After watching a YouTube video of someone ranking everything at Arby's I had a hankering so I decided to stop by. I have one word to describe the $18 I spent, despicable! I got the 2 for $7 French dip and spicy roast beef, a double beef n cheddar and a fry. Nothing was hot in my meal at all and I only have a 10 minute drive home. French dip was so so, it was the only item I actually finished. The spicy roast beef smelled so spicy, it smelled like Tabasco. I didn't even try it. Staff is friendly and the food is pretty good too. The dinning area is well maintained and it's not overly crowded.

A couple of days ago, I received an Arby's coupon for the Nashua location for 2 crispy fish sandwiches for $6. I was in Nashua yesterday, so I pulled into the drive through. I told them that I wanted the 2 fish sandwiches for the coupon price of $6. They said that they do not honor the coupon! They said I would have to pay regular price. I have no idea what the "regular" price of their fish sandwich is. The fish sandwich is not listed on their menu. I will NEVER go to Arby's again for anything. I hope this is a warning to others to steer clear of that restaurant and their bait and switch policy. read more

Absolutely unacceptable, terrible service and food left a lot to be desired... We ordered three sandwiches and fries and had to wait 25-30 minutes (at a "fast food restaurant) while 4-5 customers who clearly ordered after us got their food ahead of us. Upon going to the front register, it became abundantly clear what was going on as behind the line was complete chaos. Everything was in disarray. The person handling expediting/filling the tickets didn't seem to have a firm grasp on what needed to be done and was floundering around trying to figure it out while the nobody seemed to really know which order was theirs to deliver to the customer and just took whatever they wanted. In addition to this, the person handling putting the brisket sandwiches together somehow had the impression that only one glove needed to be worn while handling the meat and putting together sandwiches - which would be ridiculous even if he was trying to use only the gloved hand and he definitely wasn't . He was picking it up with his ungloved hand and then placing it into the gloved hand while placing the roll on the paper with the ungloved hand to put the meat on it... I'm sure you can figure out the rest. All of this was taking place while the manager was standing right next to him busily berating employees and customers alike. He too was floundering and was continuously blaming everything on the other staff - some things that even to me were clearly not due to their negligence. While in the process of belittling his staff, he still managed to be extremely rude to a customer who had an issue with not getting the correct drink with her order. He told her he couldn't help her because he was busy in a very unpleasant manner. Immediately after saying this, he loudly belittled her to the staff saying that she had a hell of a nerve complaining about getting the wrong drink when she used a $20 gift certificate. This was also in front of (and easily audible to) all of the waiting customers. Absolutely unacceptable! All of this and my son's sandwich was wrong and had a long hair in it too. I highly recommend avoiding this place. This was our first visit to an Arby's. I doubt we will ever visit another. read more

What's up with this Arbys....i have stopped here 3 times and it has been closed..last summer at some point i stopped in and it was closed....there was a sign on the door saying something like sorry closed due to no workers. Then just 2 or 3 weeks ago i got online saw when they opened and i wentand again it was closed that was in jan 2020 again s sign on the door stating it will open at 11:30.. I typically enjoy going to Arby's - their Market Fresh menu offers many very good options which are true to the name. However, I was disappointed when they removed their salads, and the ham and swiss sandwich. The ham and swiss sandwich was a favorite of mine, and one that is not commonly available at other "fast food" options. I understand everyone is dealing with staffing issues, so there have been times going through the drive-thru has not been a "fast food" option. While out getting a few things done at lunch, I stopped in to get a sandwich to take back to the office. The line wasn't too long so I thought it wouldn't be long. I placed my order for a Market Fresh Turkey and Swiss sandwich with no onion, and the line crept forward and pretty much stopped. I was in line at least 15, maybe 20 minutes for, maybe, 6 cars to move forward. I got to the window and paid and got my bag with my sandwich. When I got back to the office and opened the bag, I found I had a Market Fresh Turkey Bacon Ranch sandwich [no onion, at least] but not what I expected. I jumped on Arby's website and left a feedback comment, and within a short time, received a phone call from the Arby's manager who had just read my comment. She apologized, without making excuses, and offered to send a coupon for a free meal to make up for the error. I accepted and thanked her for responding to my feedback. Sometimes it's nice to just be heard (but a free meal doesn't hurt)! Good food and good customer service. read more

I've been going to this location for several years, and I see a marked decline year after year. Got the Deluxe Wagyu Steakhouse Burger Meal yesterday. 1st, I want a DNA test on the "Wagyu." That can't possibly be Wagyu - unless a Wagyu DNA strand was genetically modified (downward, like way downward), changing the definition, like they did IMAX; Arby's couldn't afford Wagyu, nor could I. 2nd: I want a DNA test to prove it was meat. It isn't lost on me that leaving a review for a fast food restaurant is a bit on the nose, but I was surprised to see such a low rating for this location. We don't have any Arby's locations near us in MA, so it is a bit of a trip for us to make it here. Believe me, if it was bad, we wouldn't make the trip so often. This location is always super clean, the employees are friendly, and the food is always great. There is plenty of parking and a drive thru as well if you're in a hurry. read more

