I ordered last night and they did not put my complete order in the bag. I was missing $8 worth of food!! That's essentially a robbery because I end up paying for a product I don't even receive! I just ordered tonight as well thinking I would get a better experience. I was WRONG. I ordered 6 items. Every single item they put in the bag was WRONG. The receipt was correct and had everything I ordered on it but the food in the bag was not at all what was on the receipt. Whoever the manager is, I would definitely reconsider the night crew you have working in your store 11/17 and 11/18. To the day manager, I also went last week and received no service inside. There were 5 employees sitting in the lobby at a table talking to each other. There was 1 person in the kitchen at 5pm which is crazy. The work ethic from these employees is pathetic. This TB has always gotten our order correct. Yesterday around Noon, Kaylaneesha (phonetically) got the large and complex order down without an issue. She handled business quickly and courteously. There seemed to be a lot going on but she managed to keep up. Kaylaneesha is just one reason to visit this TB. We have a long drive and it is important to have our order correct. I check every time and they have been correct every time in the lat 3 years. read more

We stopped by here on our way to Jefferson. One of the best Taco Bells we've ever been to. Staff was nice and accurate. We ate in the dining room. Was clean, good location. We know our Taco Bells lol. We eat it way more than we should have been to many of them all over the United States. This one is at the top of our list. Over the years, this place has changed a lot and the food too. No need to cover the food because we have all had it and it is the same stuff here. We do like how they invent new things regularly like these sinful Captain Crunch Balls. The atmosphere here is good for fast food places. We are not gonna give it points for that or nothing but it is still good. Price is always an easy one here. One person has to eat a lot of food to get over $15. Ugh!!!! Only stupid diet pepsi products here. -1! The service is typical. They do have exceptional people sometimes though. The older friendly Caucasian lady who works the front counter sometimes is second to none and the drive through sometimes has an always smiling and friendly young black lady. Taco Bell was tradition when the family was heading out for a night on the town. Grab a snack and go. Tonight decided going inside would be faster then the drive-thru. After customers were getting food who ordered 3 and 5 minutes after me I asked where is my order? Oh we lost it was he answer. I had a simple order the 5 dollar nacho fry box. This is your typical Taco Bell. Fast service. Clean facilities. 9/10 they get my order right. That's understandable considering I have a lot of modifications due to dietary restrictions. But the food is tasty and they are always quick to remake if they made something incorrectly. read more
