I guess he'd been waiting 30 minutes, for the fresh meatballs to make their appearance! Either way...the sub was drool worthy! And the service was top notch! The only tweak would be to plan ahead on the meatballs. Although, they did close in 30 minutes so I could totally see why she didn't throw a new pan in the oven until necessary. The delivery driver was definitely hearing it from the people who placed the order though! They wanted a discount. Personally, I'd rather have hot, fresh, delicious, and awesome looking food than a couple dollars discount...any day!!

I ordered once on the app and it charged me for my order 6 different times. I called the restaurant and was polite just letting them know I was charged 6 different times. After being passed around and finally getting handed to a manager, I pretty much got told, "Don't know what to tell ya." No apology, nothing! I have worked in customer service since I was 16 and I get it, things happen. I am not one to bash on a business especially when it comes to technological problems. Technology sucks.
