I called in an order told them I wanted two orders of wings cooked 1 1/2 times . Ranch and blue cheese , Bread sticks with extra shake on it, 2 extra sauces. I got bread sticks with hardly any shake on it, no ranch, and two orders of chicken nuggets! I called and if I want to drive another hour I can get it fixed . Definitely will not eat there again. We have dined in twice and both times it's been very good. Pizza excellent and service friendly and helpful. If I could offer one suggestion it would be to add a tv or 2 in the dining area and make sure they always have sports on. The one tv they do is tiny and hard to see unless you were sitting right under it. The interior is a sports theme and would be good to enhance and update it with a couple good size tv's so coming in to see games and enjoy the food would be an option. Thanks... read more

They just cut the cinnamon sticks in half so they can call it 10... I was really annoyed when I opened my box to see 5 cinnamon sticks. Been ordering from this restaurant for over seven years. They're understaffed and I can't hold that against them but the way they treat people when you do get ahold of someone is where I'm upset. While placing an online order my scheduled delivery time was 25-32 minutes out. After placing my order it was 90+ minutes out. I called to try to cancel and got sent to a call center three times. By the third time I asked to speak to a manager who pretended to transfer me to someone who could cancel and I was hung up on. Spent almost an hour on hold trying to cancel an order that I was not going to wait an hour and a half for. Terrible customer service and I'll end up having to do a credit card dispute since they wouldn't cancel the order. To note, when I was ordering I was given a 25-32 minute delivery time and when I ordered got a 90+ minute time. read more

This Pizza Hut always has fresh pizza and a nicely kept up salad bar. Shirley, who works the buffet, is a delight! She keeps everything out on the buffet fresh right up to when the buffet closes and makes sure your drinks are always filled. At night, the service can sometimes be a little slow, but I have found the pizza to still be fresh and the one time they did make a mistake they were more than willing to fix it right away without being rude like some places. We go here regularly. read more

