what a disappointing experience. when I finally got the pizza, it was good. However, the management was awful! I called for a pickup order and ordered two very basic pizzas for an 8 year olds Birthday Party. I arrived three minutes early for my scheduled pick up time. After waiting for ten minutes I was told to pull ahead and wait another five minute. after 15 minutes I reversed my car back to the drive through window. (there was no line at this time) I asked the young man who looked like he was 19 what was going on? finally the truth comes out. An employee accidentally sent one of my pizzas with a different customer and had to "remake" one of my pizzas. I get it, accidents happen. but why lie to me??? just say "we screwed up and now you have to wait for us to make another pizza". Instead I was told to pull up and wait five minutes when truth be told it was never going to be ready in five minute. once I got to the the bottom of what was going on with the young man at the window I asked to speak to the manager. The young man left came back a minute later and asked "What do I want"? he was speaking for his manager. I told him I don't understand the question and wanted to talk to his manager who he referred to as "her". he left again and came back a minute later by himself and said " I will get a free dessert next time" but his manager was refusing to come to the window and talk to me. Instead she was hiding behind this 19 kid telling him what to say. I thought this young man handled the situation ok but was clearly needing some help was getting nothing from his manager. I have never heard of a manager that was to incompetent or weak to come talk to a customer about their experience at Pizza Hut. This was a very disappointing experience and Pizza Hut should be ashamed to allow such poor leadership! read more

I can't believe we found an actual Pizza Hut restaurant - like the kind you can dine in at! In the area where I live there aren't any pizza huts anymore. The one nearby is a few towns over and is carry out only. This Pizza Hut is great! The staff was friendly and attentive, the food was fantastic, just like the pizza huts of my youth! I'd recommend this place to anyone looking for great pizza and bread! We'll be back next time we're in town. read more

Even in the middle of Snowpocolyps, or IceAgeddon or Winter Vortex #2, or whatever the newsman is calling it! Those little Pizza Hut bags are a Scientific God Send! Traditional wings came in packs of 5 for $4.00, so that's wasn't too bad. They were fresh and delicious! The sauces were great. The pizza was okay. Meat Lovers! ABSOLUTE WORST EXPERIENCE!!!! Ordered wings and pasta, shortly after tried to call back and add on a small pizza. Tried to contact this business for 25 minutes with no answer. Arrived to pick up prior order and waited at the window for 5 minutes before seeing anyone. Finally when the "manager" came to the window all he said is that they were busy, with no apology. We ordered 25 wings and asked for side of ranch. The manager stated that each ranch cost .59. Nothing is included as a side of "dipping" sauce. Manager was very unprofessional!!! We will NOT order from this establishment ever again!! read more

Not a bad choice if you're looking for a quick take out that is not the usual burgers and fries. Im a fan of the boneless wings, but buyer beware as they have forgotten my blue cheese dressing 3 times now. I guess I'm over this place. I really like my blue cheese. First off, I must say it's ridiculous that we ended up here at all....why does everything in Jackson except bars and sports bars shut down at 11, even on Friday/Saturday nights? It was Friday night, and all the dining rooms for our usual pre-movie fast food runs were closed, so we ended up here. But even this place may as well have been closed. The outside lights were off, so we weren't even sure they were open. After being seated, we saw we were the only ones seated in the entire place. Our waitress alternated between checking on us & stacking chairs on tables, lest anyone else be tempted to come dine in and ruin her Friday night plans. As far as the service, can't complain too much: it's as if we were the only people in the place!.....cuz we were, remember? Anyway, the food came pretty fast. We ordered the pepperoni lovers deep dish and ten garlic parmesan wings. The pizza was good, if not a little greasy. But the wings are always awesome! I had just read an article about calorie-bomb appetizers, and Pizza Hut's garlic-Parmesan wings were on top of the list, but an occasional indulgence never killed anyone, right? Am I right, folks? No? Alright, if you're dieting, stay away from these wings, because they are God-awfully delicious! Like I say, this was, sadly, our best bet for a sit-down meal late on a Friday evening (just after 11 PM). Would I recommend them to a friend? Sure, overall, it wasn't a bad experience. Would I recommend them over a LOT of other places? No! This place is likely tops for sports fans who really dig their wings and would also like a decently-priced pizza as icing on the cake. I wasn't impressed with the wings. They were too dry, and service was extremely slow. The wood floors and stainless steel fixtures dont absorb any of the sound, so it is extremely noisy inside. A place that proclaims their wings in the title "wing street" should have at least decent wings, but these were bad, at best. I recommend going to Buffalo Barbecue Wings on Wisner instead. read more

Food was what you expect from the chain, and the service was very attentive. The 3-stars mostly reflects the food quality; it's par, no more, no less. If you want to take your family, it's a solid atmosphere. The lunch special is an excellent value for the money, and dinner isn't terrible pricing by any means. Typically it's not too bad. However, I would not recommend going on a lunch break. You're guaranteed at least at hour and 15 minutes start to finish. Tried eating there today, sat for over 20 minutes, was passed by multiple servers but no one could figure out who was responsible for us. Ended up leaving without even being greeted by a server. Who knew Pizza Hut could pull off going upscale? I was very surprised when I went here the other day. This isnt your plain old greasy pizza hut full of T-ball teams & pitchers of pop. Not only was there a ton of wood flooring and stainless steel, but they serve alcohol....and pizza...and wings..and a full menu of italian food. Crazy, man. I had a lunch specal with a personal pizza and some boneless wings. As I am a buffalo wing nut, I wont proclaim the wings to be anything amazing but they werent bad. The pizza was great. Usually everything is good. This time...totally NOT impressed with the new BLT salad for almost $8. Its about half the size it should be ( it was no bigger than the side salad) and i counted 6 little peices of bacon and tomatoes look old...trust me I worked in several restaraunts...this salad wouldn't have made it out the door. read more
