The best pizza and friendliest staff we have had in a long time. We will definitely be back when traveling through Lamar.

Over charge you by HUNDREDS of dollars and make you feel like it is not their problem! I am beyond frustrated with this Pizza Hut. I ordered once on the app and it charged me for my order 6 different times. I called the restaurant and was polite just letting them know I was charged 6 different times. After being passed around and finally getting handed to a manager, I pretty much got told, "Don't know what to tell ya." No apology, nothing! I have worked in customer service since I was 16 and I get it, things happen. I am not one to bash on a business especially when it comes to technological problems. Technology sucks. But maybe an apology would have been nice or an explanation at least. I just pushed it off and let it go after calling my bank when they said it is strange but looks like just some kind pre-authorization. After 4 days, my money was back in my account. Okay, fine. Must of been a glitch or something. Fast forward to this Sunday and we order again on the app. They charged my card 11 different times! What was to be $60 pizza order turned into $660! I am beyond mad because all I am getting is, "Call your bank." I have checks out that may bounce because this Pizza Hut is poorly managed and can't get their crap together. This is absolutely ridiculous!! And to not be given any kind of guidance or assistance other than feeling a like a burden for asking why they are holding my money!! Needless to say, I will never use this Pizza Hut again. The owners should really look at their management or look at training their staff better. read more

The shift manager (Andrew) was awesome. He apologized for the timing and explained they only had 3 people working. That's insane. We understood the timing at that point. Amanda came out and made sure we were well taken care of. No dining service is due to a recent walkout. This crew is doing the best they can with their limited staff and resources. The food was good as expected from pizza hut and you can tell they are concerned for their customers. Maybe once they are staffed and open up for dining instead of just a place to sit amd eat after ordering (like mcdonalds) it would be an amazing experience. Every Pizza Hut is different wether it's a big city or a small town. This Pizza Hut clearly takes pride in their service and quality. We've ordered pizza and wings from here to be delivered to our hotel while staying and working in town and each time they do an incredible job. Pizza is hot fresh and made exactly the way we ordered it. Wings have plenty of sauce. Stopped here for dinner. Appears to be a sit down restaurant. WRONG. Sat down at a table and waited. No one came. Went up to the cashier and was handed a menu. She said orders were placed there not at table. She took my order and my name. The only drinks they have are bottled and the choices are sparse. When order was done she called my name and proceeded to carry my pizza to someone else in the restaurant. I went up to the window and said she called my name. She just gave me a blank stare, then realized what she had done and went to the other person, who had opened the box, and took it back and delivered it to me. We sat down at a table again and then had to ask for napkins. Oh by the way she wanted to charge extra for parmesan. That was the last straw. Obviously this is just an order and takeout Pizza Hut. They should say so up front and eliminate the dining area. read more

The Lamar Pizza Hut was recently renovated and has downgraded its service to take out and pick up only. This Pizza Hut is no longer a full-service restaurant but essentially a Pizza Hut Express with a dining room attached. It is still possible to eat in the dining room, but there is no serving staff. You have to order your food at the counter and may eat it at a table. read more

I decided that ordering online was too much for me. So I called and was lucky enough to get Cris, who was over the top helpful. He guided me to a better cheaper solution than what I would have ordered otherwise and was very, very helpful. I picked-up the pizza and headed back to the hotel. It was hot and tasted fantastic! If your thinking about eating in at pizza hut you better think again, this is the second time I came hear to eat in and it took so long to get our pizza that we got it to go. We waited for 40 minutes before we actually got our pizza. Do not stop there the glass door is smashed and the store is temp. Hot. The boy's restroom is broken. The service was awful the young man seemed to say no to all my request and final someone else walked up and told me what I wanted was available. I left it looked like a bomb had went off in tje kitchen. Pizza hut corporation really needs to go in there and clean house. read more

Very poor customer service. They were rude when they answered the phone and so was the manager. Lunch rush or not you should be customer oriented and not rude. Very very poor experience and regional management should do a review to make sure this location is operating properly and ensure customers aren't being treated rudely. read more

One person working the dining area. Their GM walked out two hours prior. Short staffed, long wait, and they ended up closing at six and turning everyone away. Kudos to the works who busted their butt in the chaos. read more

worst pizza of my life, its damn near inedible, we got a stuff crust pizza and half of its hard as a rock, i order cheese sticks and they are burnt to shit and i even ordered extra sauce and they made me pay for it and didn't even give me my fucking sauce like wtf is this shit. worst pizza of my life i wouldn't recommend it to my worst enemy. read more

Horrible! Went in at 9:10 p.m. I was the only person in the place. They waiter bussed all the tables around me and totally ignored me. After 20 minutes I finally got up and went to the counter and asked for a menu. She refused and told me they stopped serving food an hour before closing time! What A Joke! Tonight I am in Lamar CO. I ordered a pizza from Pizza Hut, after 40 min I called and asked for the status and they said it was just about to leave. I asked them to give me half off beacuse it is so late or cancel the order. They said they can't give me the discount so I told them to cancel the order. 20 min later a driver show up at my door with pizza. I felt I was pressured into paying for a pizza that was cold, and more than an hour late, and I didn't want. read more
