This Pizza Hut is the closest to the house for delivery, so it's the one we normally use. Today we got the wrong wing order (very common unfortunately). The pizza was luke warm. My son who was visiting happened to answer the door to receive the pizza, and unfortunately I was out back and didn't know the delivery had been made. When I came back in the house I discovered that my son had not given a tip (he thought everything was paid online). I tried to call, and call, and call again, and they kept hanging up on me. I know they're busy, but it's ridiculous to hang up on customers. I think I'm done with this Pizza Hut. TERRIBLE. Fed up with this store. The reason for the 2 stars is because it was food, and we ate it. But certainly not worth fifty-dollars for a cold medium two-topping pizza and the wrong wing order. read more

Very Poor Store. I've ordered before because of the price, and I should have learned by now. They aren't very good. They just don't read the online order, and, frankly, I'm done with them. I don't want a remake of an improperly made pizza. What about my time? No compensation for that was offered. I think the people here are nice, but I won't be making another return. They've had several chances to get a simple order for ONE pizza, and have erred too many times. Very disappointing. I can not recommend this Pizza Hut. read more

We have ordered from this location many times, never had a bad experience...food is always delivered hot and fresh, at the time it should be delivered. On 6/24/2019 @9:25 pm we placed an order for 2-large stuffed pizza/3-medium pizzas/2-large chicken pasta and 16-piece wings...$78 worth of food. We received our food 2 hours later, only half of our order was delivered and our food was cold....it seemed like the food was sitting for awhile or it was old. The driver went back to get the rest of our food and it was cold as well. This location is probably 7 minutes away from my house. We called the location to file a complaint, the store manager (that's what she said she was, Kathleen or Katherine) went over our order 3x, basically speaking nonsense to my family member then hung up in the middle of the conversation. This was a bad experience and I refused to pay for the food. The delivery driver understood and said he tried to fix the problem. If I can give them a "zero" stars I would. read more

Pizza Hut is now using imitation cheese on their pizzas now. The cheese inside of our stuffed crust pizzas looked like some kind of lumpy, thick, tasteless paste and the consistency was so gross. I'm having a very rough life right now. Without explaining too much, I ordered pizza from the Roy location tonight, and due to caretaking of a dying pet, not having a day off work for ages, and other things I can't talk about, I accidentally fell asleep before the pizza came. It was supposed to be here several hours before I woke up, but I was so out I didn't hear the door. So when I woke up, I called them to apologize and see if there was anything I could do. I spoke to Mackenzie, who was absolutely amazing, and they offered to remake my order and deliver it for free. I feel terribly guilty that I cost them a pizza, but I truly appreciate their generosity. I was not expecting it, and with all of the terrible stuff going on in my life right now, I can't even explain how much I appreciate their kindness. The store manager, Alex, delivered the pizza and I gave her a big hug and thanked her profusely. This is a GREAT location, and I won't ever get pizza from anyone else again. What a great, sympathetic crew. We've always liked this location, but they went beyond and above for us today and I couldn't be more impressed. Thank you so much, crew! I ordered a buffalo chicken pizza and you guys not only didn't put buffalo sauce on it or any sauce you also gave me hot sauce instead of buffalo on the side. Also everything was pretty gross but that is what I expected lol. read more

This pizza hut is hands down the quickest yet.i ordered and they said 30 to 45 min it was here in way less..i gave a good tip and they even gave my kids candy and my dog a treat.. so far they have great cust serv. And a very nice cashier named diana. Thank u read more

I ordered my food online and sent someone else to pick it up as I am at work. We were told that they had made a mistake on the order and were remaking the pizza so we would just have to wait a little longer for our food. I was not given my 2 liter of soda that I ordered and when I called back to let them know that I would come in about 15 minutes to get the soda, I was told that "yeah, we'll give you a free soda". I corrected him and stated that I had already paid for it and I just did not get it. I was given an attitude as if I was trying to steal something and then he hung up on me. I do not usually complain over $3 but with the horrible customer service, I will be hesitant to return. read more

I placed an order online and received a confirmation email which informed me my order will be delivered in 40 minutes. I just received our order 2 hours after placing my order and it was cold and dried out, plus the cookie was not cut. Now we are throwing out the food and going to get something else. None of us will ever order pizza Hut again after wasting $30. read more
