Making gluten free crust is an art and Jet's Pizza has it all figured out! Even having leftovers was a surprise, the crust was still really good. I am dairy free also. Absolutely not!! Ordered pizza at 6:08pm. Called at 7:15pm and told on way. It was raining and light thunder is causing delays. 7:40 pm still no pizza. Called and spoke to "manager" Mel that had to put me on hold for a time to locate pizza. Then told me since im only 3 miles away I was aware we had tornado warning which is a lie. Im 51 years old had no news channel or smart phone warning. Then told it's out of there hands now since it's been handed over to doorsash. Its now presently 7:55 pm and no pizza. I only put 1 star because I can't put zero. Jets in Jackson is poorly ran by a manager that only makes excuses and no results. When our pizza was over an hour and a half late he refused to take ownership and make excuses. Eventually he became rude on the phone and we cancelled the order. Never ordering from Jets again. I called they offered to replace it but it would take more than an hour so I said no we waited long enough, come get this one and refund me. The manager said to keep it and he would refund it. I waited two days and no refund. I called back and same manager said he would take care of it and still no refund. Shoutout to the guys working the night of 3/6/24. Apparently everyone wanted pizza on a Wednesday this week and they were slammed. There were a few of us waiting patiently for our orders to be ready when an older man and older woman came in separately. The guy told them he'd be with them in a moment and the lady yelled after him "I'm just picking up my order!" Like.. that's not what the rest of us are doing? And the man just stood there complaining waiting for someone to join him.. You guys were rocking it and it was by far the best pizza we've gotten in all our times ordering. I really liked Jets Pizza. There were so many varieties to choose from. The menu was somewhat unique, and the prices are reasonable.. Most of the time we had delivery, until the seat belt in the car got a little tight, then we had to limit how much Pizza in general we consumed. The pizza is really good, that is, if you can actually get a hold of them. They never answer their phone. If you do happen to get a hold of them and actually go in to pick up your pizza, they will all just look at you and continue to do what they were doing (which is absolutely nothing). Ultimately the customer service sucks. The owner should be absolutely ashamed of how this business is being run. Horrible. Run away from this place. Tried to order online said online orders cant be placed. But then I call and it tells me I can order online. I waited on hold for 29:57 seconds for someone to pick up. Finally just go down there and a girl says to call again and she will go back in and pick up the phone. She didn't. Had to get permission from a manager to take my order. Then I'm told I have to wait another 40 minutes for the food. A guy comes out doesn't even ask my name and just starts sliding the pizza in through my window. I tell him that's not mine. He then asks my name six separate times and then gives my order to someone else, so I have to wait even longer. I finally get my order of bread with bacon that I paid extra for and there is hardly any bacon and the pizza has a huge hard spot that cant even be eatin. And it is a pricey pizza place. So the pizza isnt bad, but... Called and ordered a Jet 10, took 3 toppings off, Ham, Hamburger, and Sausage...added 1 topping and they are like we have to charge you 1.50 for a topping. So I take 3 toppings off, put another on, and Jetts should be taking 3.00 off pizza (I didnt ask for that, its unreasonable) but why charge me extra? 2 weeks ago we ordered 2 pizzas and spinach bread and it came to 55.00!!!! I love this pizza! There. I said it. Yup, even though I have lived in NYC and California, my favorite pizza is from Jets. Some may find that lame, but screw em! This is a carb lovers dream! The eight sided pizza is the BEST! All of that crispy crust and toppings upon toppings to stuff in to you face. So good! And who could deny the deliciousness of that Jet's bread. I like the pizza but the order was messed up. On mother's day, ordered a BLT pizza online around noon and they made it without the bacon because they said they ran out. Will never go to this location again after my wife's experience today. Ordered a pizza at 2:26pm she went there to pick up at the ready time of 2:46pm. They tell her it will be a 7 minutes until its completed. Not a big deal. In the meantime they give the order away to someone else. 20 minutes later she checks again and finds out this information. My wife asks for a discount on the pizza and the staff is very rude to her and tell her it's not there problem. They had multiple orders with the same first name. I ordered under an account with my first and last name. She receives the GM's number (Jon). I called Jon and he was no help said he wasn't at the store so can't help me. Jets pizza=YES!!! THIS location=NO!!! What a nightmare. I call ahead. How long in advance do I need to order to get my pizza at 8:15 (to get the pizza and then get back home to settle in for the Michigan State Final Four game)? I ordered an hour ahead of time. We get to town early so we head over to the Parlour and get a cone. (Good stuff!) Then on to JETS. I pay. I tip the guy. He sets if off to the side. Then comes back for it. Slips it in his pocket. Never checked my order. He's the delivery guy ironically with an OBEY sign on his shirt. I wait, I wait...people come and go. I'm the last standing. Finally a rush of activity. Two pans come down hastily. The ungloved sausage hand pats down the down the dough, my ordered toppings are added. I ask "Is that mine?" Um...yeah...your JUST came up...Um. Ordered a buffalo chicken salad (small) with DOUBLE chicken. I received 3 pieces of chicken. Figuring this was an error I took it in and John explained that it goes by ounces not by a number. So I was only getting 3 peices of chicken for a double order of chicken. This salad was $10.68 for 3 peices of chicken. I asked if I were to order a normal order of chicken on the salad if they would only give me 1 piece of chicken if the ounces matched what they were supposed to give. He said yes, I would only get ONE peice of chicken in a buffalo chicken salad. Still frustrated, I was just going to order some wings to be able to have some on my salad since I was only getting 3 peices. I asked if I could place an order for some buffalo chicken wings and asked how many I could get, he said there was NO way to guess on how many I would get from a 10 ounce order. (My boyfriend and I had both gotten the salad with a low amount of chicken so we would be splitting that wing order) I was not going to order their only size wing order if I would only get another 3 wings.
