Half Taco Pizza and half buffalo chicken.

Good atmosphere, fast customer service, good food. Watch out for the bees if you eat outdoors. Overall, great experience.

We went here for the first time on Saturday evening. They were moderately busy but did not have to wait to be seated. They had an ample selection of beer/cider. The flight of beer was $10 dollars. Overall I enjoyed their wide array of selections. I can tell they hand make their pizza dough because it was thin, crisp and chewy. The pizza was packing in flavor and it was without a doubt one of the better ones I have had here. The inside was clean and having the oven at the entrance where everyone can see it created a inviting atmosphere.

My favorite "In it to Win it" if you pair this with the "Creek Don't Rise" beer you will be back for sure!

The pizza here is the best. The owner Tony is always welcoming as well as his staff. My wife and I come regularly and our bartender Liz provides excellent wine suggestions and lends an ear and we enjoy her company. I recently hosted my team on my last day at work and none of them had been but they all plan to return with their friends and family. 10 stars every time! Love this place!

Ok so we have come for over a year. We have traveled all over the world and I love pizza...I trying everywhere I go...this place is one of my favorites. It has become a staple of our week as we live near here!! You have to try the Crackberry...when they have it :(... staff is amazing, and sitting on the roof is the best!!!

Was seated right away which was nice on a Saturday night. A decent selection of beers, and was able to order a beer flight to try several. The Parmesan wings were excellent! The pizza was good. Service was a bit on the slower side. Ambiance was fun and lively and they have a balcony/rooftop with additional seating.

I was VERY IMPRESSED, GREAT Recommendation.!!!

GREAT, WONDERFUL Customer Service from server AYANE..!! (Especially on quite a crowed day as today was being the Christmas Market Day Festival) I had actually never been here before and LOVED how easy it was to order and ended up getting a 16" 'Nothing But Meat' for two people and she was right really, absolutely FANTASTIC Pizza, tasted SOOOO GOOD.!! Will DEFINITELY be back. Beautiful Building and awesome atmosphere inside.!!

We came here on a whim with our two kids and let me just say...absolutely delicious. It's kid friendly but we will be back for a date night because the ambience, the pizza, the beer and the service are great. Connor was our awesome server but we had multiple people checking on us to make sure we were all set. We got the "In it to win it" pizza and it was/is mouthwatering. We got the large size and that was enough for four people. The kids' 8" pepperoni fed both my kids. It was everything you'd hope for in a woodfired pizza. The kids gobbled up their little pizza. They had one of my favorite IPAs that I can't ever find anywhere - The Yellow Rose IPA. My husband got the scrimshaw and Hefeweizen draft beers and enjoyed both. Love the rustic modern decor. Want to drink on the rooftop bar - especially in this chill weather. And this elder millennial was totally vibin' the 2000s pop radio We will definitely be back!

Beautifully renovated downtown building in Belton.

The service was horrible and it took o er an hour to get our order which was a very thin small pizza. Nothing special. Not worth the money.

He put me onto the Pioneer Porter, which was very tasty. My favorite was the Creekside Warmer, an 8.3% Winter brew. Very tasty. The ramblers Amber and the Coyotes Call were very good too. The place is very clean, the staff is friendly and chatty. They have events throughout the week, and Mimosas for those so inclined! There is a food menu, but I did not partake in the chewables. Pricing was good too, can't complain. If I find myself out in those parts again, I'd be back!

We were the only ones there for awhile so I was getting nervous as to why lol ... but the place filled up pretty quick . They had some giveaways on the Super Bowl, who doesn't like free stuff ! Nashville hot wings were HOT and bangin!!! The pulled pork fries were good too !! Our bartender was quick and friendly , the manager came around a few times to check on us and she was cool as well. Decent beer selection. I'd come back another time as they have a lot of beer, some mixed drinks and what seemed to be a pretty big menu ! Big place. Lots of seating. Lots of TVs. My Think Pink drink was good, but overpriced. They don't have prices on the cocktail menu, and this felt more like a $9 drink than the $12 it turned out to be. My husband's beer was very well priced, I thought, at $6.50 for an IPA. My husband had the buffalo chicken sandwich. It wasn't tossed in buffalo sauce, just unevenly drizzled on top so the full sandwich wasn't covered. He asked for a side of sauce to finish the job and we were charged $0.50 for it. He was also charged $0.50 for a side of ranch for his fries. In general, I just don't agree with charging for condiments. I had the Alehouse Burger and it was fine. It had a bacon tomato jam so I thought it would be okay without condiments, but it was dry. It needed pickles. None of the burgers on the menu had pickles. Burgers should have pickles. We weren't given a kid's menu when we were sat, so I thought they didn't have one (it's a pub, I get it), and I tried to just order a side of mashed potatoes for my son. Our server was cool with it and was able to ring it in (because she later had to take it off the ticket) but the kitchen told her they don't serve individual sides which is very odd to me. You have a button for it on the POS, you can serve a side on an entree plate, so just put that amount on a side plate. It seems like a very easy way to cater to your customers. The sun really shines through those back windows in the evening. Some pull down shades would be a huge improvement. It's a beautiful view, but not when the sun is setting and blazing into your retinas. Overall, food was mid, prices were a little too high across the board, service, as always, was great.

One stop shopping for primo eating and drinking good times…read more * * * Obsidian Brewery makes beer. I have no idea how the beer is. I may visit Obsidian Brewery time after time after time after time and never find out how their beer is. This is because a) They have an outstanding bar and b) They have an outstanding kitchen. For me, beer is a hardship beverage you drink when there is nothing else better available. When I go to a bar, I can sometimes be looking for mix-mastering. Usually I am looking for outstanding top of the line hard spirits. * * * When I walked into Obsidian, I looked at their bar. It was love at first sight. In front of me were twenty yards of three shelves of the most wonderful bottles I could possibly imagine. Half of them I had never heard of before. * * * I settled on a Buddha's Hand Gin. Buddha and Gin rarely appear in the same sentence Never mind the same label on a bottle. I ordered it straight up. I went immediately to Nirvana. Forget the meditation and the austerities. The Buddha's Hand Gin was as good as a trip to the Himalayas. Buddha's Hand is an obscure citrus fruit that grows multiple protuberances the way some horseradishes do. It is golden and looks like a hand. Ergo the name. The Buddha's Hand Gin is a citrus tinged gin with an edge more like orange zest than like orange juice. The additional botanicals make it strong, attention grabbing, fruity and yet combative. I was absolutely fascinated. Note that Buddha's Hand Gin is only one of the many items they have to explore there. I am totally ready to do more exploring. * * * The kitchen at Obsidian is also of distinction. The savvy local guide I came with adored his Thai Curry Wood Fired Rings. I went with a Cheesy Bread. This is open-faced grilled cheese on a thick slice of bread the size of a shoebox, with a wonderful homemade tomato sauce on about 1/3 of it. It is the best cheese pizza you have ever had. It is what cheese pizza is supposed to be if you don't use the standard canned ingredients that institutional providers sell to Domino's. I was as in love with my cheese bread as I was with my citrus gin. * * * The company was also outstanding. Which is just as well because Obsidian is a social place. Lots of Leanderthals having a fine time in couples and groups. This is not a loner's loser bar. You know - the dark rooms with misfits drinking their sixth beer while watching TV. This is a good folks good times full-of-sunlight place. So you definitely want to come with good folks. * * * Good food, good bottles, good people. And if you are feeling chipper, You can even have a homemade beer to celebrate.
