This place is combined with a KFC. I previously left a review saying that we visited this place many times and the employees there were one notch above! Always so friendly, polite, attentive. Went above and beyond to offer great service.... Well, not this time... Quite the opposite... There was a miscommunication and the employee punched in the wrong order. I notified him within 30 seconds after placing the order. He made absolutely no effort to fix it. I asked him what was the difference between what I ordered and what I ended up getting, he didn't know. He couldn't care less... Did he offer to comp a few things to cover the price difference. No. So, what did we get for $2.59 more? Nothing! We actually got much less! At least the $7 "Fill Ups" box would have come with some dessert. Wife was quite pissed.... So .... We're gonna visit other KFC/ Taco Bell next time... If at all. read more

Worst place to get fast food we waited 40 minutes before asking for a refund for our food then was told we cannot get a refund. They gave Us the food and didn't give us the right food. It was cold and inedible. read more

Haven't been to this location in awhile. It has really gone downhill. I ordered a 16 piece bucket via a mobile order with a full hour before pickup. 15 minutes after my pickup time , they tell me they don't have original recipe so I swap for extra crispy. Finally got my order a full 100 minutes after it was placed. read more

This place is the worst. Drive the distance to some other location. 3 times ordered. 3 times missing items. 3 times over an hour wait for a bucket meal because "a fryer, out of biscuits, large drive thru order". Never going there again. read more

Worst taco bell i have ever been to, it's been 40 minutes and i still don't have my damn nacho fries. It can't take this long, i could harvest the wheat myself and make them before they could. I would leave 0 stars read more

If I could leave a zero, I would. The wait time is always long (15+++), the orders are rarely correct (regardless of whether you ordered KFC or Taco Bell), and upon my last visit today, I was told it would take 30 minutes to get fried chicken. How this place stays open, I have no idea. I honestly wish it would go out of business so a functional restaurant might be able to take its place. read more

This is the worst Taco Bell on the planet... always gets my order wrong, missing items, and overcharges (subbed chicken for beef, paid extra, and got beef)... Will never go there again...if I could leave a 0 rating, I would. The Taco Bell on Main Street, Nashua, is superb...go there instead. This Amherst location SUCKS!!!! read more

It's really such a shame this location operates as poorly as it does because the next closest Taco Bell and KFC is Nashua and this is truly my favorite fast food restaurant. But it's so poorly managed and consistently failing. This location was doing well when they transferred a manager from a Nashua location here, but without him, it's been a disaster. Have witnessed employees yelling and using profanity each other and using profane language with customers about other employees. Doesn't matter if you go through the lobby or drive thru, it's going to take a while. They massively influx their orders then pause ordering until they get what they have in line completed. So you can be sitting anywhere from 5-40 minutes. Operations do not flow well. read more

Holy shit guys please stop standing around i beg of you, use your hands at least a little bit like the guys food behind me started getting cold before i got my food, brother. how is that possible (the guy drove away) im pretty sure i waited like 30 minutes and i ordered on doordash to hopefully make it quicker, i guess thats how you make your wait longer. that ones on me read more

Awful service awful food first in line waited 25 min still order was wrong she said it wasn't and then proceeded to show me a picture on her phone of an order that wasn't even close to mine. I really wish the town could replace this with anything else. I'll take a bank or a laundromat anything but the Taco Bell there it's just wasting space zero stars it jus won't let me read more

If I could leave zero stars I would!! This is the worse Taco Bell I have ever been too. After waiting 10 minutes in the lobby behind 4 other people the worker announced they are no longer serving walk ins that we all have to go through the very long drive through line. Ridiculous. On other occasions I have been here and they have no beans!!! How does a Taco Bell run out of beans!! The manager of this place should be fired! read more

You know how all fast food restaurants have poor management? Consider this the cream of that unfortunate crop. This specific restaurant is so poorly managed that it can actually be turned into an experience. Every single time you come here, it will be understaffed. Im serious; hilariously understaffed. A 5-10 minute fast food experience will turn into a 45 minute adventure 10 times out of 10. It's annoying! Actually, if you plan for it, it can turn into quite the excellent people watching experience. If you walk into this place with the mindset that it's a 5-star sit down restaurant, you'll actually be treated to a spectacle of endless (justifiably) frustrated patrons waiting, pacing, and searching for their food. It truly is the experience of a lifetime watching normal, well-adjusted people barge into the kitchen searching for their food that should've been served to them at least half an hour ago. The one positive attribute to assign to this poorly ran restaurant is that the food is usually hot and fresh. That's only because it's so backed up and the food requires being cooked on time every time. If this place wasn't so poorly understaffed; trust me, you would walk in just knowing the food would be absolutely diabolical. Yelp wants me to also mention the ambiance. Based on context clues, what do you think? Do you think a place that serves food 10x slower than normally accepted has the time to clean their tables and make the place look appetizing? read more

Every time I come to this Taco Bell though dining room is closed and the doors are locked. I'm here at 8 o'clock on a Saturday night and there's absolutely nobody here. There are two people inside eating. Never again. read more

took forever and no one was working waited over 45 minutes. and no one was able to help food was not worth the wait.

