Can't believe I am just now doing a review for Pizza Hut! I've been getting their big box meal once a month for $30. You get bread sticks, two pizzas and wings....i think that's a great deal. My food always arrives on time and hot and fresh. read more

The new website has a nice layout. Ordering was easy and quick. Food arrived on time for the time we selected. All food looked deliciously appealing. The pan pizza tasted slight bland and the cheese was minimal. The hand tossed had a great variety of fresh veggies but the crust was just dreadful. It was slightly mushy in the center of the pizza and tasted like rolled out biscuit dough it was lacking the crispy chewy crust you expect from pizza dough. The cheese sticks were great and seasoned well the boneless chicken wings were not tossed in the sauce but tasted good. The bundle cost was 26.99 but ended up being 41.99 after delivery fee, tax and tip read more

See all

The pizza was pretty good, the price was great, and the woman who waited on me was friendly. I only wish they were a bit more generous on the toppings. read more

Great pizza, every time and amazing deals! Thank you!!! Go to place for wings as well!

Great food! fast service! Staff is always friendly! Crispy wings and fresh pizza food was ready on time

Manager berry is the man to see he's always nice and polite and will handle anything needed to be done anytime I've been inside and berrys there my food is always greasy and on time so far best Pizza Hut I've been to like I said berry is the man with the plan read more

They could actually complete a damn order!! Get it together!! I've now ordered three times and every time they mess up!! Just close down and let someone else use that space! Why is management not trying or the owner trying to get this right? Uber Eats has refunded me no less than 3 times and this time it was over $40!! Uber Eats stop working with them!! If I operated like this I would be FIRED!!! Ugh!!! read more

I felt guilty going here considering that are 2 local pizza places in the same plaza. But I love the big dinner box from here, especially with spicy wings and Backyard Barbecue pizza. And they make it pretty quick too. read more

Allan is amazing! Always amazing pizza!! We will definitely be back!!! If you live near Mebane I would choose this Pizza Hut!

Amazing staff. Food was hot Manager was very helpful. He assisted in my order most helpfu.

First let me say I am writing this as a door dasher. For some time now, maybe months the management at the Mebane store has encouraged its employees to " bump" orders that are not ready yet to help make their completion time better for their orders. So to explain in detail, doordash sends us to pick up the customers food and gives us a pick up time. Lets use as a example 8:00 pm. We get to the store at 7:55 and click on our door dash app that we have arrived. We then send the customer a text saying we are waiting on their order. Pizza Hut bumps the order ready ( marks it ready for pick up) but the order is not actually ready. They bumped it at 7:54 before we even got there. I sat in the store tonight and waited 11 minutes after the time it was suppose to be ready before I finally asked was it marked ready yet. It was marked ready 15 minutes at this point but the order was still not ready. That makes me look like I am sitting around getting paid ( pay by time ) and I should have already picked it up. Doordash has a violation policy on lateness . If You are late to many times either picking it up or delivering it, you can be terminated. In other words, I could potentially lose my job because the employees at Pizza Hut are trying to make their time look better to corporate and don't know or care how it makes me look or if I get in trouble and lose my job! This has been going on for a long time and I have said something to management before and all they say is it makes their time look better. What they are saying to me is they do not care about me and my job as long as they look good. I wonder if they get a bonus for having quicker completion times? The district manager or corporate needs to step in and do something about this. Not only am I looking bad and maybe getting fired for being late but the customers are also getting their food late and potentially blaming me and giving us a bad review. Please corporate , do something about this! I have been doordashing for over a year and have over 5,000 deliveries. I work hard to make sure my customers get fast , friendly service that is delivered on time. What this store is doing is not right and from now on, I will write a review every time this happens to me. read more

El establecimiento esta en unbuen lugar el personal es excelente y el lugar esta limpio.

excellent service, I am a satisfied customer. will be returning. store is clean and employees are polite. pizza tastes good

Uber eats totally messed up order. Called store and very nice folks got me straightened out. TY

I'm pretty sure the two "hand tossed" pizzas I got were DiGiorno pizzas. Tasted nothing like Pizza Hut.