Edit: After not recieving any follow-up, I sent in a second complaint to the Pizza Hut website, which prompted a call from the district manager. Apparently I wasn't the only one having a problem that evening, sounds like things were out of control. He apologized and threw a little love my way. We'll see if they can earn a few stars back on the follow-up visit (though those things are always dicey because they know they have to suck-up to you....) BOOOOOO! UNACCEPTABLE SERVICE, AVOID THIS LOCATION AT ALL COSTS. Why is this location terrible? 1. They have a drive-up window if you're picking up pizzas. Too bad nobody actually watches to see if you're driving up. One more than one occasion I've had to sit there for a while. 2. Internet delivery? Ha. Don't expect the quote times to resemble anything related to how long it will actually take. My most recent experience? I submitted an internet order for delivery at 5:20. The web site said it should take approximately 40 minutes. OK - 40 minutes comes and goes. I decide to give it a little time. An hour after I ordered, I called to find out the status. The first time the phone rings at least 10 times, someone picks up and then hangs up. I call back again and get placed on hold for a really long time. The girl who answers the phone says the web site times aren't accurate, that it could actually take TWO HOURS or more. I said fine, just cancel my order. Then the girl asked for my address, and said "oh wait, that order just went out the door, it should be on its way right now". 40 more minutes pass by (I live 3 miles from the place). I call again, explain the situation, and the person puts me on the phone with the manager. She apologizes for the situation, saying they;re very busy. Fine, I understand busy - but it's been over an hour since my pizza was supposed to be here. She said that one of her delivery people was leaving with it right now. Sorry, wrong answer -- I politely point out that somebody told me the exact same thing 40 minutes ago. (Note: if 40 minutes passed, that meant my pizza wasn't even made when the previous person told me it was being delivered). Going out the door or not, I told the manager to cancel my order -- it had already been an hour and 45 minutes, I didn't have pizza, and I had already been lied to once. Slow! Came here on a Sunday night to try the new garlic bread pizza that's been advertised. Ordered just a pizza and two sodas, dine in. We were really pressured into trying the Sierra Mist with extra cherry syrup added; I had to decline it twice. 40 minutes after we had ordered, I asked what was going on, the waitress explained: "We're usually not this busy on Sunday nights, we got a lot of phone orders for delivery, and since they are more profitable for us, we put those orders into the oven first." What? Since when do you brush off customers like that? Finally another 5-10 minutes later, our pizza came out. It was sloppy (not that I was surprised) and didn't taste all that special. A simple order gone wrong. It took two hours on a Tuesday at 4:30 to get it delivered. First pizza was to have been a sausage and pepperoni pan pizza. We got a hand tossed sausage and pepperoni . He second pizza was to be a hand tossed with pepperoni and bacon. That one was a pan pizza with just pepperoni . This Pizza Hut did not have good service. We asked to dine in and the cashier at the register blatantly ignored that and proceeded to take us as a 'To Go' order. Meaning he did not seat us at a table , we did that upon ourselves; He gave us drinks in plastic cups and served us our food in boxes. We have been to this location before with our family of 5 (our school aged children do Book-It and get free personal pans). Service was always great...until tonight. It was not busy for dine in, as there were two other tables whe we arrived. We waited a good 10 minutes after being sat to have our "server" (honestly don't know if "Damien" was the cashier, a server, a host or in charge of the phone orders because he was doing all 4 roles, and there were two other servers in house) come over to take our drink order (which at that point we were full ready to give our entire order). And he apologized, I'll give him that, but not without saying "the front is really slow right now." We were then told that our order would take about 20 minutes (absolutely reasonable). So we wait 20. My meal comes out. No one else's. Five minutes later, my husband's comes, and we're told by "Damien" that our children's personal pans were "just now put in" because "other phone and take out orders came in and had to be put in first." Okay so dine-ins get bumped? And adults served their mess while children are made to wait? Anyway, it will be soon for theirs. About 5-10 minutes later, one personal pan pizza. We ask where the other personal pan is for our other son and the spaghetti and meatballs for our daughter. Damien then goes "oh right! There was pasta and meatballs! I'll get it with the next personal pan!" Okay so at this point, we now have two adults and one child have been served, completely separate as none of the three meals so far came out together, and now two children still without food. Finally the last personal pan and pasta and meatballs come. At which point my husband and I are now done eating (after of course sharing our meals because our children were an apparent after thought, but I digress). My one son hands over his free personal pan pizza for his Book-It to Damien when he finally is served and Damien states "oh I can't take this." So I inquire why. Damien replies "it needs to be given at the beginning." So I respond "we've given it at the end of our meal. Can we please have it applied to our bill?" Damien responds "I just like it at the beginning because now I have to change everything." And he walks away. We continue to eat. Damien comes over and says that they have an "extra" medium pizza and be talked to his manager and they would like to offer it to us. We say thank you, that would be nice. Our bill comes. And we ask for it to be corrected because they charged us the one that was to be covered by the Book-It Coupon. Damien then comes back with the new, corrected bill. Except it wasn't ours, which we show him and he said "oh yours was right next to this one, I'll go back and get it." I understand that service may be impeded by take out and delivery orders. That the kitchen may be slow. But our dine in service was completely fragmented. There wasn't a single apology for inconveniencing us, but rather excuses given. Yes we got a free pizza, which we appreciate. But this will be our last dine in at this location. And I hope that there is better training for the waitstaff that is being advertized as needing. read more

Came back for another shot and service was great! Our waitress, Taylor, was very attentive and made sure to keep checking with us. We both ordered the Meaty Marinara pasta dishes with the salad bar. Food was baked just right and the presentation was nice with the herbs on it. Salad bar is pretty well stocked and everything tasted nice and fresh. No complaints! read more

We gave this place one last try after several poor take out orders over a year or so because we had always been a fan of Pizza Hut pizza. Placed an online order the other day and picked it up without closely looking at the pizza. Got home to find instead of the hand tossed crust we ordered we received a stuffed crust disaster with a paper thin crust. In addition to the screwed up order, the pizza and toppings just didn't taste quite right. Ate enough to satisfy our hunger and tossed the rest. Didn't bother calling the store as we had no interest in driving back or getting another pizza there again. I dined in on Sat. Night at about 7:00 PM. It was quiet; there was only one other table occupied while we were there. It was clean, the service was prompt, the staff was pleasant, and the food was good. A couple of TV's had the football game on. What more could you want? Great for a fast food pizza place. read more
