This is the third time they screwed up our order through the drive thru!! We were missing items in the past two visits plus asked for multiple sauces with a 20 piece nuggets and got packets of ketchup!:(Today's order takes the cake ~ Two jr cheese burger deluxes were cold like they were sitting for awhile and were missing pickles and onion .We had a large order ( not cheap) missing the pricey Asiago chicken sandwich altogether ~ instead we got a spicy chicken sandwich:( Ever since New Management took over it's gone way downhill!!!:( It's a shame as this side of Milford closer to Wilton does not have many options. What is it with this Wendy's. I have been through the drive through many times and i always order chicken nuggets. They ask what kind of sauce and i tell them and i pull up they give me my food, and what do you know, they didn't put the sauce in the bag. Same happened today 6/25/20 a few weeks ago i ordered chili and what do you know they didn't give me a spoon. You know when someone orders food that's not the problem, but iys the little things that count....they need to pay attention to detail. They forgot my sandwich and when I went back to get it the manager claimed she put it in my bag and gave me a rude attitude about it. I said no my sandwich was missing we only got the cheeseburgers. The manager rolled her eyes many times. They never actually made my sandwich in the first place so how could she have given it to me. Very rude. There weren't any other people in the place (other than the drive thru) and the dining area was a mess. Trash on the tables and floors. The staff was behind the counter which made me think it is acceptable to leave the place looking like a mess. We waited a bit for the food and then were not surprised by only fair quality. Wow. If all you did was go through the drive through you would not see the despondent looking bunch of lost souls working last night dinner 'rush'. This location is operating solely on the reputation of its sister restaurants as my visit to the inside made quite plainly clear that hand hygiene, routine cleaning, or even appropriate work attire don't have specific goals worth acknowledging, let alone attaining. Working in the industry for 20+ years I know the difference between a busy rush, and neglect. Also, I witnessed the Fry station employee dispense foods into the paper serving containers by hand.....tongs anyone? I don't blame the young inexperienced employees, I blame the supervisory staff who probably don't know what color the hand soap is either. Wendy's used to be about quality, I don't know what they are aiming for now....other than a failed franchise location....please pay for a manager and crew to handle this location properly before it's too late - either by loosing all your customers or you accidentally kill them with mishandled food. My favorite thing about this particular location is they rarely screw up, everything I ask for is usually available and done properly. I've never been inside though so I can't say for appearance purposes what it's like, but the drive through has always been easy for me on my way home from work and the ladies who work here are always on the ball. Hardly ever a wait too, unlike the other fast food places in the area that make you pull over for like nothing! Bleh! I've only been parked here once in the ten billion times I've been here. Also, I live way across town and yet the food is almost never cold. Now that I think about it they did screw up once and forgot to give us one of our burgers. I went here 1/26/2017 around 430pm. I Rarely eat fast food for health reasons. I have enjoyed Wendy's at past locations. This is the first Wendy's that completely disappointed me. My burger was old, cold, shriveled and dried out. My fries were under cooked, old and mushy. eating fast food is a rare treat for me so I expect hot fresh food. Very disappointed!!! read more

honestly the only reason i gave this Wendy's a star was because i had too. i was very dissatisfied with my visit. on the door it had a "temporary hours" sign that said 10:45-9:00. it is 8:32 right now and i went there a half an hour ago and they were already have closed. upon ordering my food the computers were "not working" so my order was written down. to that extent however, a very simple order of a burger with 2 things on it. was severely wrong. to make matters worse i wanted a soda and i was told "we can't give anything carbonated because the machines are down". honestly this isn't even the worst part. as i was patiently waiting for my food, there was lots of conversation going in the back and not a lot of attention to detail. i had ordered for 2 people and 1 bag was hastily tossed on the counter. as i was about to walk away i figured i would check to make sure my burger was right, for this location has steered me wrong in the past many a time. i brought my burger back because it was wrong. with extreme attitude the lady behind the counter took it and slammed it in the trash. very displeased with my visit is an understatement. read more