My husband was eager to try it because it's a new store, and he had eaten at Arby's when he lived other places in the country. First impression was that it was small, and the counter area seemed pretty clean, since they had only been open a month or less at the time we visited. I am not familiar with their menu, and there were no specific descriptions on the board, so I asked the less than enthusiastic cashier, and decided on a "classic roast beef" combo with curly fries and fountain drink; not sure but I think hubby had a "beef and cheddar" combo - both ordered small. As with many fast food chains, the side and drink portions are larger than ever (what once was a medium is now a small). When we looked for a place to sit, all the available tables and chairs were askew, and dirty; looked like no one had bothered to clean the dining area all afternoon, but there were a lot of employees behind the counter, bumping into each other like headless chickens in a coop, not many of them looked busy as it was between lunch and dinner rushes. We ended up sitting next to a trash receptacle, and I wiped my chair and the table with some napkins. My roast beef was well done and just meh; I prefer my beef medium rare. The sesame seed bun was fine. I prefer the roast beef sandwiches up the road at Bentley's. The curly fries were tasty, a little on the spicy side (later hubby found out they have MSG, and must be loaded with it) as I had a "Chinese Food" Migraine later that night. All in all an underwhelming experience, and I won't be back in a rush. read more

Been here several times and they've lost our food or we've not received it for more than 20 minutes. Food will come out cold and sometimes the wrong food in general. They don't seem to be able to figure out how to juggle multiple customers or busy times. Do not suggest going during dinner or lunch hour you might or might not get your food. read more

We were out of town and were looking for something quick to eat that was open late. Our expectations weren't very high it is Arby's after all, but we were not expecting to wait over 20 minutes in a drive thru when there was one car in front of us. The guy on the headset had told us that he was new to the register and that was why it was taking him awhile to put the order in which is completely understandable. I just don't understand how or why no one else stepped in to help when it was so apparent that he needed it. I had repeated the order several times so I was surprised when I pulled up to the second window only to get charged for items I did not order and to have 3 items missing. Glad I checked the receipt! While we were in line we had several cars leave the line. It's too bad that they're missing out on business over something like this. When I mentioned the issues with my order the guy at the second window did make it right for me, but like I said the entire experience took over 20 minutes in a drive thru. read more

After 15 minutes of sitting and a half dozen more cars in the rear view, we decided to go elsewhere. I have been here twice, through the DT both times. First time was 10:30 pm and second time was 10:00 am. Both times I have waited at the speaker while two people attempted to take my simple order. No modifications or anything. They can't seem to figure out how to juggle customers. The wait at the window for my food was 15 minutes plus each time. The food here is tasty. Definitely a nice change from the typical burger places. Curly fries and brisket are flavorful and the onion rings are so crunchy. Only fast food place that I know of in the area to have jalapeno poppers! Reuben sandwich is juicy and delicious. On the negative side, the setup doesn't flow very well. If there is a line inside you're sort of in people's personal space that are sitting at the high top tables. There also isn't nearly enough tables to accommodate Arby's AND Brusters. There is outdoor seating but I really didn't want to sit in the 90 degree weather. They do have some wrinkles to iron out.. a lot of new employees so ordering doesn't seem to go very smoothly, but I'm sure they'll work it out over time. *Update* I was really pleased with my first brisket sandwich here but I've had a couple since then that were disappointing. Kind of fatty and tough. I'm hoping the meat gets more consistent and better. read more

I mean, it's Arby's. This isn't high end cuisine. But for what it is, it's pretty darn good. I will say when they first opened this location there were lots of bumps. On a few drive-thru occasions the wait was ridiculous (14 mins once...I timed it!). We received incorrect orders, cold fries and on one visit they were out of 2 different types of soda, Arby's sauce, and one of the sandwiches we wanted. No one seemed to want to be there and the manager who I assume was training employees was overwhelmed. However in the last 9 months or so we've received nothing but perfect service and generally very good food (maybe the occasional cold order of fries, but I'm often doing drive-thru so that contributes to the problem). I like an Arby's roast beef sandwich now and then. It's different than the other fast food in the area and a nice change. Again, for what it is I find it tasty enough and an okay value. The drive-thru service is always exceptional. In this area they've improved 1000%. You place your order, drive up and the employee always confirms the order, repeats the total before taking your payment and asks about sauces. And they just get.it.right. At least that's been my experience. If you initially had less than exceptional food/service at this location you might consider giving it another try. They clearly took the critiques and improved, which is what I would expect from proper management. read more

I've never had any problems with this Arby's location. Every time I get food from this Arby's location, I always feel happy with the result. My favorite Arby's menu items are the French Dip & Swiss, the Angus Three Cheese and Bacon, and my personal favorite, the Beef 'N Cheddar Classic. The Beef 'N Cheddar Classic is essentially roast beef, cheddar cheese sauce, and red ranch sauce on an onion bun, and it certainly is heaven on Earth. This Arby's is connected to Bruster's in the same building, so after you get an Arby's sandwich with some delicious curly fries, you can get some delicious ice cream from Bruster's. It certainly is a wonderful thing. I totally recommend this Arby's location. It's one of only two Arby's locations in the state of New Hampshire (the other one being at the Mall of New Hampshire in Manchester). read more

This same person gave this fine establishment one star because the portions, price, and the amount of mayo on his sandwich. It's a brisket sandwich...it's going to cost a few more dollars. If you're scared of a little mayo maybe ask for less. This Arby's is a victim of reckless reviewing and I won't stand for it. My experience was terrible. The fries were cold and hard like a rock. My sandwich was cold. I will never step my foot in this place again.