So I came in the other night and due to short staff the lady was not able to take my order at the time I asked her if I could place the order and just wait in parking lot I didn't mind the wait she explained that she was the only one taking orders and making the food ,but she said that was fine after waiting about 15min she came out with my order and she was very kind and polite and explained how sorry she was about the wait , but I'm writing this review to say she could've had an attitude or denied my service just because of the stress she was under running the store alone but she was the complete opposite I didn't get her name but she was a small girl with long braids, and my order was completely right and tasted great I would wait again just because of her customer service...by the way this is not the first time this has happened hopefully this store gets some help soon read more

I stopped by Taco Bell/KFC in Amherst recently. The lobby doors are locked and it's drive thru only, which is bad for customers and worse for delivery drivers. I get they may be short staffed and people make more money being unemployed. They need to have at least a walk up window/glass door for prepaid Taco Bell app orders and delivery drivers. I waited way too long at the Amherst location 50 minutes in the damn drive thru line. I am not blaming the food line workers here who showed up to work, kudos to them, but the management of this store.  I know this has to be a dumb Management decision at this particular location since this cobranded store is owned by Charter. No excuses and unacceptable!  The Londonderry Taco Bell/KFC also Charter owned at least keeps their lobby open until 10pm and drive thru open late. That Londonderry location is way better managed and for drive thru orders, cars are moved past the 2nd window to the curb where staff brings out the orders, less gas wasted and much shorter waits there. The current manager of the Londonderry store used to manage the Amherst store, which was the #1 store in New England. Not anymore! What happened??? I know one customer from Bedford who actually ordered late night delivery from the Londonderry Taco Bell instead of Amherst and Manchester Taco Bell stores closer to him because those stores take forever and run out of beef. read more

Went here again today after more than a year because they screwed up my order the last time. I ordered 5 crunchy tacos with no sour cream and a medium diet coke. The bill was more then $18!!!! For this kind of money you are better off going to a sit-down Mexican restaurant, or any other sit-down restaurant for that matter. I was shell shocked when I saw the bill. The older guy at the drive-thru window must have been the owner. He commented on why the bill was so expensive. He went on to say kids don't want to work for $20/hr, etc, etc, which I believe, but still, the food was way overpriced. The tacos were good. The guy (owner?) at the drive-thru was nice, which is why I'm keeping the review at 2 stars. I won't ever go back to Taco Bell, not with these prices. There are much better options for the money. read more

This is going to be one of the worst places around. I went today at 12:30 and there is a wet floor yellow cone in the middle of the drive-thru. I assume the drive through is closed. Went around to the door and there's a guy that shaking his head no at the doorway and putting a line across his neck with his finger. So I assume they're closed? What a horrible way to run a business. read more

30 mi wait! I'm freaking real'. Even with the wait they didn't really seem to care. Bye bye.

Not only are they incapable of answering a phone when you call them to pass if you can even come inside order their food when you get there you want to go 45 minutes in drive-thru for them to do what God only knows so my car starts making funny noises is 2 drive around and park and go inside and see if my foods that they're not screwed up but God forbid surgery than be unlocked so I try to call again and what do I get I get leave a message after the beep is apparently not only has no staff to cook fast food that's right fast food that takes 45 minutes and a drive-thru but they also have no one to answer there phone. You're guaranteed a 40+ minute wait in the drive through no matter what time of day you decide to go.

I went to this Taco Bell since the one downtown was already closed like they normally do around 7pm. This Taco Bell bell usually open till 11pm and their website says so as well still. I got into the drive thru minutes after 9pm with 3 cars getting their food in front of us. I pull up and get an "We're closed"... really? With a sign on the speaker saying they open at 3pm! I get short staffing but it wouldn't be a problem if Taco Bell company provided a livable wage for their employees. It's not all the employees fault but they are always slow, less then friendly and so inconsistent:( nothing like the Taco Bell down town, they aren't very speedy but I'll always choose the other one if I go back. I got better service at McDonalds honestly read more

Every single time I come here there is a unnecessary wait time. I understood food service is not easy but waiting 45 minutes for Taco Bell is unacceptable. This has been the case for years, each time I go. Today for example there was 4 visible employees inside. And 2 cars in front of me took 20+ minutes. The service staff usually always rude, and the food is usually barely warm. I've waited less time for way more acceptable food. read more

Worst Taco Bell ever, if you hit the drive thru expect to sit there about 20-45 min also I watched someone bandage there cuts up before they start their shift. Also watched a lady seize out and everyone that was with her def couldn't handle the situation one bit the Taco Bell employees stood by and watched. This Taco Bell location makes me feel very uncomfortable honestly the people that frequent are just as bad as the service. read more

Literally the worst drive thru experience you can ever have at a fast food chain. I have been through twice and will never do it again. It takes about twenty to thirty minutes to even order and they always say sorry for the wait. It took over a half hour and there was only one other car in the line when I went tonight. Not sure why they are so slow but someone needs to figure it out. Won't be back read more

Easily the worst Taco Bell I've ever been too. No idea how it takes 40-60 minutes to get through the drive through every time. Absolutely mind blowing. Always 3-4 cars leaving the line every time I've waited. Only go if you have patience to wait for cold food. read more

My daughter is a vegetarian and she likes their black beans and refried beans ..We ordered one of those $5 box meals for her which actually costs more than $5...Three times we had to go back through the drive up because some moron kept putting meat on the burrito...Third trip through the manager, some young woman with a filthy shirt on, asked for the burrito back because she accused us of lying about the burrito being prepared wrong again...As if I have nothing better to do than rip off Taco Bell for $5...Get a life woman... read more

If only I could give this wretched place 0 stars, because it certainly deserves it. I've never wrote a review before but I specifically downloaded this app to make one. Hands down the worst service of any restaurant I've ever experienced, and I've been to a lot of restaurants as I work for Doordash. The drive thru takes 30+ minutes per car and if you're like me and are picking up an order they make you go out front and wait another 30+ minutes just because.
