To make matters worse, trying to contact the restaurant is an exercise in futility. There is quite literally no way to reach a human being. Whether you select the option for the host stand or online orders, you're prompted to leave a voicemail, only for the system to immediately disconnect the call. The amount of money we've wasted on food that we've paid for and never received is frankly appalling. What's particularly frustrating is that we actually enjoy the food and would happily order from Barrio regularly if we could count on receiving what we paid for. At this point, it's not an occasional mistake. It's a consistent failure to fulfill orders correctly, compounded by a complete lack of accessible customer service to resolve the issues.