The online ordering system does not work. I placed an order, waited an hour and a half called to find out there was no order. I got an email confirmation telling me it would arrive in 40 minutes, called and found out they never got the order. I could tell by the way the staff handled it that this happens all the time. This was a huge pain in the ass inconvenience and disappointment. Do not order online Pizza Hut. It's a cruel joke. read more

We ordered $50 worth of food. 24 wings and a pizza. Left a $10 tip. Came with no Ranch. When I called they said we had to ask for it it's extra. Not happy with $60 worth of food. read more

Seriously. The reviews on the ridiculous wait times for delivery and poor central ordering system is spot on. The store will cancel an order in a heartbeat if they are unfamiliar with your delivery location. It doesn't matter if you are only 2.3 miles away. And to beat all, the store won't notify you when they cancel your order. When you attempt to track your order with the store, they'll deny having received the order. ..... Now, good luck getting that refund. Because I promise you'll get charged before you hang up from placing your order. read more

There have been some major improvements since my last review. Still have a few times of leaving a drink off the order but delivery is much smoother. I still very much enjoy the food and the last pizza I had was perfect. Keep up with the improvements read more

This is the worst delivery that we have ever gotten from them. I called 4 times to find out about our order and was hung up on twice. When I did get through I was told the food should be here within 13 minutes. 30 minutes later I called back and was told that it should have been delivered 15 minutes earlier and that the delivery person was running behind. We are going into the 2 hours waiting for this pizza, my company that was going to share our meal, go so hungry that they left. The manger on the last phone called said it should be here within 10 minutes.. It has been almost 15 minutes longer than that. Do not order from this Pizza Hut on a Friday night!!!!! read more

When I go to Pizza Hut I usually go to the one in Hillsborough, and they're pretty good. When I went to the one in Mebane last week they gave me a pizza and side that had obviously been there for hours. I got home and both items were dried up on the surface and unpalatable. In the future I'm avoiding the Mebane location. read more

The service here is awful. A few weeks ago, the manager on duty got an attitude because THEY were behind. Today, they didn't have my entire order and the staff was, yet again, rude because I pointed out they were missing items. I will never order from here again. read more

Poor service, filthy restaurant=dirty clothes & synthetic hair all over the floor & they are known to charge your card twice. The manager is rude, read more

Driver arrived quicker than expected but when I went to the door he gave me the total so I politely asked him to wait while I grabbed my wallet went back inside grabbed my wallet and let's exaggerate two minutes had passed when the driver decided to leave. He was talking off with my pizza! I stopped him and asked him to come back he looked irritated,I paid and then he left. Had I known how bad the pizza was I would've let the driver go. I had ordered the meat lovers with their garlic seasoning on the crust; the pizza was so undercooked that you could see the dough sticking together. Tried sticking it in the over to try an salvage it but nobody would eat considering the bad experience they had. Next time I'll order from Papa Johns. read more

We really enjoyed carryout from here until they stopped accepting online orders. After calling and ordering the same thing at $10 more we now go to Papa Johns who does online deals. read more

The food has never been a problem. But the delivery wait times are ridiculous. We live in a small town, wait times should absolutely not be more than an hour. I placed an order at 6:30 this evening and the order confirmation estimated that it'd be here at 8:10. If they're experiencing long wait times, that information should be made available before the order placement. If I had known delivery would take over an hour and a half, I would've found any other option. read more

I did a carry out order, got there to pick it up, and soon as I walked in I was blinded by a guy bent over with his pants hanging below his butt. 4 people were there in uniform, 3 were in a corner talking, while the one girl was doing all the work. The place looked an absolute mess, my pizzas looked old, the wings were not good, and everything was cold. I won't be going back. read more

If I could have given this place a minus review, I would have. Last night we waited an hour and half for our food. After an hour, I called the store and they told us that it would be another 10 minutes or so. Fifteen minutes later, I called again, and was rudely told that they were busy by a woman named Maria. She also told me that it would be there in a "little while". I told her that waiting an hour and a half for pizza was ridiculous and that if I was going to have an extremely long wait, shouldn't they contact me and make me aware of it??!! I asked her to speak to her manager. She told me that he would contact me later that night or tomorrow. When I asked her the name of the manager, she told me she didn't know his name! I said, "You don't know the name of your own manager?" Her reply was "no." Rude, disrespectful and apparently incompetent of good customer service. Never again. I am requesting a full refund through their corporate office. read more

We ordered a pizza last night. We ordered extra sauce. When we got home and started to eat the pizza we discovered that there was NO SAUCE on the pizza. This is the second time this has happened, and it will be the last as we will never order from there again. Hello Papa John's. read more

I placed an order on line at 4:30 pm for delivery. A few minutes later I get a email that said the order will be order will be delivered at 10:44 pm, then I get a phone call from an "Restricted Number" which I didn't answer. They left a message that said they don't have any one to deliver. I called to cancel the order and the guy said "let me see what is going on." he laughed and said it shows a 400 minute delivery time. Why do they call it Pizza Hut "DELIVERY"? Order was canceled. read more
