My go to when in a pinch in Jackson. Ive always found their food more filling than other fast food chains. read more

We stopped by for a quick dinner on our family road trip, and we had a great experience. The restaurant staff were very friendly and helpful. Our food was piping hot when it was delivered to our table. My parents are touchy about music volume in eating establishments, and thankfully this Culver's kept the music enjoyable without being overbearing. The women's washroom could use a bit more attention. The staff friendliness and service was the best I've had in a Culver's restaurant. read more

Just stopped in for lunch on a Sunday afternoon. It was very busy. We got our food quickly service was wonderful and the restaurant was clean read more

We were visiting our Nanny's house and decided to stop at Culver's for lunch. I don't have much to say about the staff, but the food was f***ing rancid. I was so excited to dig into my onion rings and garden fresco salad. I began feasting and noticed the gargantuan amount of salt they put in each and every bite. My root beer float was extremely salty and I could even see salt particles in my salad. Upon trying the union rings, they were so salty I had to spit them out. My daughter ordered the same exact thing as me and got an earth-rupturing stomach ache for two days. She even asked to be put down because the pain was too intolerable. She went through days of constipation until the dam finally broke this morning. As she exclaimed the news, all of our family members gathered in a circle and began chanting the good-luck prayer of Nashua. Before that, my niece had to show my daughter how to clear out her bowels. She demonstrated that you needed to put your feet up on the edge of the bathtub in order to position the intestines correctly. Not to mention, my daughter had an extremely painful anal fissure. I was extremely bitter the whole time because I imagined that some chef had just discovered salt and was dancing around the whole kitchen sprinkling it on every surface. The over baked cheese curds had a thick salt crust with rubbery squeaky filling. Overall, don't eat here if you value your life. read more

Solid Restaurant. Very clean. Very quick to order. Short waits on food but I don't mind! I highly recommend the 2pc. Chicken dinner or a Garden Bacon Blu salad. Try the Chocolate Eclair flavor. Its really good. read more

OK, A lot of people like this place very much. I just went for the first time. The first thing I noticed was a bug in one of my ice cubes. Burgers are OK but they're better at Tracy's and Jack's Place. And somehow they mixed up our toppings. I ordered a butterburger w/o cheese, w/pickles. I got a cheeseburger and no pickles. My friend ordered a cheeseburger w/onions. She got no cheese and no onions. My wife gave her her onions which she did not order. We liked the music. Probably won't go back. read more

I liked the frozen custard, it doesn't taste as sweet as ice cream and it's delicious. My North Arlantic Cod wasn't that wow, fish was bland with no taste. Fries were really good. So was the chicken tenders and the butter burger, really yummy (even my little picky eater liked it). Good to find something new and different:) read more

We all have our "comfort foods". Mine comes on a toasted, buttered bun, in a basket with always fresh crinkle-cut French fries. It is a double butterburger with cheese from the Jackson Culver's. I've been coming to this Culver's for almost 3 years and have only had one instance where I was wasn't completely satisfied. I'm the kind of guy that goes more than I should... At least once a week, sometimes 2-3 times if I am hosting someone. The staff is exceptional, the place is always clean, and the food is ALWAYS fresh. I know each manager, and they are always friendly and willing to help with anything. The owner is also a wonderful person who puts the customer before anything else. They have helped our church with different promotions and have proven to be one of the greatest establishments I've ever stepped foot in. I HIGHLY recommend the Culver's of Jackson for anyone looking for a delicious meal, a wonderful staff, and if you're like me, a little comfort when you're feeling down read more

Pleasantly surprised. I had the chicken sandwich with fries and a cola. Really friendly staff. Food came out quick and it was really tasty. It was fast food. The chicken was juicy. The tomato was a little yellow, it was not a super ripe red tomato, but tasted good. read more

First of all, the food is excellent! However, the last couple of stops have been a struggle to get our order correct. Today, I checked our bag & some things were missing, so I went back inside. The owner was SO incredibly sweet, there was no way that I could stay frustrated! She corrected the problem, apologized, & gave me a couple of goodies because I had to come back in! That kind of customer service is rare these days & I was amazed! All I can say is THANK YOU & you have my complete respect for the way you handled this. We ALL make mistakes, but you went over & above to fix it. Happy Holidays, & I hope your amazing karma comes back to you!! read more

This is a standard Culver's. The service was prompt and friendly and the food fresh and quickly served. It's a nice change from standard fast food since there is a wider menu. read more

Not the best visit. Iced tea was empty (I told no less than three workers about it). Burger wasn't as ordered, and iced tea was still out when I sought a refill. Tables were dirty (sticky). read more

Very nice friendly clean example of Culvers. This is their mantra and they are doing it right! Go Wisconsin!

We love Culvers. We stopped at this location after a long day on the road. It was quite busy and we expected to wait a bit for our food. We don't mind waiting, since we know culvers makes your food fresh to order. Tim, the manager, thought we has waited too long, so he treated our family of 4 to dessert. He went over and above to make sure we were happy and we all enjoyed our free dessert. Great place, delicious food and a manager who goes the extra mile. Well done Culver's!! read more

Awesome burgers! Awesome fried chicken! Awesome fries! I dont care for custard but I'm usually too full anyways.

Decent food friendly people kind of expensive. Good place to bring the family but it'll cost a lot wide selection

This is no In N' Out Burger. Apparently this is a Wisconsin based chain but the food is nothing to write home about. About a mile up the road is a Steak N Shake which generally serves their food hot and fresh and you will pay less as well with more options to choose from. read more

I couldn't resist the cod sandwich, it's as good as it looks in the commercials. Used a coupon for bogo free concrete mixer. Delish!

We love Culver's. No matter where we travel we try to find a Culver's. The food is delicious, fresh, and economical! The service is always friendly! read more

Get a burger with cheese, ketchup, mustard, mayo. No veggies. It's fantastic.

Ate there 11/27/15 on my way home from the casino. My burger was cold and not made as ordered. The sweet potato fries were overdone and tasted burnt. The green beans were very tough and undercooked. The manager was very nice about having the fries remade. I ate the cold burger and decided to hope they get some better cooks before I return. read more

I received an undercooked burger, and did not notice until halfway through that it was not cooked all the way through (it was red/raw in some spots). My brother pointed it out when I had already eaten half of it. Disgusted, I brought it back up to the counter. They would only make another one, and that is all they would do. I thought I would be fine, but I woke up 12 hours later with a severe case of food poisening. It was 3:30 AM, and I threw up twice, it was awful. It has been two days since, and I still have diarrhea, and am in pain. I called the next day to speak to the manager, and the employee avoided my question, and actually hung up on me. I was mortified. I called 2 hours later, and finally got the manager on the line. After explaining the situation calmly, she was EXTREMELY rude to me, Kara I think they said her name was. She told me food poisening wasn't even possible because that takes at least 24 hours. On the FDA website, it clearly says that it can set it from meat in 10-16 hours, and it was about 12 hours for me. Not only was she rude, and did she try to lie about and avoid the situation, but she refused to compensate me at all! Do not go here, and if you do, make sure your food is cooked through, because i'm in pain ): read more
