Horrible customer service at this location. Will never go back to this one. Workers were very rude and annoyed by the fact I was picking up a doordash order. Waited for 30+ minutes for an order that was already supposed to be ready. Each worker lied to me telling me order was in the over but never checked. Man the family ordered pizza the other night for carryout, we got a stuffed crust pepperoni and a stuffed crust supreme pizza. It was alright overall. When i grabbed a slice of the supreme, the slice just wilted due to the sauce and toppings with a really thin crust (Why did you guys get sooo damn cheap) Pepperoni slice was ok, could've used a little more sauce to make it pop, pepperoni was great crispy and crunchy. These guys do a fair job overall. I am going to say right now I took a star off because, even with recent deals and price cuts, I think all Pizza huts are too expensive. The other star got cut because the way they tried to cram so much restaurant in such a small place, it is kind of a hassle if you are just trying to do a take out order and don't want to hang out in the place. The front register is only set up to pay for dine in. Dumb. The set up at the Pizza Hut on George Washington in Richland works SO much better. Ok, that was the bad. Now the good. Got me a stuffed crust pepperoni, mushroom and olive. Also got a side of cheezy bread stix. A relative of mine used to work at Pizza Hut and mentioned the huge amount of oil used in each pan there. I quit going to Pizza Huts for a while because I thought the pies were too greasy. Well, some one must have gotten wise because this was SO much better. All the employees were very friendly and everyone seemed busy but not rushed. Good morale and good crews equal good pizza. I used to work pizza so I know. First off, being coming to the same location since my childhood. Never had a less than a good experience. Nervous but excited about the remodel, and still great! But today we used the app and drive thru for the second time ever. Due to user error on the app, our order was not as we expected. The drive thru ladies saw our confusion and instead of being defensive, they were understanding and gave us the right order with no extra charge. We ordered that and they charged for it as if but when we got home the order was completely wrong and like any normal customer we called hoping to have this all fixed but! My husband and I stopped in Friday, January 5, 2018. We hadn't been in since it was remodeled. I used to love walking into the former Pizza Hut and taking in the ambiance of a pizzeria. The warmth of the decor, with the memorabilia on the wall and the wonderful aroma of pizza. Now, the place looks sterile and there is no aroma of pizza. It's just not very welcoming. The staff was not very friendly. At all. The seating is 2/3 of what it used to be. They've done away with the pizza and salad bar, which is why we went to Pizza Hut over the other pizza places. The pizza itself , a large half meat lovers, half supreme on a hand tossed crust, was no where near up to the standards it used to be. When we ordered, they took a crust out of a freezer, put the toppings on and sent it through the oven. When we picked up a slice it wilted. The crust was wet on the bottom; it wasn't cooked through. Being in a hurry to an appointment, we choked it down [we scraped the toppings off and left the dough]. Pizza Hut's quality has really been nosediving the past few years. But they're not ashamed to have charged us $18 dollars of it! It's sad to me, as they used to the pizza place I compared the others to. I feel sorry for this generation of Pizza Hut customers. They'll never know how really GOOD Pizza Hut used to be. Overall, not a good experience. We wont' be returning. read more

Terrible delivery service. Received the wrong food for part of our order. Called in, they told me to wait and walked away from the live call. After 10 minutes waiting on the phone, I drove to the store (still on the call.) Waited several minutes for anyone to come to the counter either. Gave them the incorrect item and told them I was done ordering there. Drove away (STILL WITH A LIVE CALL)... finally hung up. They could have just told me within the first 10 minutes that they would fix the order! Worth losing the money for food I didn't get as long as I never have to be treated like that again. Never Again!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I will never ever waste another cent in this ridiculously stupid restaurant. In fact, I have stopped with pepsi and taco bell as well. My son had an end of the season pizza party event scheduled for his basketball team. Since he had another school event scheduled only 45 minutes after the pizza party, I decided to call ahead and order pizza, so we would have sufficient time to eat and make the next event. Upon calling pizza hut, I was informed that the restaurant has a policy of not accepting orders for dine in. It doesn't matter if you pay in advance with a credit card. That is their policy, period. I have a policy of my own, I DON'T WASTE MY MONEY AT RESTAURANTS WITH RIDICULOUS POLICIES. Since, there was now way we could possibly have time to eat and make the next obligation, I could only provide coupons to other parents and leave. I have now reached a MULTI year anniversary without spending a dime on pizza hut or taco bell or KFC. I intend to have many more anniversaries. The pizza sucks anyhow, so this loser restaurant is not something I will miss!!!!! I should add that I attempted to contact both the restaurant and the franchise concerning their lame policy. Another rare opportunity to have a Pizza Hut lunch buffet which is almost always a good thing. From the beginning, this location seemed grossly understaffed. I felt bad for my wait person, along with other employees. They didn't do bad all things considered, but the whole atmosphere was rather chaotic. The pizza selection would not have been my choices; not sure how the cook was making the decision on that, or if management was. This place is not recommended. I made a call-in order and decided to go pick it up when it was ready. I am a picky eater and so is my boyfriend. Everything gives him gas (not that he is not full of it any how) and heart burn. When I called in my order the lady was polite. I understood what she asked of me. She repeated my order back to me, exactly. I walked into the place and it was a disaster. To many people behind the counter walking around trying to look busy. There were 7 tables taken by people, not much business. There were two tables to sit at because the other tables were dirty. I was greeted in a professional manner like at McDonald's....I ordered P'Zones, a giant pizza pocket more less. My order was wrong, again. You get one small container of pizza sauce. I asked for extra cheese and added my own. I asked for no sausage or ham and got it any how. The "pizza pocket" was still dry after applying the 1oz of sauce. We had went there about 3 weeks ago and ate in the restaurant. The place was just as filthy as the second visit and the order was wrong except the bread sticks. We have, for over 15 years, used Pizza Hut as our choice for pizza. In the last 2 years, the toppings have become increasingly skimpy. I like pineapple, and near the end of our patronage of this sorry establishment, I counted 6 small pieces of pineapple on a large pizza. What finally did it for us was when we ordered our usual, and wrote a check for the delivery driver. Two weeks later, we received a letter from a collection agency informing us that our check had been turned over to collections. We haven't 'bounced' a check in 30 years, and our credit score is in the upper 800s. What it finally came down to was the accounting firm (unknown) used by Pizza Hut did not recognize our Credit Union, Hapo, as a legitimate credit union. They never sent the check to our bank, but immediately sent it to collections. Our attempts at getting an explanation and apology were met with ZERO success, and the management at Pizza Hut adopted a "huh? We don't care" attitude. I contacted the District Manager who promised to "get to the bottom of this". We never heard back from him. Straight up: You want lousy pizza and a ruined credit score, patronize Pasco Pizza Hut. And don't count on district management to help you out. read more
