WORST pizza i've ever had. Ordered large Veggie Lovers pizza & it was dry, tasteless; the crust was thin & dry (I ordered hand tossed), little marinara sauce sparsely spread, overwhelming amt black olives, lots of green bell peppers & tiny sausage balls good. The mushrooms paper thin & sparsely spread on one side. On top of that, my $12.99 pizza was $20.99 (they add $7 delivery fee) & then ask for driver tip! I refused but did personally tip the driver because they need whatever they can make, but NEVER AGAIN will I order from Pizza Hut. Frozen pizzas, here I come again! Just thought a nice hot veggie pizza would be a good choice. read more

We came in around 6:00 Sunday night and we were the ONLY table in the place. Our server took our order and we waited, and waited, and WAITED while watching about 6 Togo orders being done. I finally went up after almost 40 minutes and asked if our food was almost done and the guy at the front was like oh ya as she was cutting up the breadsticks for my son's pasta. My husband and my pizza came out and then nothing....they forgot his pasta. After waiting awhile more all the while hearing the guy at the front ask if the pasta was even made, I went up and said to put it in a box as my son was not feeling well and we just wanted to leave. The guy at the front came up with the check and said he went ahead and took 10% off. I was shocked. Like seriously 10% off??? I asked if she just forgot our order and his reply was that they got slammed with Togo orders and they are training a new person in the kitchen....no sorry no nothing. Driving through Southern Colorado from Oklahoma and ended up in LaJunta. We got gas at Loves and decided pizza for lunch. The husband and I split a large, thin crust, supreme. It was hot and delicious. Our server Valeria was really sweet and friendly. Would come back! read more

Come on Pizza Hut, this is Colorado, people expect green chile to be an available topping. Was told corporate made them drop green chile as a topping choice because it "wasn't Pizza Hut corporate standard". I would give 4 stars if you're comparing apples to apples (pizza huts to pizza huts) but if you compare it to other pizza joints, it's more of a 2. Let's face it, the all you can eat is cool if you're feeding hungry teens, but the salad bar portion was lack luster - Some romain salad (from a bag) thrown in a bin plus a few potentially healthy things to add. Definitely not for the health conscious, even if you just choose the salad bar. The staff is always super nice and attentive. read more

If I could give Zero stars. I would. Don't believe the local reviewers. Second time ordering from this place. First time delivery; pizza toppings were supposed to be on HALF the pizza not HALF AND THEN TWO WHOLE SLICES... and the driver didn't even offer peppers or cheese wasn't even an option. Second time; contactless carry out, but get this... I waited outside to receive my order... first person came to the window, went back inside after asking for the name... five minutes later another person came to my window asking if I was someone else to which I said no, but again gave them my name so they could retrieve my pizza. meanwhile other cars were getting their orders just fine... they came back out after ANOTHER five minutes and handed me some generic pizza I did NOT order. After all that time they could've just admitted to the error instead of trying to pull a fast one on me and giving me the ENTIRELY WRONG pizza... It's a pretty good restaurant, the service is great the servers are friendly and your food is ready when you call in as well.

The people of this town are so friendly that anywhere you go, you find kind hard working people. We were treated very nicely and service was great. Unlike other big city pizza huts, this one has a tiny salad bar. Drinks are not all you can drink, because the machines are not outside for the public to handle. Most people go on Yelp to complain... I have a restaurant in Denver so I know...well not me! There are a lot of hard working restaurant employees out there that people don't take the time to acknowledge. Now is that time: We were in town for a baseball playoff game and originally were going to dine in with about 20 people. The first manager I spoke to in the afternoon (I'm so sorry... I forgot your name!) was SO helpful. Helping me figure out how many pizzas I needed for my hungry players. Once in town we decided to pick up pizzas instead and I called and spoke to Felicia and it was no problem at all. We even ordered 4 extra pizzas than I originally ordered and they we all (14 pizzas!) ready when we got there. HOT AND FRESH!! Excellent customer service skills by the cashier also! Such a fantastic experience! Great job everyone at Pizza Hut!! Hopefully we will be back next year for playoffs again and we will FOR SURE get our pizza from you!! I was told by the pizza cook not to order mushrooms because grasshoppers get into them. They do have a good salad bar.

Normally a decent place to stop in and grab a bite then order a pie to take home, when I got there the salad bar was not fresh most of those carrot slivers I would not feed to an animal I did Not like. So I placed a pick up pizza order from the calmness of my car, I walked in within a few minutes of when they said it would be ready the checkout person took almost ten minutes to find it on top of that it wasn't even in the warmer so I think it's going to quite some time before I go back here. On a side note the floors were filthy and they had more dirty tables still with dishes on them than clean ones!!!! GIVE THIS PLACE SOME TIME TO HIRE STAFF AND TRAIN THEM PROPERLY BEFORE YOU GO HERE!!!! read more

Had lunch yesterday. The pizza buffet was stocked ad a good selection of pizza and pasta. Service was good.

I am very disappointed with the management about deliveries. I was told by the delivery guy that if I didn't order more than one pizza they couldn't deliver, it's 5.3 miles away. That is a 12 min drive and I order a $17 pizza. After I was told about this I have decided to not purchase another pizza, not delivery, not take out, not dining in.... No more pizza hut for me considering they told me they no longer want my business... Little Caesers offers better toppings anyways, like green chile, and they even deliver to another town that is 7 miles away. For shame Pizza Hut of La Junta, you have lost a great local customer just because you are biased about profits... If you offer delivery at all, you better accept any order within range... read more

I was harassed at this pizza hut last night by the manager she said because we paid with our credit card online we needed the card used and the ID which is fine. Then she started lecturing me and my husband loudly on how she was trying to stop credit card fraud she would not allow us to pick up our pizza without the card and ID. She said it over and over putting on a show in front of all employees and customers and I said fine I'll just pay for it I have a card. She said ok I'll void your online payment which she did. Then she had the nerve to not even check my card or ID! This is not ending here I will speak to her Boss today. This is the worst experience I have ever had at any pizza place in my life! read more

Ordered take out and was early picking it up. Outstanding customer service. Especially since it was dinner rush on a Friday night. Was offered a drink for having to wait and was not even their fault. Staff checked to ensure I was being helped more than once. Very impressed. Knew exactly there were two orders placed. Free wifi. Offered to give plates cheese, and chili.
