I placed an online order for carry out. I get to the location 20 minutes after placing my order and my order was not ready. I then wait another 10 minutes and i ask how much longer and the girl went to ask just yo find out they hadn't started so i asked to cancel my order and they print out this whole receipt to fill out im like just refund my card but they want to make sure where I live lol. The whole time the manager just walking around not even offering any help... Do better! read more

(Delivered) You get what you get in a small town. The flavors are there but the service and quality is questionable. My pizza is very dry, all over the place, and is barely warm. I assume when I ordered, they gave me an old pizza. Considering the cost of deliveries round out to $30-$40 for minimal order these days, this is a bit irritating. I was in a strange mood and crazing a pasta and the lady at the drive through handled my order so kindly and very well mannered.

The pizzas were made quickly and the drive through staff was very friendly. If you like Pizza Hut, then you'll probably enjoy this pizza. Pizza Hut has never been a favorite of mine, due to the overly sweet sauce and dry, bready crust. However, my mom requested it, and it was Mother's Day, so that's what we did. I must admit that my experience with this store was nearly flawless. I just don't prefer this pizza style or flavor. read more

This is good pizza. Marshall's has 7 pizza places we can think of at the moment....3 are really good and 3 are franchises in most towns and not good really Pizza Hut would be in middle....the best of the common franchises. Good pizza, sporadic buffet that can be good or lacking and new menu options in past few years that make it take that step above the other franchises. read more

I attempted to order pizza a couple of weeks ago. delivery. driver goes past my place at 40mph. calls me 10 later and says he can';t find my place . he left message I callthe store and am told he couldn't find and that i would have to reorder. We stopped in on Friday night about 7:30. It wasn't busy but a few minutes after we were seated, a group came in & were seated at a table that had been set up prior to them filing in. Their pizzas began arriving within about 10 minutes & I assumed they must have called ahead with their order. We waited & waited for our pizza but none came. The group ate their pizza & were sitting around visiting. We stopped our server & asked about our order. She looked kind of sheepish & said she gave it to the big group. I had a feeling that's what happened because someone made a remark about the pineapple on pizza, but it didn't stop them from eating it! Anyway, the server profusely apologized, promising to get ours made asap & it would be comped (after we asked). Another server came by & verified our order, but it wasn't the crust we wanted. I said don't worry about it, we will eat whatever is prepared as we had already been there over an hour. So after all that, we were finally served.It was really good. We gave the 2nd server a very large tip thinking she would split it with the original server, but I don't think she did. She snatched it up, stuffed it into her pocket & never said a word. Meanwhile our original server's shift must have been over because she left. The second server tried to charge us for the pizza but we reminded her it was comped (hence the big tip even tho she was the one that gave our pizza to the big table). Staff here is great, and pizza is good. But ordering online is hit and miss. Email from order was time stamped 6:10, with a "10-20 minute" ready window. I pulled up at 6:29, paid and was told a couple more minutes to go and was asked to pull forward. Still waiting at 6:46. Finally went inside and the girl at the to-go counter was in a corner drinking a soda (everyone needs a break), and my pizza was sitting on the rack. So maybe rethinking the "staff is great" comment. read more

Staff is bit loud with each other, food is okay. Nothing spectacular, just a pizza joint. Walked in about 2 minutes past 1:30 and was told by a staffer we couldn't get the buffet, then the manager said we could. The manager is always pleasant and helpful; I wish the staff would learn from him. read more

Staff is horrible; at one point it seemed as if all employees were on meth or some other illegal substance, now they just seem to have a hard time understanding anything that isn't 1 pizza/1 topping. I live here in Marshall, and have generally always had a good experience with this local business. Currently I use them more to deliver pizza, but the pizza is always good and on time. One improvement is that they, fortunately, no longer immediately put you on hold, no matter when when you call them up, to make an order. That was one practice they had for a long time that did annoy me, but they haven't done that lately, and I appreciate that. read more

The online system was confusing. If you add to your order you lose something. When I got my order (30 minutes after they sent me a text saying it was on the way, I called the manager for help and was told they would sell me another 6.99 pizza even though I was charged 11.99 for the first one. When I told her the meat on the pizza was spoiled she thanked me for my order and hung up the phone. This is the worse service I've ever had. read more
