I ordered a medium veggie pizza with extra marinara. There was a $2 charge for the extra sauce. No problem. I paid happily. Not only did it NOT have extra sauce, it barely had any sauce at all. Alicia, the manager, said she could see sauce so it was good enough. I either kept that one or she would refund my money and send me on my way. I took the refund. Food was ok. A frozen pizza probably would have been just as good. Apparently, the Krum Pizza Hut manager has told the staff to charge for crushed red pepper. This seems very cheap and uncommon for the industry. I would go anywhere else if you can. read more

There is no way to leave negative stars so one will have to do. The only reason this horrible place exists is because they are in a small town with little other options. Their RGM, Chad, is terrible and has the customer service skills of a someone who hates their station in life. He is also a liar who like to blame the customer for his mistake. He also became real tough in an e-mail which was difficult to read to the myriad amount grammatical errors and lack of understanding how time works. When confronted over the phone, suddenly his tone changed and still held to his lie. Sadly, there is no recourse beyond letting people know to never go to this joke of a business. read more

This has to be the worst pizza place in the world. After waiting for 1 hour and 45 minutes. I called to see where my order was. That's where the excuses started. No delivery drivers people didn't show up for work. They were busy because the cowboys were playing. Finally I talked to a "Manager " he started in on the same excuses. Turns out my pizza wasn't even made yet so I was still third in line. I guess that's good my pizza want sitting in an warming oven for an hour. Take out only...still.. The pizza quality has vastly improved since management getting back to me. I do repeat my business here again when I feel like driving to pick up a pizza..well kind of. I really could've done without the previous bad pizza experiences here but I'm very appreciative of things improving quality wise. If they'd stop the ignorance of not delivering ten minutes down the road I'd get my pizza here specifically but honestly the fact I have to inconvenience myself with driving usually gets me to go ahead and go to town to multiple other pizza places that are plain better pizza. A horrible experience from beginning to end - called my local Pizza a Hut only to get a customer service agent in some foreign country. This person couldn't understand me nor I him, so I called back and placed an order with a young lady who was a little easier to understand (still was a communication gap) - my order had the wrong name on it so more confusion when my wife picked up the order. When she showed me the receipt it showed $37.40 even though I had been quoted $24.70. Called and was able to get through to the local store. I spoke to Jeff who analogied and explained that the promo code must have somehow cancelled out. He offered a $20 credit. When we did not see the credit I called the store again and spoke to Chad who said the credit was for future food. I explained that we expected a credit back to the card and he said he did not have to do anything because my wife had signed the receipt. He also went on to tell me how they do not honor prices offered by the CSR agents when you order through them. He kept referring to it as "ordering online" and could not understand that that I had called in the order. I asked for his boss' contact info and he gave me his phone number letting me know he was the RDM which I take to mean "Real Dumb Mgr". I will be reaching out to corporate to find out who owns the Krum franchise. They need to know what kind of "management" is running their operation. I know we will never eat there again. To top it all off - the pizza was lousy. The Canadian bacon was not the usual round ham sliced into quarters but instead was some mysterious shredded pork substance that we could not identify and the sauce was not the usual Pizza Hu sauce. This was the last time I will bother ordering pizza from this place. We ordered our pizzas an hour and a half ago. It was just delivered about 5 min ago. And barely warm, almost cold. Disgusting. I called to check on it, and the driver finally pulled up. No one apologized or offered to make it right. What a waste of money. DO NOT USE THIS PIZZA PLACE. They Delivered the wrong pizza. We tried to call delivery driver with no answer. My husband is allergic to onions and can't eat any of it. Another tribute to the concept that customer service is dead, and corporations will not pay the salaries to get competent managers. I went online to order a pizza hut delivery. I am slightly outside the delivery area so we have to call the store, and pay a delivery fee, to get delivery. I am actually okay with that since we live in a rural area and the delivery drivers are the ones who get screwed. I actually add an over sized tip at the end. For the second time I called to order, and the manager decided the deals on the pizza hut website apparently did not apply to Krum. What would have been a $10 order on the website was now $25. I encourage everyone to stand up to poor customer service. Decline the order as I did, file a complaint with corporate, and post on Yelp. L read more

*update*. Tried again. Ordered 3 larges. My all pepperoni lovers ended up as a pepperoni and sausage. Had people over didnt have time to return. Same manager there. Register so dirty guy couldnt get keys to work. They seem under staffed and overworked and no one cleans. The place is dirty. Those of you having delivered while waiting on mine for 20 minutes I watched pizzas to go out sit in black bags that entire time waiting for someone to deliver. I think im done with this location.****** Poor service. Ordered online and pizza was fine. When i arrived one lady on chair eating pizza another employee eating pizza. Ordered a large supreme pizza and an order of breadsticks on Saturday evening around 4:30 and was given a wait time of 30 minutes. Seems like it did not take 30 minutes for the order to arrive. It was hot and we thought it was really good. Breadsticks were good, too. Definitely better than what we used to get at the Sherman location. read more
