This place is combined with a Taco Bell. I previously left a review on the Taco Bell side, saying that we visited this place many times and the employees there were one notch above! Always so friendly, polite, attentive. Went above and beyond to offer great service.... Well, not this time... Quite the opposite... There was a miscommunication and the employee punched in the wrong order. I notified him within 30 seconds after placing the order. He made absolutely no effort to fix it. I asked him what was the difference between what I ordered and what I ended up getting, he didn't know. He couldn't care less... So, what did we get for $2.59 more? Nothing! Gave them another chance that was my mistake to trust these people with my order. Once again waited a year for my food better than last time which was 7 hours and 3 dashers couldn't get my order. Workers were clearly working without sanitary care (we watched a lady drop her towel, drag it close to herself under her shoe, pick it up and put it on the counter they serve food on). Weather is not a good reason for not being able to accept payments -- have a backup plan in place. Recent visit - a comedy of errors. We get to the register, and they're out of f'ing potato wedges, one of the few edible items on the menu. While we're waiting a silly long time for a chicken sandwich and a taco, we had the chance to watch a few people come in from the drive-through, all with the wrong orders. While I'm waiting, I head over to the soda machine, where they're out of Mountain Dew. Nice planning and a good understanding of who goes to Taco Bell. When our food finally arrives, the bun is stale on my chicken sandwich, and the taco comes with meat instead of beans (even though the receipt clearly shows subbing beans instead of meat). I didn't feel too bent out of shape about that one, because one of the girls who was waiting for her drive-through order to be fixed also got a taco with meat instead of beans. If I could give zero stars, I would. I am so disappointed by the service. I've been severely depressed all day and the only thing I was looking forward to was some nacho fries. I went through the drive through and ordered the fries along with some other food. When I got to the window, i noticed i wasnt charged for fries, nor were the fries in the bag. Placed an order online on 09/24/22 for pick up for around 5:15pm. When I got there to pick up doors were locked so I had to use drive up. I ordered the 8 PC. CHICKEN + 8 TENDERS FILL UP which comes with 8 pieces of our freshly prepared World Famous Chicken, 8 Extra Crispy™ Tenders, a Large order of our Secret Recipe Fries, Large Mashed Potato & Gravy, Large Cole Slaw, and Four Biscuits. When I got home I realized they only gave me 6 pieces of chicken , a small single size potatoes and gravy and a small single size Cole slaw. No tenders or French fries or biscuits. It took so long for the order to be ready that by the time I received my order it was 5:55 pm for an order that should have been ready at 5:15 pm so I wanted to be sure that I could get the rest of my order before going back to the restaurant I called them and some one answered and hung up so I tried to call them back and I received a busy signal. I tried to call for over and hour. I did not go back to the restaurant cause I had other things to do. I decided to write this review . Another disappointing visit to this KFC. I haven't been here in 7 months because the last time that I came I drove 20 minutes in the opposite direction from work for tenders and potato wedges, only to find out (at 11:00 a.m.) that they were out of potato wedges. Okay, no big deal... at least the had chicken tenders. So I get to work and my tenders were very dark and not crispy at all. They looked as though they had been breaded in original flour. I was so annoyed because I went out of my way to get this crap! Then last night again, drove out of my way on the way home and when I ordered my chicken tenders I was told that they were out for the night! It was 8:45 p.m.! There's no reason they can't go back there and bread some tenders up which takes 1 minute and another 5 minutes to cook. Either they were being lazy and didn't wanna dirty an already cleaned kitchen, or they were out of chicken to cook. Either way, it was a huge inconvenience for me!
