Culvers 3471 O'Neill Dr, Jackson, MI 49202. Yesterday, July 5th I ordered food to be delivered by Doordash. The Dasher, Cameron did a wonderful job contacting me and delivering our food in a timely manner. Now on to the food. Husband's triple burger was good. Fries could have been cooked longer. They were almost raw. I ordered fish and chips. 3 pieces with fries. Same issue with the fries. The fish was meaty and thoroughly cooked. BUT the fish did NOT resemble the fish 'n chips advertised!! It was a very greasy bread like coating. It barely covered the fish and had NO taste at all it crumbled every time I touched it. I expected to get what was advertised. This was NOT battered fish. The bits of lemon were pathetic. Tiny little triangles. Only 2 of them. Y'all, this place slaps. There is so much parking and so much seating available. Not only that, the service was so good and the food was, dare I say, fresh?? The fries were PIPING. I don't eat a lot of fast food because it usually disappoints, but this place? Amazing. The portions were huge. The salad looked like the advertisement and the custard? Omg. I enjoys,the fish dinners (Cod, Walleye) and infinite soda refills. The yogurt desserts are to die for. Satisfies my sweet tooth cravings.

Your typical Culver's - everything was super tasty. I usually get a mushroom Swiss burger combo but today I tried their grilled chicken sandwich. The bun was especially good and so was the chicken, but the mushroom Swiss burger is better. I always get the pretzel nuggets as a side and my boyfriend gets the cheese curds and we split them. I crave their cheese curds all the time... they're delicious. I also always get their house made root beer. Bathrooms were clean too and service was friendly. read more

The walleye at Culver's is the best, and I am a walleye fisherman. I just don't catch enough for what I want. Their beef pot roast sandwich is pretty good too. I think they have the best fast food. The Jackson location seems to be a step above the other locations I have eaten at and they are always busy. read more

We stopped here on a roadtrip. It was nice to see they had plenty of employees as the Culver's near me has a big labor shortage. They took our order right away with no waiting. The rest of my family loves the burgers, me bot so much so I always get a salad. My bacon cranberry salad with grilled chicken was great! The chicken was still hot and there was no shortage of other ingredients. The others in my group liked their burgers and we didn't wait long for them. Had a very disappointing visit tonight just before close, 9:40pm. Drove out of my way to elegy food here bc typically quality is far better than most competitors. However-Both meals made wrong (after repeating clearly and repeatedly into speaker). Requested ketchup and salt. None given. No straws with drinks. Called to speak to restaurant, notify of errors. We were already back on highway and too far away to turn around. Asked for supervisor, told I was speaking to one. He goes on to say he took our order (I appreciate the honesty). Mid conversation asked me to hold momentarily. I agree. He never comes back on line. I sat on hold for 8 mins and call was disconnected. Have benefit of doubt, called back. No one answers. Now I a fuming mad!!!! Apparently the Battle Creek Culver's is far superior to other locations. This is the third Culver's I have had a bad experience with in the last 2 months when visiting other locations. Prior to this, one issue ever in years of visiting BC. This location is great , although they had 3 trainees the day we stopped in the drive thru was packed but moved very fast their number system they have in place and the 2 line system was run smooth....food was fine just right and service Was accurate what they did mess up manager came out and was very apologetic, I'd recommend stopping here again read more

The fresh sauces were amazing, and the food was excellent. The grilled chicken sandwich with their boom sauce is excellent. The support was excellent! I admired their upbeat attitude and spirit of generosity. The atmosphere is usually positive! I adore everything, including the smiles. The fries weren't very fresh, which was sad because I was yearning some warm, fresh fries. That was the one drawback. I wholeheartedly recommend this location! Very excellent! 6 pm on Aug.5 2020, after ordering I moved to the waiting are. Three times they tried to deliver an incorrect order over a 45 minute time period. Even though the last order was incorrect, due to time restrains I accepted it and departed, barely making my appointment. Food was not as good as I've had at other Culver's locations. Damn good Chicken Tenders damn good Mushroom Swiss burger Burger cheese curds are amazing

We were visiting our Nanny's house and decided to stop at Culver's for lunch. I don't have much to say about the staff, but the food was f***ing rancid. I was so excited to dig into my onion rings and garden fresco salad. I began feasting and noticed the gargantuan amount of salt they put in each and every bite. My root beer float was extremely salty and I could even see salt particles in my salad. Upon trying the union rings, they were so salty I had to spit them out. My daughter ordered the same exact thing as me and got an earth-rupturing stomach ache for two days. She even asked to be put down because the pain was too intolerable. She went through days of constipation until the dam finally broke this morning. As she exclaimed the news, all of our family members gathered in a circle and began chanting the good-luck prayer of Nashua. Before that, my niece had to show my daughter how to clear out her bowels. She demonstrated that you needed to put your feet up on the edge of the bathtub in order to position the intestines correctly. Not to mention, my daughter had an extremely painful anal fissure. I was extremely bitter the whole time because I imagined that some chef had just discovered salt and was dancing around the whole kitchen sprinkling it on every surface. Incredible Service!!! After attending my nieces' final orchestra concert of the year my extended family and I stopped in at Culver's for ice-cream as a fun event. During this time I purchased a Rueben basket along with the ice-cream. When Tim, the manager, brought it to me I asked for a fork, explaining I just found out I gluten intolerant and wanted to pick out the ingredients. Not only did he bring me fork and a knife, but took the sandwich and re-did the whole basket with new ingredients that did not touch bread at all. His actions over exceeded my expectations. We stopped by for a quick dinner on our family road trip, and we had a great experience. The restaurant staff were very friendly and helpful. Our food was piping hot when it was delivered to our table. My parents are touchy about music volume in eating establishments, and thankfully this Culver's kept the music enjoyable without being overbearing.
