it a few weeks prior no problem with this pizza hut it's a hit or miss save yourself some trouble just go with dominos or la romas just as good no hassle read more

Worst pizza ever! I don't know what they did but they overloaded this pie with about 4 layers of pepperoni and it was so queasy that the box was soaked. It was extremely heavy and I was not able to eat it. It was nasty. I had to throw the whole pizza and my $$$ out with the trash. I will rethink my next choice for pizza. read more

Called my order in like I usually do. They said order would be ready by 6:30, I got to the drive thru at 6:25 with 3 cars ahead of me. The car in front of me was then at the window and eventually gave up and went inside. When I got to the window I understood why. I sat at the window without anyone even acknowledging I was there for 5 minutes. I finally honked, they still didn't look my way!! Honked a 2nd time and one girl- further away from the window, told the girl closest to the window- to answer me. I gave her a piece of my mind and told her to at least acknowledge that there is a customer sitting in the window. She handed me my order and old me to check it. It was missing my wings.
